5. A joint according to claim 1 wherein the joint is adapted to conform to the shape of the roof to provide optimum adhesion.

6. The base as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is made of glass fiber material or ABS or nylon or stainless steel or aluminum material or steel material, and the material of the base is changed according to the material of the roof surface for achieving the best adhesion effect.

Background

With the worldwide trend of electric vehicles to gradually replace fossil fuel-driven vehicles, technologies using solar energy to generate electricity to directly drive various mobile devices have become a very interesting application in the present day, and the application thereof can be roughly divided into three aspects: in the first aspect, solar energy is used for driving power, including driving electric bicycles, tricycles and small electric vehicles, even general electric vehicles; the second aspect is to be installed on the top of a motor home, a box car and the like to provide domestic electricity; the third aspect is to provide part of the air conditioning electricity installed on a general car and is used for improving the performance of the storage battery and reducing the oil consumption. For most vehicles used only for short distances, it is often difficult to charge the battery with the engine. When the automobile works under the condition of insufficient charge of the storage battery, the oil consumption is increased by 10-20%, and the solar panel arranged on the roof of the automobile can just supplement the deficiency.

The main difficulty in mounting solar panels on the roof of a vehicle is that the mounting surface of the roof is generally non-planar and streamlined. To accommodate such shapes, many users choose to use thin, lightweight, flexible solar panels that must be mounted directly on the roof. Compared with the traditional installation mode of the solar panel, the bottom of the flexible solar panel is not provided with an air layer, the air in the vehicle is non-flowing, and the temperature is higher, so that the temperature of the flexible solar panel is increased violently under the irradiation of sunlight, the power generation efficiency is seriously attenuated, and even the grid breaking phenomenon can be generated, so that the panel is directly damaged.

Therefore, many users still continue to use conventional glass-encapsulated components in order to ensure their effectiveness. The most critical condition is that two joint surfaces are planar to achieve uniform contact, so most of the vehicles using the VHB double-sided tape to mount the solar panel at present are roofs with planar shapes, such as caravans, vans and the like, and the successful examples of mounting on the roof of a streamlined car are not many.

Therefore, the method for installing the solar panel on the roof of the low-speed small electric car or the roof of the common car needs certain improvement and breakthrough, so that people can conveniently and firmly adhere the solar panel on the roofs of various shapes in an adhesion mode without drilling.

Due to the success of manufacturing the photovoltaic panel with rigidity and light weight, the invention provides a novel mounting method, the light photovoltaic panel is mounted on the roof with any shape, particularly a mounting method of a non-planar roof, the heat dissipation problem of the solar panel on the roof is solved under the condition of ensuring safety, the service life of the solar panel is prolonged, and the universality of the solar panel is better to reduce the mounting cost of the solar energy on the roof.

Disclosure of Invention
