1. A package for an absorbent article, comprising an absorbent article and a bag-like packaging sheet for packaging a plurality of the absorbent articles,

2. The package of absorbent articles according to claim 1,
the front surface of the packaging sheet has a lower gloss than the back surface of the packaging sheet.

the standard deviation of the dot diameter of the colored layer is 10% or less of the average diameter.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a package of an absorbent article in which a plurality of absorbent articles are packaged.
Background
An absorbent article package in which a plurality of absorbent articles are packaged by a package sheet is known (patent document 1). In the absorbent article package of patent document 1, the package sheet is provided with a matte layer. The matte layer is provided on the packaging sheet by printing after embossing the packaging sheet.
Disclosure of Invention
In patent document 1, a decorative effect such as improvement of a high-grade feeling is exhibited by providing a matte layer on a packaging sheet. However, when the packaging sheet is subjected to embossing, irregularities are formed on the front and back surfaces of the packaging sheet. Therefore, the packaging sheet has a portion that is easily printed and a portion that is difficult to print, and uneven printing is likely to occur. Due to the occurrence of printing unevenness, a desired decorative effect may not be exhibited by the decoration applied to the packaging sheet.
A package of an absorbent article capable of exhibiting a desired decorative effect by a decoration applied to a package sheet is desired.
An absorbent article package according to one aspect includes an absorbent article and a bag-shaped packaging sheet for packaging a plurality of the absorbent articles, the packaging sheet having a concave-convex portion provided on a front surface of the packaging sheet, wherein a back surface of the packaging sheet is smoother than the front surface of the packaging sheet.
The absorbent article package according to another aspect includes an absorbent article and a bag-shaped package sheet for packaging the absorbent article, wherein the package sheet includes a colored layer formed of an aggregate of dots and a concave-convex portion provided on a front surface of the package sheet, and a standard deviation of dot diameters of the colored layer is 10% or less of an average diameter.

Detailed Description
(1) Brief description of the embodiments
At least the following matters will be apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
An absorbent article package according to one aspect includes an absorbent article and a bag-like packaging sheet for packaging the absorbent article,
the packaging sheet has a concave-convex portion provided on the front surface of the packaging sheet,
the back side of the packaging sheet is smoother than the front side of the packaging sheet.
Since the front surface of the packaging sheet has the uneven portion, when light is irradiated to the front surface of the packaging sheet, the light is diffusely reflected, and a decorative effect can be exhibited. The back surface of the packaging sheet is smoother than the front surface of the packaging sheet, and the absorbent article is less likely to be caught on the back surface of the packaging sheet when the absorbent article is taken out. This facilitates smooth removal of the absorbent article. Since the front surface of the packaging sheet has the uneven portions and the back surface of the packaging sheet is smooth, the uneven portions on the front surface of the packaging sheet can exhibit a desired decorative effect and the absorbent article can be smoothly taken out during use.
According to a preferred embodiment, the gloss of the front surface of the packaging sheet is lower than the gloss of the back surface of the packaging sheet.
The front surface of the packaging sheet has low glossiness, and light is easily diffused and reflected by the front surface of the packaging sheet. This can improve the decorative effect by diffuse reflection of light, and can exhibit a desired decorative effect.
According to a preferred embodiment, the height of the uneven portion is 0.8 μm or more, preferably 1.2 μm or more, and more preferably 1.5 μm or more.
The height of the uneven portion is 0.8 μm or more, and thus the effect of diffusely reflecting light irradiated to the front surface of the packaging sheet can be more appropriately obtained. The height of the uneven portion is preferably 1.2 μm or more, more preferably 1.5 μm or more, and the diffuse reflection effect of light can be further improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the width of the concave-convex portion and the interval between the concave-convex portions are 2.0mm or less, preferably 0.5mm to 1.0 mm.
With this structure, the fine uneven portions are disposed on the front surface of the packaging sheet, and light is more easily diffused on the front surface of the packaging sheet. This can improve the decorative effect by diffuse reflection of light, and can exhibit a desired decorative effect. Further, the width of the uneven portion and the interval between the uneven portions are 0.5mm to 1.0mm, and the diffuse reflection effect of light can be further improved.
According to a preferred embodiment, the bending stiffness of the packaging sheet is 0.07 × 10-4N or more, and the stiffness of the packaging sheet is 53.0mm or more.
The bending stiffness of the packaging sheet was 0.07X 10-4N or more, the stiffness of the packaging sheet is 53.0mm or more, and the packaging sheet is strong, so that variations in decorative processing such as formation of uneven portions are unlikely to occur. Therefore, the uneven portion can be processed in a desired form, and a desired decorative effect can be easily exhibited by the uneven portion.
According to a preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet has a resin layer constituting the uneven portion and a main body layer disposed on the opposite side of the packaging sheet.
The resin layer is cured by predetermined processing (temperature adjustment, ultraviolet irradiation), and a desired shape of the uneven portion is easily realized. Thus, the desired decorative effect can be easily exhibited by the uneven portion of the packaging sheet. Further, since the main body layer and the resin layer are formed of different layers, restrictions on processing and design of the resin layer can be reduced, and a desired decorative effect can be easily exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the resin layer has an ultraviolet curable resin.
With this configuration, the influence of ultraviolet rays on the absorbent article packaged in the packaging sheet can be suppressed.
According to a preferred embodiment, the average deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) of the KES on the reverse side of the body layer is 0.8 or less, more preferably 0.2 or more and 0.3 or less.
The average dispersion (SMD) of the surface roughness of the KES on the reverse side of the main body layer is 0.8 or less and is substantially smooth. Therefore, when the absorbent article is taken out, the absorbent article is not easily caught on the reverse side of the packaging sheet, and the user can take out the absorbent article smoothly. Preferably, the average deviation (SMD) of the surface roughness of the KES is 0.2 or more and 0.3 or less, so that the absorbent article can be more easily taken out by the user.
According to a preferred embodiment, the standard deviation of the thickness of the bulk layer is 10% or less of the average thickness of the bulk layer.
The standard deviation of the thickness of the bulk layer is 10% or less of the average thickness of the bulk layer, and the thickness of the bulk layer is substantially uniform. The uneven portion can be processed in a desired form on the main body layer, and a desired decorative effect can be easily exhibited by the uneven portion.
According to a preferred embodiment, the average deviation of the surface friction coefficient (MMD) of the reverse surface of the main layer is 0.01 or less, more preferably 0.004 or more and 0.006 or less.
The average variation (MMD) of the surface friction coefficient of the back surface of the main body layer is 0.01 or less, and the back surface of the main body layer is substantially smooth. Therefore, when the absorbent article is taken out, the absorbent article is not easily caught on the reverse side of the packaging sheet, and the user can take out the absorbent article smoothly. Preferably, the average deviation of the surface friction coefficient (MMD) of the back surface of the main body layer is 0.004 or more and 0.006 or less, so that the absorbent article can be more easily taken out by the user.
According to a preferred embodiment, the absorbent article has an article surface disposed to face the packaging sheet, the article surface is provided with a colored region, and the uneven portion is disposed in a region overlapping the colored region.
The uneven portion can suppress the penetration of the absorbent article into the package sheet by a decorative effect such as diffuse reflection of light. The colored region of the absorbent article can be made less conspicuous, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be made more conspicuous. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the uneven portion is disposed in a region spanning a boundary between the absorbent articles.
Since the uneven portion is disposed in a region across the boundary of the absorbent article, variations in brightness due to the boundary of the absorbent article can be made less noticeable by the decorative effect of the uneven portion. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the uneven portion extends in a direction intersecting a direction in which the boundary extends.
The light reflection effect by the uneven portion can make the shadow of the boundary between the absorbent articles less noticeable. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet has a colored layer disposed between the resin layer and the main body layer.
Since the packaging sheet has the coloring layer, the packaging sheet can exhibit the decorative effect of the coloring layer. Various decorations can be implemented by the combination of the uneven portion and the colored layer, and a desired decoration effect can be easily exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the absorbent article has an article surface disposed to face the packaging sheet, and the article surface is provided with a colored region, and the colored layer is disposed in a region overlapping the colored region.
The colored layer of the packaging sheet can make the colored region of the absorbent article less conspicuous, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet more conspicuous. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the colored layer is disposed in a region spanning the boundary between the absorbent articles.
Variations in brightness due to boundaries of the absorbent article can be made less noticeable by the decorative effect of the colored layer. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet has a wearer image which is constituted by the colored layer and indicates a wearer of the absorbent article,
the concave-convex portion is arranged in a region of eyes constituting the wearer image,
the height of the concave-convex portion constituting the region of the eyes is higher than the height of the concave-convex portion constituting the region around the eyes of the wearer image.
By increasing the height of the uneven portion constituting the region of the eyes, the reflection effect of light at the eyes is improved, and the eyes can be made conspicuous and the attention of the user can be attracted.
According to a preferred embodiment, a wearer image which is composed of the colored layer and indicates a wearer of the absorbent article is provided on the front surface of the packaging sheet,
the uneven portion is disposed in a region constituting the skin of the wearer image,
the width of the concave-convex portion constituting the skin region is smaller than the width of the concave-convex portion constituting the region around the skin of the wearer image.
The width of the uneven portion constituting the skin area is short, and when the user comes into contact with the image of the skin, the uneven portion has a smooth texture. The soft texture of the image on the skin can give a soft impression to the skin and a soft impression to the absorbent article in contact with the skin.
According to a preferred aspect, the concave-convex portion has a plurality of concave-convex patterns, and at least one of a planar shape of the concave-convex portion, a height of the concave-convex portion, and a width of the concave-convex portion of the plurality of concave-convex patterns is different.
Since the reflective film has a plurality of concave-convex patterns, different decorative effects can be exhibited by a plurality of reflection patterns.
The absorbent article package according to another aspect includes an absorbent article and a bag-shaped package sheet for packaging the absorbent article, wherein the package sheet includes a colored layer formed of an aggregate of dots and a concave-convex portion provided on a front surface of the package sheet, and a standard deviation of dot diameters of the colored layer is 10% or less of an average diameter.
Since the front surface of the packaging sheet has the uneven portion, when light is irradiated to the front surface of the packaging sheet, the light is diffusely reflected, and a decorative effect can be exhibited. The standard deviation of the dot diameter of the colored layer is 10% or less of the average diameter, and the dot diameter is substantially uniform, so that the desired decorative effect is easily exhibited over the entire colored layer.
According to a preferred embodiment, the standard deviation of the dot diameter is 5% or less of the average diameter.
Since the standard deviation of the dot diameters of the colored layer is 5% or less of the average diameter, the dot diameters are more uniform, and thus the desired decorative effect can be more easily exhibited over the entire colored layer.
According to a preferred embodiment, the standard deviation of the diameters of dots constituting the same color among the plurality of dots is 5% or less of the average diameter.
The standard deviation of the dot diameters constituting the same color is 5% or less of the average diameter, and the coloring effect of the same color can be made uniform, and the desired decorative effect can be more easily exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, a standard deviation of the dot diameter in a region overlapping with the concave portion of the concave-convex portion and the dot diameter in a region overlapping with the convex portion of the concave-convex portion is 5% or less of an average diameter.
The standard deviation of the dot diameter of the region overlapping the concave portion and the dot diameter of the region overlapping the convex portion is 5% or less of the average diameter, and the coloring effect of the region overlapping the concave portion and the region overlapping the convex portion can be made uniform, and the desired decorative effect can be more easily exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the uneven portion is formed of a resin layer disposed on the front surface side of the colored layer.
The resin layer is cured by predetermined processing (temperature adjustment, ultraviolet irradiation), and a desired shape of the uneven portion is easily realized. Thus, the desired decorative effect can be easily exhibited by the uneven portion of the packaging sheet.
According to a preferred embodiment, a difference between a height of the uneven portion in a region where the resin layer overlaps the colored layer and a height of the uneven portion in a region where the resin layer does not overlap the colored layer is 0.1 μm or less.
Since there is substantially no difference between the height of the uneven portion in the region where the resin layer overlaps the colored layer and the height of the uneven portion in the region where the resin layer does not overlap the colored layer, substantially the same light reflection effect can be exhibited in the region where the resin layer overlaps the colored layer and the region where the resin layer does not overlap the colored layer. Thus, the desired decorative effect can be easily exhibited by the uneven portion of the packaging sheet.
According to a preferred embodiment, the resin layer has an ultraviolet curable resin.
Since the resin layer constituting the uneven portion has an ultraviolet-curable resin, the packaging sheet can easily absorb ultraviolet rays. Therefore, the influence of ultraviolet rays on the absorbent article packaged in the packaging sheet can be suppressed.
According to a preferred embodiment, the absorbent article has an article surface disposed to face the packaging sheet, the article surface is provided with a coloring region, and at least one of the uneven portion and the coloring layer is disposed in a region overlapping the coloring region.
The colored region of the absorbent article can be made less conspicuous by the decorative effect of the uneven portion or the colored layer, and the decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be made more conspicuous. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, at least one of the uneven portion and the colored layer is disposed in a region spanning a boundary between the absorbent articles.
Variations in brightness due to boundaries of the absorbent article can be made less noticeable by the decorative effect of the uneven portions or the colored layer. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the uneven portion extends in a direction intersecting a direction in which the boundary extends.
The shading of the boundaries between the absorbent articles can be made less noticeable by the decorative effect of the uneven portions or the colored layer. Therefore, the desired decorative effect of the packaging sheet can be further exhibited.
According to a preferred aspect, the concave-convex portion has a plurality of concave-convex patterns, and at least one of a planar shape of the concave-convex portion, a height of the concave-convex portion, and a width of the concave-convex portion of the plurality of concave-convex patterns is different.
Since the reflective film has a plurality of concave-convex patterns, different decorative effects can be exhibited by a plurality of reflection patterns. Specifically, in the region overlapping with the image of the wearer showing the wearer, the reflection effect is improved by increasing the height of the concave and convex portions constituting the eye region, or the smooth texture is realized by thinning the planar shape of the concave and convex portions constituting the skin region, and a complicated decorative effect matching with the image can be exhibited.
According to a preferred embodiment, the packaging sheet has a wearer image which is constituted by the colored layer and indicates a wearer of the absorbent article,
the concave-convex portion is arranged in a region of eyes constituting the wearer image,
the height of the concave-convex portion constituting the region of the eyes is higher than the height of the concave-convex portion constituting the region around the eyes of the wearer image.
By increasing the height of the uneven portion constituting the eye region, the reflectance of the eye is increased, and the eye can be made conspicuous and attract the attention of the purchaser.
According to a preferred embodiment, a wearer image which is composed of the colored layer and indicates a wearer of the absorbent article is provided on the front surface of the packaging sheet,
the uneven portion is disposed in a region constituting the skin of the wearer image,
the width of the concave-convex portion constituting the skin region is smaller than the width of the concave-convex portion constituting the region around the skin of the wearer image.
The width of the uneven portion constituting the skin area is short, and when the purchaser touches the image of the skin, the image has a smooth texture. The soft texture of the image on the skin can give a soft impression to the skin and a soft impression to the absorbent article in contact with the skin.
(2) Structure of absorbent article package
Hereinafter, a package of an absorbent article according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description of the drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. However, the drawings are schematic, and it should be noted that the ratio of the respective dimensions and the like are different from the actual ratio and the like. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined with reference to the following description. In addition, the drawings may include portions having different dimensional relationships and ratios from each other.

The average deviation of the surface friction coefficient (MMD) and the average deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) can be measured based on the characteristic values obtained by KES manufactured by Kyowa Kagaku, which is a commonly known characteristic value indicating the touch of the surface of a sheet (reference: standardization and analysis of style evaluation (2 nd edition), Kawakawa Kaishao, Showa 55, 7 months and 10 days).
Specifically, the surface characteristics were measured using KES-FB4 manufactured by Kyowa Kagaku K.K., in a test bed placed on a smooth metal plane, using samples in the range of 1.0 cm. times.1.0 cm in each sample. The surface roughness was measured by applying a load of 10gf to the front (or back) of the sample and pressing a contact terminal having a width of 0.5cm, which was formed by rolling a 0.5mm diameter piano wire, against the sample, and the surface friction was measured by arranging 10 piano wires identical to the contact terminals used for the surface roughness measurement and pressing the contact surface against the sample with a weight at a force of 50 fg. In the measurement of the surface friction and the surface roughness, the sample was horizontally moved by 2cm at a constant speed of 0.1cm/sec, and a uniaxial tension of 20gf/cm was applied to the sample. The average deviation of the surface friction coefficient (MMD) and the average deviation of the surface roughness (SMD) were determined from the measurement results.
