Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of smoke treatment in the tobacco industry, in particular to a smoke filtering technology for smoke suction.

Background

In recent years, the economic development of the tobacco industry is rapid, the sales of traditional cigarettes is continuously promoted, and meanwhile, the novel tobacco technology is continuously innovated and developed. With the increasing requirements of people on healthy life, the control of smoke treatment in the tobacco industry is increasingly strict. For traditional cigarettes, because the smoke contains a large amount of harmful substances such as nicotine and tar, a fiber filter is often used as a smoke treatment component to filter the smoke. To enhance filtration, cigarette product manufacturers often attach external filters at cigarette filter segments to filter smoke.

However, in the field of heating non-combustible tobacco, smoke is sucked and carries substances such as tobacco tar, nicotine and polyhydric alcohol besides aromatic substances, so that the smoke generates a feeling of oral irritation and is harmful to the health of consumers. Taking the heating non-combustible smoking product of the brand of Wangbaolu with the highest market share at present as an example, the heating non-combustible smoking product treats smoke by assembling a fiber cylinder, a polyurethane fiber film and a fiber filter tip as smoke treatment components. That is, the polyurethane fiber membrane is rolled into a cylindrical shape, and the smoke is filtered by using the gaps existing between the folds of the fiber membrane, and the channel formed by the gaps existing between the folds of the fiber membrane is consistent with the flow direction of the smoke, so that no obvious suction resistance exists. However, since polyurethane is a polymer material, the production method is complicated and expensive; more importantly, relevant research reports show that the polyurethane volatilizes toxic substances after being heated at high temperature, so that the health of human bodies is endangered.

Currently, the industry proposes: the calcium oxide particles are used as a filter component to be placed in a cigarette holder filter of a cigarette or in a cigarette which is not burnt when heated by utilizing the characteristic that the calcium oxide can adsorb oily and aqueous substances, but the calcium oxide particles have special chemical smell so as to influence the smoking taste of tobacco and derivatives thereof. In addition, since the calcium oxide particles are granular, they are difficult to hold in the cigarette which is not burned by heating, and for this reason, the position and volume of the calcium oxide particles in the cigarette which is not burned by heating have been controlled by providing the ventilation partition plate in the prior art, but there is a problem in such a structure that: the calcium oxide particles can cause extrusion of the tobacco derivative segment, thereby causing blockage of the interior of the ventilation duct, so as to increase the smoking resistance.

Therefore, the industry urgently hopes to provide a non-toxic and non-peculiar smell cigarette filter component without obvious smoking resistance so as to be widely applied to the smoke filtration of various tobacco products.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a filter element for cigarettes, which can effectively filter moisture and tar in smoke, can ensure good smoking feeling and effect, and can be widely applied to various cigarettes or smoking sets.

Based on the inventive concept, the application provides the following technical scheme.

That is, the present invention provides a filter member for tobacco smoking, which includes a filter main body, a filter core material and a filter sealing layer, wherein the filter main body is a hollow cylinder, the filter core material is embedded in the filter main body, at least one end of the filter main body is sealed by the filter sealing layer, and the filter core material is a granular filter material, a tow-like filter material, a roll-folded filter material or a similar filter material having a shape structure with a large specific surface area. The filter component provided by the invention adopts the organic combination of the specific structure and the filter material (such as granular filter material, tow-shaped filter material or folded filter material) with the shape structure with large specific surface area, so that the filter effect on moisture, tar and the like in smoke is effectively improved, and meanwhile, the filter material can be ensured not to block the ventilation channel of the filter component, thereby providing good suction feeling and effect.

As an important aspect of the present invention, for the particle-type filter material, the smaller the particle size thereof, the larger the specific surface area, and accordingly, the better the adsorptive filtration effect on the smoke gas, but if the particle size is too small, the gap between the particle-type filter materials is affected, so that the air permeation effect is greatly reduced, thereby increasing the smoking resistance, and thus reducing the smoking feeling. In view of the above, the inventors have found through extensive experimental studies that the particle size of the particulate filter material is 250-.

Similarly, the addition amount of the particle type filter material also has an important influence on the filtering and suction effects, and for this reason, through a great deal of experimental research, the inventor found that the addition amount of the particle type filter material accounts for 1/5-4/5 of the volume of the filter body, and more preferably, the addition amount of the particle type filter material accounts for 1/5 of the volume of the filter body, which can effectively solve the problem.

The inventor researches and discovers that polypropylene resin has the advantages of highest water and oil absorption efficiency and largest adsorption amount in a plurality of filter materials, so that polypropylene resin particles are preferred as the filter core material in the invention; further experimental studies have revealed that polypropylene resin particles are also characterized by swelling and softening after water adsorption, and therefore, it is preferable to set the particle size of the polypropylene resin particles to 750-1500 μm in view of the filtration and adsorption effect, the ventilation effect, and the like.

Another important aspect of the present invention is that, as another form of the filter core material having a shape structure with a large specific surface area, the present invention proposes that the filter material is a tow-type filter material. The inventors have found in the development of such filter materials that for tow-type filter materials, the linear density of the tow directly affects the magnitude and stability of the tow suction resistance. In order to solve this problem, the inventors have found through extensive experimental studies that the tow-like filter material is preferably a tow having a linear density of 3 to 6 ktex; more preferably, the tow-like filter material is tow having a linear density of 3.2 to 4.2 ktex.

Another important aspect of the present invention is that, as another form of the filter core material having a shape structure with a large specific surface area, the present invention proposes that the filter material is a roll-folded filter material. The roll-folding type filtering material makes full use of the film-forming property of the material, makes the adsorbing material into a film, further rolls and folds the film into a cylinder shape, and realizes effective filtration of flue gas when the flue gas flows through a gap formed by roll folding. For the roll-folded filter material, it is preferable that the adsorbing material is used as a matrix, and a filter absorbing material is laid or sprayed on the adsorbing material, wherein the filter absorbing material can be granular material, resin slurry or fiber tows, preferably ceramic particles, polypropylene resin slurry, polylactic acid fiber tows or the like.

Another important aspect of the invention is that the interior of the filter body may be provided with a plurality of cavities in which the filter core is arranged. The plurality of chambers are preferably arranged in the axial direction of the filter body.

Another important aspect of the present invention is that a separate cylindrical filter core is provided in the filter body. More preferably, the number of the cylindrical filter core members is plural, and the cylindrical filter core members are disposed in the filter main body so as to abut against each other, so that the gaps between the cylindrical filter core members and the inside of the cylindrical filter core members constitute the air flow filtration passages.

In addition, the filter body is preferably molded from starch. The inventor finds that the filtering main body adopts starch, can fully utilize the advantages of sufficient starch source, degradability, environmental protection, health, convenience for forming channels with various structures in the main body by compression molding and the like.

In addition, the air permeability of the filtering closed layer is preferably higher than 12000 CU; more preferably, the filtering closing layer is made of pure wood pulp paper with air permeability higher than 26000 CU. The total area of the cross section of the through hole of the filter body is not less than 5mm2

In conclusion, the cigarette filter part provided by the invention can effectively isolate tobaccos and derivatives thereof, so that smoke can be fully dried and filtered, the smoking smoke resistance is small, the smoking taste can be ensured, and the requirements of health and environmental protection can be met, so that the cigarette filter part is suitable for being widely applied to the tobacco fields of cigarettes, heating non-combustion cigarettes, steam electronic cigarettes and the like.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

< example 1>

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a filter member for a cigarette according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes a filter main body 1, a filter core material 2 disposed in the filter main body 1, and a filter sealing layer 3, wherein one end of the filter main body 1 is sealed by the filter sealing layer 3. The filtering main body 1 is a hollow paper tube rolled and pressed by a strip rolling machine, and the filtering closed layer 3 is fixed on one end face of the filtering main body 1 through food-grade water-based glue.

It should be particularly noted that, for example 1, the inventor conducted intensive studies based on many factors such as air permeability, flexibility and suction resistance in smoke filtration, and through a large number of experiments, it was confirmed that the filtering closed layer 3 preferably used is 50g/m2The filter core material 2 is preferably polypropylene resin particles having a particle size of 1000 μm, which accounts for 1/5 of the volume of the filter body 1. As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the filter component for cigarette of embodiment 2 includes a filter main body 1, a filter core material 2 disposed in the filter main body 1, and a filter sealing layer 3, wherein both ends of the filter main body 1 are sealed by the filter sealing layer 3 through food-grade water-based glue. The filtering main body 1 is a hollow paper tube rolled by a spiral paper tube machine, and in order to ensure that the paper tube does not seep oil or water, the paper tube can adopt a three-layer structure or can use water-proof and oil-proof paper.

In example 2, highly air-permeable pure wood pulp paper having an air permeability of 26000CU was used as the filtration seal layer 3, in view of the fact that it was possible to obtain an ideal suction resistance feeling and an appropriate smoke amount in practical use.

Furthermore, the inventor also finds that the ceramic particles not only have the water and oil absorption characteristics, but also have excellent cooling effect, and can effectively avoid the over-heating of the smoke temperature during smoking, and based on the ceramic particles adopted by the filter core material 2; and further experimental studies have found that the ceramic particles used for the filter core material 2 preferably have a particle size of 800 μm. Further, in view of the concept of the present invention that can effectively filter flue gas, in example 2, the inventors adopted a specific structure for the filter core material 2, that is: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, ceramic particles are spread on the surface of the spunlace nonwoven fabric and the spunlace nonwoven fabric is rolled into a loose roll shape and disposed as a filter core material in the hollow structure of the filter body 1. Tests show that the filter core material structure fully utilizes the fluffy characteristic of spunlace non-woven cotton, and the rolled folds can effectively divide and cool the smoke and enable the smoke to pass more uniformly; in addition, because the cotton fiber is provided with the ceramic particles, the contact area of the flue gas is further increased, and the water absorption and oil absorption efficiency is improved.

< example 3>

As shown in fig. 5 to 6, the filter member for cigarette of example 3 includes a filter main body 1, a filter core material 2 and a filter sealing layer 3, wherein both ends of the filter main body 1 are sealed by the filter sealing layer 3 through food grade water-based glue. The filter body 1 is a hollow paper tube rolled by a spiral paper tube machine.

In example 3, hemp paper having an air permeability of 24000CU was used as the filtration seal layer 3. The filter core material 2 is made of filter paper formed by spraying and fixing polypropylene resin slurry on the surface of hemp paper, and the filter paper is folded into a loose reel and is arranged in the hollow structure of the filter body 1 as the filter core material. The inventor finds that the filter paper treated by spraying the polypropylene resin slurry can not only improve the overall strength of a finished product, but also ensure that the polypropylene resin material is uniformly distributed in the filter main body by pulping a material with relatively poor plasticity, such as polypropylene resin, and further combining the material with the paper, so that the filter paper can treat smoke more uniformly and for a longer time, and has more ideal air permeability; in addition, the polypropylene resin has stable property and no peculiar smell at high temperature, and does not generate gas harmful to human bodies or influencing the suction feeling.

< example 4>

As shown in fig. 7 to 8, the filter element for cigarette of example 4 includes a filter main body 1, a filter core material 2 and a filter sealing layer 3, wherein the filter sealing layer 3 is high air permeability pure wood pulp paper with air permeability of 12000CU, and both ends of the filter main body 1 are sealed by the filter sealing layer 3 through food grade water-based glue. In this embodiment, the filter body 1 has a cylindrical structure formed by molding starch and having a plurality of channels formed therein. The filter core material 2 is a sand core made by sintering quartz sand at high temperature and is filled in the channel of the filter body 1.

In the embodiment, the starch molding is adopted to manufacture the filtering main body 1, so that the advantages of sufficient starch source, degradability, environmental protection, health, convenience for molding channels with various structures in the main body and the like are fully utilized; therefore, the filtering core material 2 is manufactured by sintering the quartz sand at high temperature, and the advantages of good filterability and cooling performance of the quartz sand, convenience for sintering and forming various forms and the like are fully utilized. In this embodiment, the combination of the filter main body 1 made by starch molding and the filter core material 2 made by sintering quartz sand at high temperature significantly improves the filterability and processability of the cigarette filter component of embodiment 4, and greatly simplifies the processing technology and greatly reduces the production cost.

< example 5>

Figure 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a tobacco filter component of example 5 of the invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the filter element for cigarette of this embodiment comprises a filter body 1, a filter core material 2 and a filter sealing layer (not shown), wherein the filter body 1 is a hollow paper cylinder made by a spiral paper cylinder machine, and the end part of the hollow paper cylinder is covered by a coverAnd sealing the filter sealing layer. The filtering sealing layer can adopt 40g/m2Spunlaced nonwoven cotton cloth.

It is to be noted that, in example 5, the filter core 2 is constituted by three independent built-in cylindrical filter cores, and polylactic acid fiber tows are filled in the independent cylindrical filter cores, and the linear density of the polylactic acid fiber tows is preferably 3.4 ktex. As shown in fig. 9, the cylindrical filter cores 2 are abutted against each other and fixed in the filter main body 1 by frictional force and abutting force between the cylindrical walls, and further, the gaps between the cylindrical filter cores and the inside of the cylindrical filter cores constitute an airflow filter passage. The inventor proves through a great deal of experimental research that the 'structure with the built-in filter core material' in the embodiment 5 is used as another ideal filter deformation structure, not only can effectively shunt and filter smoke, but also can flexibly adjust the internal structure of the filter component according to the actual filter requirement, and improves the processability.
