Background

The rubber roller of the printing machine is used for printing machinery and is used as a rubber roller for impressing, ink adjusting and ink transferring. The rubber roller has moderate hardness and elasticity, high oil resistance, washing solvent resistance, wear resistance and shape stability.

The existing rubber roller of the printing machine has the defects of complex structure and axial adjustability.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a rubber roller shaft, which solves the problems that the existing rubber roller of a printing machine is complex in structure and cannot be axially adjusted.

In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the rubber roll shaft consists of a rubber sleeve 1, a steel sleeve 2 and a shaft head 3; the rubber sleeve 1 is sleeved outside the steel sleeve 2, internal threads are arranged at two ends of an inner hole of the steel sleeve 2, external threads are arranged on the outer surface of the shaft head 3, and the two shaft heads 3 are in threaded connection with two ends of the steel sleeve 2.

The axial length of the rubber roll shaft can be adjusted through the rotating shaft head, and the rubber roll shaft can be used for coloring pigments in the printing process. The invention has the advantages of axial adjustability, pressurization in the printing process, offset plate loading and enhanced mechanical controllability of the printing rubber roller.
