7. A production method of a cigarette filter stick is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, processing a cellulose acetate filter stick with a preset length and a preset circumference; processing a chewing gum filter stick with a preset length and a preset circumference by using chewing gum as a raw material;

s2, processing the acetate fiber filter stick and the chewing gum filter stick into a composite filter stick in a composite mode;

and S3, connecting one end of the acetate fiber filter stick of the composite filter stick with the cigarette body.

8. The method of producing a cigarette filter according to claim 7, wherein step S1 further comprises extrusion molding the chewing gum filter into a filter rod having a circular cross-sectional shape.

10. The method for producing a cigarette filter stick according to claim 7, wherein step S2 further comprises processing the acetate fiber filter stick and the chewing gum filter stick into a composite filter stick by using a filter stick compounding machine.

Background

At present, filter sticks for cigarettes mainly comprise acetate fiber filter sticks, grooved filter sticks and the like, and the main raw materials of the filter sticks are acetate fiber tows.

The main raw material of the acetate fiber tows is special wood pulp, the available amount of the special wood pulp is limited, but the market demand of the acetate fiber tows is increased year by year, so that the use amount of the acetate fiber tows is in short supply, the production capacity of cigarette enterprises is limited, and the production cost is increased.

Therefore, a new cigarette filter stick is needed to solve the above problems.
