Technical Field

The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition and a hair cosmetic containing the hair cosmetic composition, and more particularly, to a hair cosmetic composition which can reduce skin damage and is excellent in color fastness and dye penetration force (can be dyed well to a temple portion which is not easily dyed), and a hair cosmetic containing the hair cosmetic composition.

In addition, the present invention relates to a hair dye composition, and more particularly, to a hair dye composition that can reduce skin damage.

The present invention also relates to a hair dyeing method using the hair cosmetic composition and the hair dye composition, and more particularly, to a hair dyeing method using the hair cosmetic composition and the hair dye composition which can reduce skin damage and are excellent in color fastness and dye penetration force (can dye well to a temple portion which is not easily dyed).

Background

As the hair dye, there are mainly a hair dye as a quasi drug "permanent hair dye", a hair dressing (hair feeling) as a cosmetic "semi-permanent hair dye", a hair dye treatment agent, and the like. In particular, a hair dye as a permanent hair dye is mainly composed of a substance called p-phenylenediamine (oxidation dye), but when the black color is rich, the content of the diamine compound increases, and thus, attention is required.

For example, a hair dyeing composition containing p-phenylenediamine (oxidation dye) characterized by containing (a) a water-soluble peroxygen bleaching agent (bleach); (b) a bleach adjunct selected from organic peroxyacid bleach precursors and/or preformed organic peroxyacids; and (c)1 or more hair dyes (patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

However, in the prior art including patent document 1, when the black color system is deep as described above, the amount of the diamine compound added is increased, and thus attention is required, and in addition to this, in recent years, it has been reported that the skin is damaged by a substance called p-phenylenediamine (oxidation dye).

Hair styling agents (hair dyes) as semi-permanent hair dyes are characterized in that they can maintain the hair dyed for 2 to 3 weeks by allowing a coloring matter (acid dye) to penetrate into the hair at one time, but the longer the hair is left attached to the scalp, the more difficult the dyed coloring matter is to be removed, and it is difficult for a hair dyeing worker to apply the coloring matter to the hairline to the maximum extent, and the more the skill of the hair dyeing worker is damaged than the hair dye itself, and thus they become hair dyes which are well known to hair salons and beauty salons.

On the other hand, although the hair dye can satisfactorily dye the cortex (inside of hair), the hair dye is used to dye the cuticle (cuticle) and the cortex in the vicinity of the hair surface during the hair dyeing treatment, and there is a case where more satisfactory fixation and favorable hair dyeing cannot be achieved.

Accordingly, an object of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is to provide: a hair cosmetic composition and a hair cosmetic which are more excellent in color fixation after hair dyeing.

Detailed Description

The hair cosmetic composition is characterized by containing an alkaline agent, an amino acid, a higher alcohol having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, a surfactant and a thickener. In the hair cosmetic composition (alkaline cuticle swelling agent) of the present invention, the alkaline agent contained in the hair cosmetic composition can open the cuticle. That is, in the hair dyeing treatment or the like, when dyeing the cuticle (fur coat) and the cortex near the hair surface, there are cases where sufficiently good dyeing with fixation cannot be achieved, but when the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is applied, the cuticle can be opened, and the following advantageous effects can be obtained: can realize good color fixation.

That is, the present inventors have found that the basic dye and the HC dye can dye only the hair cuticle and the cortex near the hair surface, but the basic dye and the HC dye can be dyed deeper into the hair by using the hair cosmetic composition (swelling agent) of the present invention.

The amount of the alkaline agent is not particularly limited, and the pH of the hair cosmetic composition of the present invention can be adjusted to preferably 7.0 to 11.5, more preferably 8.5 to 11.5, and still more preferably 9.0 to 9.7, from the viewpoint of effectively opening the hair cuticle and favorably exerting the swelling effect. An example of the step of carrying out the hair dyeing method of the present invention is as follows.

1) Preliminary shampooing (for the purpose of removing hair conditioner and dirt)

2) The hair cosmetic of the present invention (alkaline hair cuticle swelling agent) was applied and left. (it has been reported that the alkaline agent in the swelling agent opens the cuticle of the hair, arginine and histidine in the hair decrease with age, and arginine, histidine hydrochloride and lysine hydrochloride which are compounded in the swelling agent permeate to exert the hair-repairing effect. As the alkaline agent, there are ammonia, ammonium carbonate, sodium carbonate, ethanolamines such as mono-, di-and triethanolamine, ammonium bicarbonate, arginine and the like.

3) The hair dye (hair dye treatment agent) of the present invention containing no p-phenylenediamine was coated and left. The basic coloring materials of the hair dyeing agent are a basic dye and an HC dye which are safer than the oxidation dye, but when used for dyeing hair, the hair dyeing agent has a disadvantage that the fixation after dyeing is poor and the hair is easily faded due to repeated shampooing and the like. However, by the "basic hair cuticle swelling agent", not only the base coloring material easily permeates, but also since it does not contain an acid dye, it is characterized in that it can be applied from the newborn to the tip of hair without worrying about adhesion to the scalp.

4) The standing time is 10 to 20 hours (heating or natural standing)

5) After the hair dye was sufficiently washed out (hair dyeing treatment), the hair was washed with a shampoo.

6) When the hair is dry and astringent after washing with shampoo, the hair cuticle is contracted by coating and fusing the hair cuticle firming agent containing sodium bromate, and the luster is improved by increasing the refractive index of the hair.

7) After being wiped by a towel, the cloth is dried by a blower.
