As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the damping movable structure 3 is a movable connecting structure with a damping effect, so as to movably connect the frame member 2 to the base member 1 and provide damping between the frame member 2 and the base member 1. For example, the damping movable structure 3 may be a combination of a connecting mechanism and a damper to provide damping to the relative movement while allowing the relative movement between the frame member 2 and the base member 1. Alternatively, the damping movable structure 3 may be a spring damping structure, an oil pressure damping structure, an air pressure damping structure, etc. alone, and the spring, the oil pressure rod, the air pressure rod, etc. alone may provide both the coupling and damping effects.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, in the present embodiment, the damping movable structure 3 includes pivot connectors 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d and damping connectors 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, 32e, the frame member 2 is pivotally connected to the base member 1 through the pivot connectors 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d, and the damping connectors 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, 32e are connected between the frame member 2 and the base member 1 to provide damping for the pivoting of the frame member 2 and the base member 1. Preferably, the damping links 32a, 32b, 32c, 32d, 32e are springs, and the damping is provided by the elasticity of the springs. Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, for example, the damping connector may also be a pneumatic rod or a hydraulic rod, and the damping force is generated by the action of air pressure or hydraulic pressure.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, in the action festive lantern 100 of the present embodiment, the skeleton segment 21 is pivotally connected to the base member 1 via the pivot connector 31a, and the damping connectors 32a and 32b are connected between the skeleton segment 21 and the base member 1, so that the skeleton segment 21 can smoothly swing back and forth with respect to the base member 1 to simulate the movement of the lower leg of the mannequin festive lantern. The skeleton sub-block 22 is pivotally connected to the base member 1 via the pivot connection 31b, and the damping connection 32c is connected between the skeleton sub-block 22 and the base member 1, so that the skeleton sub-block 22 can be raised or lowered gently relative to the base member 1 to simulate the motion of the sole (toe) of the artificial festive lantern. The frame segment 23 is pivotally connected to the base member 1 via the pivot connector 31c, and the damping connector 32d is connected between the frame segment 23 and the base member 1, so that the frame segment 23 can be gently lifted or lowered relative to the base member 1 to simulate the heel movement of the artificial lantern. The skeleton sub-block 24 is pivotally connected to the skeleton sub-block 21 via the pivot connection member 31d, and the damping connection member 32e is connected between the skeleton sub-block 23 and the skeleton sub-block 21, so that the skeleton sub-block 23 and the skeleton sub-block 21 can pivot relatively to simulate the knee joint movement of the artificial festive lantern.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the outer skin member 4 covers the external form frame of the festive lantern, and its outer surface may be provided with various decorative props besides patterns or characters. Moreover, the outer skin member 4 is usually made of transparent or semi-transparent material, but can also be made of opaque material with transparent slits or holes, depending on the requirements.

As shown in fig. 2, in the action festive lantern 100 of the present embodiment, the light-emitting member 5 includes a plurality of light-emitting elements 51 and a power supply element 52, the plurality of light-emitting elements 51 are distributed in the outer frame of the festive lantern and are commonly connected to the power supply element 52, and the power supply element 52 supplies power to the plurality of light-emitting elements 51. Since the operating festive lantern 100 does not require an electric mechanism to drive, only the light source requires power, and the power requirement is much lower than that of the conventional electric festive lantern. Therefore, the operation festive lantern 100 can be easily set by the independent mobile power supply (the power supply 52) without depending on the external power supply, and is not limited to the fixed position of the adjacent power supply. Preferably, the illuminating element 51 is an LED lamp in this embodiment, which consumes less power than conventional lighting, and can maintain longer illumination without relying on external power supply. In addition, the power supply 52 is preferably a lithium battery, which has the advantages of long life, light weight, small volume, good discharge characteristics, and fast charging, and is suitable for use as a mobile power source. In the present embodiment, the power supply unit 52 is disposed at the rear side of the riding space 20 in the festive lantern housing, and is not only less likely to affect the movement of the operator R, but also convenient to detach for charging.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the driving member 6 is used to wear the base member 1 and the skeleton member 2 to the operator R, so that the body motion of the operator R can drive the motion festive lantern 100. In the action festive lantern 100 of this embodiment, the base wearing part 61 includes a foot cover 611 for covering the foot of the operator R, and the skeleton wearing part 62 includes a leg cover 621 for covering the leg of the operator R, so that the base member 1 and the skeleton member 2 are driven by the movement of the foot and the leg of the operator R, and the action festive lantern 100 performs walking action.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the foot cover 611 of the base wearing unit 61 is provided on the upper side of the base member 1, and the foot cover 611 has a vamp shape and surrounds the upper surface of the base member 1 in a shoe shape so as to be worn on the foot of the operator R. Preferably, the base wearing part 61 may further have a strap 612 to strengthen the fixing between the foot cover 611 and the foot of the operator R to prevent the loosening. In this embodiment, the leg cover 621 of the skeleton-worn portion 62 is positioned above the foot cover 611, and has a semi-tubular shape matching the leg shape so as to be worn on the front side of the lower leg of the operator R. Preferably, the skeleton wearing portion 62 further has a plurality of straps 622, wherein the straps 622 connected to the leg sheath 621 are used for strengthening the fixation between the leg sheath 621 and the leg of the operator R, and the straps 622 connected to the skeleton sub-block 24 are used for wearing the skeleton sub-block 24 of the skeleton member 2 to the thigh of the operator R.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, with the above structure, the foot and leg movements of the operator R directly drive the base member 1 and the frame member 2 connected via the driving member 6, and indirectly drive the associated frame segments 21, 22, 23, 24 via the lap joint, pivot joint and/or damping connection structure between the damping movable structure 3 and the frame segments. Therefore, this action festive lantern 100 can reflect this operator R's body motion and move, and the action is more exquisite, smooth than current electronic festive lantern, and more abundant various, especially this action festive lantern 100 can make the walking action, actually removes on the road surface, and on carrying out the festive lantern show, far more has the advantage than current electronic festive lantern.

While the foregoing description and description are of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, other modifications will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the foregoing description and it is intended that such modifications be included within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
