(1) firstly fixing a product on a fixture, then placing the fixture on a fixture tool 55, adsorbing and positioning by means of a magnetic ring 553, opening a box cover 17 at the top of an air box 3, inserting a sample plate with an arrangement track such as a circle, an arc and the like into the air box 3 along a longitudinal slide rail 15, adjusting the position of a rod body 12 according to the arrangement track on the sample plate, ensuring that rubber stoppers 13 on the arrangement track are separated from adsorption microtubes 4, and the other sample plates are closed, then taking out the sample plate, covering the box cover 17, and switching on a suction device;

(2) the vertical cylinder drives the air tank 3 to move downwards, the placing box 54 is located right below the air tank 3 at the moment, after the specified position is reached, the suction equipment is started, vacuum negative pressure is generated in the air tank 3 below the supporting plate 10, adsorption of diamond abrasive particles with the preset track is completed, the vertical cylinder is reset, the air tank 3 moves upwards, the servo motor 52 is started, the placing box 54 and the clamp tool 55 are driven to synchronously move towards one side, the clamp tool 55 is transferred to the right below the air tank 3, the vertical cylinder drives the air tank 3 to move downwards again, after the specified position is reached, the suction equipment reversely operates to pressurize the air tank 3, the diamond abrasive particles are discharged from the adsorption microtubes 4 and are distributed on a base body of a product;

(3) after the arrangement is completed, the vertical cylinder resets, the placing box 54 and the clamp tool 55 also reset, and the product is taken away manually or by means of a manipulator.

According to the microchamber adsorption single-layer arrangement device for diamond arrangement, the structural design of the air box 3 is optimized, the structures with the adjustable rod body 12 and the rubber plug 13 are adopted, the conduction and the free switching of the closed state of the adsorption microtube 4 are realized, the arrangement tracks can be adjusted according to different arrangement requirements, the arrangement device does not need to be replaced, the equipment cost of an enterprise is obviously reduced, and the arrangement efficiency is improved.

The feeding and arranging assembly 5 can adjust the horizontal position by means of the servo motor 52 and the lead screw 53, so that feeding and arranging operation of diamond abrasive particles is realized on one hand, and products can be taken and placed in the feeding gap on the other hand, and the production efficiency is improved.
