8. The heated non-combustible smoking article system of claim 1, further comprising a cigarette single puff time setting module coupled to said smoking article system control means for setting a single puff time of a cigarette.

9. The heated non-combustible smoking article system of claim 3, further comprising a motor rotation angle setting module coupled to said smoking article system control means for setting a motor rotation angle, including a forward rotation angle and/or a reverse rotation angle.

10. A control method for a system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:

step 10: acquiring a smoking set starting instruction;

step 20: sending a temperature control instruction and a real-time temperature acquisition instruction according to the smoking set starting instruction;

step 30: adjusting the duty ratio of a temperature control instruction according to the real-time temperature acquisition instruction so as to maintain the heating device in a constant temperature interval;

step 40: when a smoking set closing instruction is obtained, closing a temperature control instruction and a real-time temperature acquisition instruction, and sending a rotation driving instruction and a smoke withdrawing instruction;

step 50: the rotating device rotates according to the rotation driving instruction, so that the heating device connected to the driving shaft of the rotating device rotates, and the heating device is separated from the cigarettes;

step 60: the linear stroke device drives the rotating device to do linear reciprocating motion according to the cigarette withdrawing instruction, and the heating device is driven to be separated from the cigarettes.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a heating non-combustion type smoking set system and a control method thereof aiming at the problem that cut tobacco is remained on the surface of a heating device in the control process of smoking sets in the prior art.

A heating non-combustion smoking set system comprises a switch device, a temperature acquisition device, a heating device, a rotating device, a linear stroke device and a smoking set system control device;

the switching device, the temperature acquisition device, the heating device, the rotating device and the linear stroke device are all connected with the smoking set system control device;

the switching device is used for receiving the smoking set switching action signal, generating a smoking set switching instruction and sending the smoking set switching instruction to the smoking set system control device;

the temperature acquisition device is used for acquiring temperature data of the heating device in the smoking set and sending the temperature data to the smoking set system control device;

the smoking set system control device is used for receiving a switching instruction sent by the smoking set switching device and carrying out switching control on the smoking set; meanwhile, temperature data sent by a temperature signal acquisition device is received, and a temperature control instruction for controlling the heating device to work is generated according to the temperature data; the smoke removing device is used for controlling the rotating device driving shaft and the heating device to synchronously perform linear reciprocating motion;

the heating device is used for receiving a temperature control instruction sent by the smoking set system control device and heating/insulating the cigarettes according to the temperature control instruction;

the rotating device is used for receiving a rotation driving instruction sent by the smoking set system control device, triggering the rotating device driving shaft to rotate and driving the heating device to rotate;

the linear stroke device is used for receiving a cigarette withdrawing instruction sent by the smoking set system control device and driving the rotating device and the heating device to synchronously perform linear reciprocating motion, so that the heating device performs linear separation relative to cigarettes.

a control method for the smoking set system, comprising the steps of:

step 10: acquiring a smoking set starting instruction;

step 20: sending a temperature control instruction and a real-time temperature acquisition instruction according to the smoking set starting instruction;

step 30: adjusting the duty ratio of a temperature control instruction according to the real-time temperature acquisition instruction so as to maintain the heating device in a constant temperature interval;

Further, after a starting instruction of the smoking set is obtained, setting single smoking time and heating temperature of the cigarettes;

when the temperature of the cigarette reaches the set heating temperature, adjusting the duty ratio of the temperature control instruction to maintain the temperature of the cigarette at the set heating temperature;

when the cigarette smoking time reaches the set cigarette single smoking time, the temperature control instruction and the real-time temperature acquisition instruction are closed, and a motor driving instruction is sent.

The invention will be further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 1, a heating non-combustion smoking set system comprises a switch device, a temperature acquisition device, a heating device, a rotating device, a linear stroke device and a smoking set system control device;

the switching device, the temperature acquisition device, the heating device, the rotating device and the linear stroke device are all connected with the smoking set system control device;

the switching device 90 is used for receiving a smoking set switching action signal, generating a smoking set switching instruction and sending the smoking set switching instruction to the smoking set system control device;

the temperature acquisition device 100 is used for acquiring temperature data of a heating device in the smoking set and sending the temperature data to a smoking set system control device;

the smoking set system control device 200 is used for receiving a switching instruction sent by the smoking set switching device and performing switching control on the smoking set; meanwhile, temperature data sent by a temperature signal acquisition device is received, and a temperature control duty ratio instruction for controlling the heating device to work is generated according to the temperature data; the smoke removing device is also used for generating a rotation driving instruction and a smoke removing instruction, the rotation driving instruction controls the heating device connected to the rotating device driving shaft to rotate, and the smoke removing instruction controls the driving shaft and the heating device to synchronously perform linear reciprocating motion;

The information reading module 201 can read the real-time information data of the thermistor 101, the system control module 202 adjusts the duty ratio of the energy supply of the heating element 301 according to the real-time data information of the thermistor 101, and the instruction sending module 203 sends an instruction to control the temperature of the heating element 301 at a target temperature level; the instruction sending module 203 is further configured to control the motor 401 to operate, drive the heating element 301 to rotate, so that the periphery of the heating element 301 is separated from tobacco shreds of a cigarette, and control the reciprocating type electromagnet 501 to operate, so as to drive the heating element to linearly move in the cigarette along the extension direction of the cigarette, so that the heating element returns after successively retreating by a certain distance, and a user can conveniently pull out the cigarette.

As shown in fig. 8, in order to match different cigarettes, the single smoking time, the heating temperature and the rotation angle of the rotating device of the cigarette need to be set correspondingly;

therefore, the system also comprises a cigarette heating temperature setting module 601 connected with the control device of the smoking set system, and is used for setting the heating device to heat the cigarette to the set temperature when the cigarette works.

Different heating temperatures can be set for different cigarettes, so that a temperature control instruction duty ratio signal of the heating device during working is changed, namely the heating temperature of the cigarettes is changed;

also included is a cigarette single puff time setting module 602 coupled to the smoking article system control device for setting a single puff time of a cigarette.

Different single-time suction time can be set for different cigarettes, so that the generation time of a motor rotation driving instruction is changed;

the smoking set further comprises a motor rotation angle setting module 603 connected with the smoking set system control device and used for setting the rotation angle of the motor, including a positive rotation angle and/or a negative rotation angle.

Different motor rotation angles can be set for different cigarettes, so that the motor can drive the heating device to rotate for a certain angle in a certain direction when rotating;

as the preferred scheme of the invention, the motor rotation angle setting module is used for setting, so that the motor can rotate forwards for a certain angle and then rotate backwards for a certain angle, and the heating device is ensured to be fully separated from the cigarette.

As shown in fig. 9, a control method for heating a non-combustion type smoking article system includes the steps of:

step 10: acquiring a smoking set starting instruction;

step 20: sending a temperature control instruction and a real-time temperature acquisition instruction according to the smoking set starting instruction;

step 30: adjusting the duty ratio of a temperature control instruction according to the real-time temperature acquisition instruction so as to maintain the heating device in a constant temperature interval;

step 40: when a smoking set closing instruction is obtained, closing a temperature control instruction and a real-time temperature acquisition instruction, and sending a motor driving instruction and a smoking quitting instruction;

step 50: the motor driving shaft rotates according to the motor rotation driving instruction, so that the heating device connected to the motor driving shaft rotates, and the heating device is separated from the cigarettes;

step 60: the linear stroke device drives the motor to perform linear reciprocating motion according to the cigarette withdrawing instruction, and drives the heating device to be separated from the cigarettes.

As a preferred aspect of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, a control method for heating a non-combustion type smoking set system comprises the steps of:

step 10: acquiring a smoking set starting instruction;

step 15: after a starting instruction of the smoking set is obtained, setting the single smoking time and the heating temperature of the cigarettes;

step 20: sending a temperature control instruction and a real-time temperature acquisition instruction according to the smoking set starting instruction;

step 30: collecting data information at real time;

step 35: judging whether the temperature of the cigarettes reaches the set heating temperature or not, and if so, entering the step 40; if not, returning to the step 30;

step 40: adjusting the duty ratio of the temperature control command to maintain the heating device in a constant temperature interval,

step 50: when the cigarette smoking time reaches the set cigarette single smoking time, closing the temperature control instruction and the real-time temperature acquisition instruction, and sending a rotation driving instruction and a cigarette withdrawing instruction;

As a preferred scheme of the present invention, in the smoking set control process, after a smoking set start-up instruction is obtained, a motor driving angle setting may be performed, and after a motor rotation driving instruction is received, according to the set driving angle, the motor driving shaft drives the heating device connected to the motor driving shaft to perform a forward rotation and/or a reverse rotation setting angle.

As shown in fig. 10, in the using process of the smoking set, firstly, the low-temperature smoking set is turned on by the key switch of the smoking set to start working, and after the smoking set system control device of the low-temperature smoking set obtains a starting instruction, a single pumping period T and a target temperature T are set, where the single pumping period T refers to a working period of the low-temperature smoking set (for example, the single pumping period is set to four minutes), that is, a cycle from starting to automatic closing; the target temperature T is a preset target temperature range of the heating element (for example, 200 to 260 degrees, 220 to 240 degrees, etc.); starting to generate a temperature control instruction and a real-time temperature acquisition instruction at the same time, wherein the temperature control instruction controls the heating device to start working and rise temperature, the real-time temperature acquisition instruction controls the thermistor to start working and acquires real-time information data fed back by the thermistor, when the temperature of the heating element rises to a target temperature T, the smoking set system control device judges the conclusion according to the real-time temperature data fed back by the thermistor at the moment, the duty ratio of the temperature control instruction of the heating element is adjusted, and the heating element is controlled to be maintained in a relatively constant temperature interval by adjusting the duty ratio, so that cigarettes in the low-temperature smoking set can be continuously and stably heated, and aerosol is generated for a user; when a single suction period is reached, namely one working period is operated, a motor driving instruction and a cigarette returning instruction are started to be generated, the motor driving instruction controls the motor to operate, the motor drives the heating body to rotate, the heating body is fully separated from the cigarette, the motor can be further controlled to reversely return, the reciprocating type electromagnet is controlled by the cigarette returning instruction to drive the heating body to withdraw from the cigarette, the heating body is further controlled to return, the whole process is completed, and then the smoking set system control device automatically cuts off the power supply to complete the heating period of one cigarette. If the user wants to draw the next cigarette, the low-temperature smoking set is restarted.

In addition, the positive rotation and the reverse rotation return of the heating body are driven by the driving motor, so that the heating body can be more fully separated from the cigarette, and the phenomenon that the rotating angle of the heating body is too large to influence a circuit between the heating body and the PCB can be avoided.
