Background

The water temperature of a vacuum box matched with an extruder is generally controlled by adopting a water cooling mode, and the following defects are found in long-term practice: 1. the structure is complex, and the maintenance cost is high; 2. the water level and the water temperature in the vacuum box cannot be controlled timely and accurately; normal production of the plastic pipe is influenced; 3. the operation procedure is complicated, and time and labor are consumed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the automatic water temperature regulating device of the vacuum box, which has simple structure and intelligent operation and can realize the constant control of the water temperature of the vacuum box under the condition that a water pump does not stop.

In order to solve the technical problem, the automatic water temperature adjusting device for the vacuum box comprises a working box body, wherein a water temperature adjusting box is arranged at the bottom side of the working box body, a water pump is arranged in the water temperature adjusting box, the water pump is provided with a cooling water adjusting pipe, a cold water leading-in header pipe communicated with the cooling water adjusting pipe is arranged at one side of the cooling water adjusting pipe, and the cold water leading-in header pipe is communicated with the working box body;

the top end of the cooling water adjusting pipe is sequentially provided with a manual adjusting drain pipe and an automatic adjusting drain pipe from inside to outside; the manual adjusting drain pipe is provided with a second control valve, and the automatic adjusting drain pipe is provided with a second angle seat valve;

a cold water inlet pipeline is arranged on one side of the water temperature adjusting tank and is communicated with the water temperature adjusting tank through a first cold water inlet pipe and a second cold water inlet pipe respectively, the first cold water inlet pipe is provided with a first angle seat valve, the second cold water inlet pipe is provided with a cold water inlet manual valve, and the cold water inlet pipeline is provided with a cold water inlet main control valve;

the water temperature adjusting tank is provided with a thermocouple.

The cold water inlet pipeline of the invention is communicated with the water temperature adjusting tank, the side surface of the water temperature adjusting tank is connected with the water pump, the water outlet at the top of the water pump is connected with the cooling water adjusting pipe, and the cooling water adjusting pipe is simultaneously communicated with the working tank body through the cold water leading-in header pipe. When the cold water automatic control system is in normal use, the cold water inlet manual valve and the second control valve are both in a closed state, and the cold water automatic control system can be manually operated when an accident occurs.

In the operating state, the water pump pumps the cooling water in the water temperature adjusting box into the working box body through the cooling water adjusting pipe and the cold water inlet pipe. The thermocouple is installed on the water temperature adjusting tank, the thermocouple detects the water temperature in the water temperature adjusting tank in real time, when the detection temperature is higher than or lower than the temperature set by the PLC in the early stage, the PLC gives a first angle seat valve and a second angle seat valve opening signal, the first angle seat valve is opened, cooling water is injected into the water temperature adjusting tank through a cold water inlet pipeline, the second angle seat valve is opened at the same time, the cooling water in the water temperature adjusting tank begins to be discharged, the first angle seat valve and the second angle seat valve are closed until the cooling water in the water temperature adjusting tank reaches the set temperature, and the injection and the discharge of the cooling water are stopped. During the period, the water pump normally runs, and the vacuum box normally works without stopping.

a manual adjusting drain pipe 5a and an automatic adjusting drain pipe 5c are sequentially arranged at the top end of the cooling water adjusting pipe 5 from inside to outside; the manual adjusting drain pipe 5a is provided with a second control valve 5b, and the automatic adjusting drain pipe 5c is provided with a second angle seat valve 5 d;

The thermocouple 3 controls a first angle seat valve 4b and a second angle seat valve 5d through a PLC.

Before operation, the PLC sets the required temperature. In the operation process, the water pump 1 continuously pumps the stored water in the water temperature adjusting tank 2 into the working tank body 7, and when the thermocouple 3 detects that the water temperature is lower than or higher than a set value, the PLC controls the first angle seat valve 4b and the second angle seat valve 5d to automatically open or close to adjust the water temperature until the water temperature reaches a normal value, and then the first angle seat valve 4b and the second angle seat valve 5d are closed. During the period, the water pump runs normally, and the vacuum box works normally without stopping.

The invention has simple structure, stable operation, automatic temperature control, flexible operation mode, manual intervention during accidental shutdown and loss reduction.
