1. A shock absorbing heel with cushioning device for attachment to a high-heeled shoe, comprising:

the outer heel (110) is fixed on the lower surface of the rear part of the high-heeled shoe sole (101);

an internal heel (120), comprising: an inner heel upper part (121) inserted and connected to the inside of the outer heel (110) and formed at an upper side; an inner heel lower part (122) formed on the lower side; a boss portion (121a) located between the inner heel upper portion (121) and the inner heel lower portion (122) and having a diameter greater than that of the inner heel upper portion (121);

a spring (130) which is positioned inside the external heel (110), externally inserted to the internal heel upper part (121), and caught to the upper part of the boss part (121a) so as to be compressed when the external heel (110) descends;

a heel (140) connected to a lower end of the inner heel lower part (122) and supported on the ground;

a fixing cover (160) located at an upper portion of the inside heel (120), the inside heel (120) and the spring (130) being inserted at an inner side thereof, and having an upper hole (163) whose upper surface is opened.

2. The shock absorbing heel with a cushioning device for sticking to a high-heeled shoe according to claim 1, wherein the fixing cap (160) comprises:

an inner heel support part (161) into which the inner heel upper part (121) is inserted;

a spring support part (162) which is positioned at the lower part of the inner heel support part (161), has a diameter larger than that of the inner heel support part (161), and is inserted with a spring (130) and an inner heel upper part (121),

a coupling thread (164) is formed at an outer circumferential surface to be screw-coupled with the lateral heel (110), thereby determining the height thereof.

3. The shock absorbing heel with cushioning device for affixing to a high-heeled shoe as claimed in claim 1, wherein said external heel (110) comprises:

a large-diameter passage part (111) on which the fixing cover (160) is mounted;

a middle diameter passage part (112) communicating with the large diameter passage part (111), the inner heel upper part (121) and the spring (130) being placed on the middle diameter passage part;

a bottleneck space (113) which communicates with the middle diameter passage part (112) and to the lower side of which the boss part (121a) is attached;

a small-diameter passage part (114) communicating with the bottleneck space part (113) and having a diameter smaller than that of the bottleneck space part (113), the inner heel lower part (122) being inserted into the small-diameter passage part (114).

4. The shock absorbing heel with a cushion device according to claim 1,

a lower end portion of the inner heel lower part (122) further protruding to a lower side than a lower end portion of the outer heel (110) to be exposed to the outside, and connected and disposed on the heel sole (140);

when a pedestrian load is applied, the end of the outer heel (110) is in contact with the sole heel (140);

and a protective cap (150) having an upper end higher than a lower end of the outer heel (110), a lower end engaged with the sole heel (140), and a lower end inserted so as to wrap the outer side of the outer heel (110), thereby isolating the lower end of the inner heel lower part (122) from the outside, and the outer heel (110) being movable up and down inside thereof due to a load of a walker.

5. The shock absorbing heel with a cushion device according to claim 1,

the inner heel upper part (121) and the inner heel lower part (122) of the inner heel (120) are formed separately, and the lower part of the boss part (121a) is protruded to form an insertion part (121b), so that the insertion part (121b) can be inserted and connected to the upper part of the inner heel lower part (122).

6. The shock absorbing heel with a cushion device according to claim 3,

lubricating oil (190) is poured into the large-diameter passage portion (111) and the medium-diameter passage portion (112) of the outer heel (110), a gasket (123) for preventing oil leakage is externally fitted to the lower end portion of the boss portion (121a), and the gasket (123) is inserted into the bottleneck space portion (113).

7. The shock absorbing heel with a cushion device according to claim 2,

when the external heel (110) is lowered, the internal heel upper (121) protrudes through the upper hole (163).

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a shock absorbing heel having a shock absorbing means capable of relieving a load applied to a sole of a foot when walking, and more particularly, to a shock absorbing heel having a shock absorbing means, which is attached to a high-heeled shoe, and which includes: the outer heel is fixedly arranged behind the sole of the high-heeled shoe (shoe); the spring is arranged on the upper side of the inner heel and is connected with the inner side of the outer heel; and a sole heel which is fixedly arranged at the lower end part of the inner heel and can be replaced, wherein the lower end part of the outer heel is inserted with a cylindrical protective cap, so that the lower end part of the inner heel is prevented from being exposed outside, a fixed cover connected with the upper part of the spring and the inner heel is inserted into the inner side of the outer heel, and the outer heel slides up and down through the spring during walking, thereby relieving the impact.

Background

Women like to wear beautiful high-heeled shoes, and the desire of each woman to wear such high-heeled shoes is that the completion of fashion is called to match a pair of high-heeled shoes.

In particular, high-heeled shoes, which can increase the height, thereby enabling the body and clothes to be matched more beautifully, and can freely exhibit heightening and fashion designs without limitations, are favored from teenagers to elderly women, and have become life necessities that they prefer to wear.

Thus, high-heeled shoes have the advantages of being heightened, decorating clothes and statures, being more fashionable, and being matched with the charm which is not hindered, but simultaneously, the following problems exist: since the heel of the high-heeled shoe is high, impact force is applied to the foot, knee, waist and the whole body, thereby causing foot pain, general discomfort, simultaneously inducing problems of foot diseases, knee and back pain, etc., or causing damage to joints of the foot, knee and waist.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, some techniques have been proposed in the related art, and for example, there are disclosed techniques in which a general elastic member such as rubber is inserted into the heel, or an elastic device such as a spring is used.

In the prior art that has been disclosed, utility model No. 20-0403451 "woman style cushioning shoe", which includes a cushioning device, the heel of the cushioning shoe is pasted and fixed on the rear end of the sole, and has a proper height, and can function as the heel, when walking, the impact applied to the heel is reduced to the utmost by elastic potential energy, the cushioning device includes: a housing having a barrel shape with an upper portion closing a lower opening, wherein upright guide holes are formed through upper ends of opposite outer edge surfaces, and cushioning members are provided on upper and lower surfaces of the guide holes, respectively; a lifting member of a tubular type provided at an upper end of an outer circumferential surface thereof with pin-shaped locking protrusions, respectively, facing each other, the pin-shaped locking protrusions being located inside the guide hole so as to be lifted or lowered at an appropriate height inside the housing; a fixing member formed in a shape having an open upper end and a closed lower end, and fixed to a lower end of an inner circumferential surface of the elevation member; and an elastic member which is located between the top plate in the housing and the bottom surface of the fixing member and applies elastic potential energy to the fixing member.

In addition, the "shock absorbing heel" of the prior utility model No. 20-0393493 provides a shock absorbing heel which has a strong buffering power due to the hydraulic pressure applied to the sole attached to the heel, thereby being capable of alleviating the shock transmitted to the ankle and the knee when walking.

As described above, in the conventional shoe, since the cushioning member is installed in the sole, it is difficult to manufacture the heel provided with the cushioning member, and the installation structure is complicated, so that the process of installing the cushioning member is also complicated. Due to such difficulty, the structure of the shoe needs to be changed to install the cushioning member, and thus additional manufacturing equipment needs to be purchased.

In addition, the conventional heel has a problem in that it is difficult to easily install or detach the sole for use or to replace or repair parts for reuse, thereby causing a great economic loss and deteriorating durability and convenience thereof.

Disclosure of Invention

[ problem to be solved ]

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and provides a shock absorbing heel having a cushioning device, which is attached to a high-heeled shoe, comprising: the outer heel is fixedly arranged at the back of the sole of the high-heeled shoe; an inner heel, the upper side of which is provided with a spring and is connected with the inner side of the outer heel; and a heel inserted into the outer heel and replaceable, the outer heel being slid up and down by a spring during walking, thereby relieving impact applied to the body.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a cylindrical protective cap for preventing the lower end of an inner heel from being exposed to the outside by inserting the protective cap into the lower end of the outer heel, thereby providing a beautiful appearance by the protective cap and preventing external dust from entering the inner heel, thereby greatly improving durability in use.

It is another object of the present invention to promote user awareness of the shock absorbing heel by branding or the like on the exterior face of the protective cap.

Another object of the present invention is to form a boss portion having a diameter greater than that of an upper portion of an inner heel and a lower portion of the inner heel between the inner heel connected to the inside of an outer heel, that is, the upper portion of the inner heel and the lower portion of the inner heel, so that a spring can be externally fitted and fixed to the upper portion of the inner heel, and to be connected to a fixing cap inserted and fixed to the upper portion of the inner heel and the upper portion of the spring, so that the upper portion of the inner heel and the upper portion of the spring are prevented from falling down from the outer heel, thereby enabling to improve the stability of connection.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing heel with a shock-absorbing device which is attached to a high-heeled shoe, in which the movement of the spring is restricted by a fixing cap inserted into the inside of the outer heel and the inner heel, and which can disperse the gravity caused by the impact, thereby improving the firmness and durability.

Another object of the present invention is to fill lubricating oil into the inside of the outer heel for inserting the spring and the inner heel, thereby preventing noise from being generated due to collision of these structures with each other, and a packing inserted externally into the inner heel is fixed and disposed inside the outer heel, thereby preventing the lubricating oil from dropping to the lower portion, thereby preventing oil leakage, and thus being capable of improving durability.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing heel with a cushioning device which is attached to a high-heeled shoe, which enables a user to easily detach and attach a protective cap, so that the user can easily detach or attach the protective cap when it is deformed due to wear or the design needs to be changed.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises: the outer heel (110) is fixed on the lower surface of the rear part of the high-heeled shoe sole (101); an internal heel (120), comprising: an inner heel upper part (121) inserted and connected to the inside of the outer heel (110) and formed at the upper side; an inner heel lower part (122) formed on the lower side; a boss portion (121a) located between the inner heel upper portion (121) and the inner heel lower portion (122) and having a diameter greater than that of the inner heel upper portion (121); a spring (130) which is positioned inside the external heel (110), externally inserted to the internal heel upper part (121), and caught to the upper part of the boss part (121a) so as to be compressed when the external heel (110) descends; a heel (140) connected to a lower end of the inner heel lower part (122) and supported on the ground; a fixing cover (160) located at an upper portion of the inside heel (120), the inside heel (120) and the spring (130) being inserted at an inner side thereof, and having an upper hole (163) whose upper surface is opened.

The fixing cover (160) of the present invention comprises: an inner heel support part (161) into which the inner heel upper part (121) is inserted; and a spring support part (162) which is located at a lower portion of the inner heel support part (161) and has a diameter greater than that of the inner heel support part (161), and which is inserted into the spring (130) and the inner heel upper part (121) to form a coupling thread (164) at an outer circumferential surface thereof so as to be screw-coupled to the outer heel (110) to determine a height thereof.

The external heel (110) of the invention comprises: a large-diameter passage part (111) on which the fixing cover (160) is mounted; a middle diameter passage part (112) communicating with the large diameter passage part (111), located at a lower portion of the large diameter passage part, and having a diameter smaller than that of the large diameter passage part (111), the internal heel upper part (121) and the spring (130) being placed on the middle diameter passage part; a bottleneck space (113) which communicates with the middle diameter passage part (112) and to the lower side of which the boss part (121a) is attached; a small-diameter passage part (114) communicating with the bottleneck space part (113) and having a diameter smaller than that of the bottleneck space part (113), the inner heel lower part (122) being inserted into the small-diameter passage part (114).

The lower end portion of the inner heel lower part (122) of the present invention is further protruded to the lower side than the lower end portion of the outer heel (110) to be exposed to the outside, and is connected and disposed on the heel sole (140); the end of the external heel (110) is in contact with the sole heel (140) when a load is applied to a pedestrian; and a protective cap (150) having an upper end higher than a lower end of the outer heel (110), a lower end engaged with the sole heel (140), and a lower end inserted so as to wrap the outer side of the outer heel (110), thereby isolating the lower end of the inner heel lower part (122) from the outside, and the outer heel (110) being movable up and down inside thereof due to a load of a walker.

The inner heel (120) of the present invention is formed by separating an inner heel upper part (121) and an inner heel lower part (122), and the lower part of the boss part (121a) is protruded to form an insertion part (121b), so that the insertion part (121b) can be inserted and connected to the upper part of the inner heel lower part (122).

The invention relates to a shock absorbing heel with a buffer device, which is adhered on a high-heeled shoe, wherein lubricating oil (190) is filled into a large-diameter channel part (111) and a middle-diameter channel part (112) of an outer heel (110), a sealing gasket (123) for preventing oil leakage is externally sleeved at the lower end part of a boss part (121a), and the sealing gasket (123) is inserted on a bottleneck space part (113).

The invention provides a shock absorbing heel with a buffer device, which is adhered on a high-heeled shoe, wherein when the outer heel (110) descends, the inner heel upper part (121) penetrates through an upper hole (163) and protrudes.

[ Effect of the invention ]

The shock-absorbing heel with the buffer device, which is stuck on the high-heeled shoes, comprises the outer heel, the inner heel and the sole heel which can relieve the impact and are arranged at the back of the soles of the high-heeled shoes, and the shock-absorbing heel can be disassembled, so the shock-absorbing heel is convenient to mount and dismount, and can be easily replaced or repaired, so the shock-absorbing heel is convenient to replace or maintain, and the shock applied to the body during walking can be relieved.

In addition, the invention inserts and sets the cylindrical protective cap which prevents the lower end part of the inner heel from being exposed to the outside at the lower end part of the outer heel, thereby not only providing the beauty through the protective cap, but also preventing the external dust from entering the inner heel, thereby greatly improving the durability in use.

In addition, the invention can be publicized on the outer surface of the protective cap by marking brands and the like so as to improve the knowledge of users on the shock-absorbing heel.

In addition, the present invention forms a boss part having a diameter greater than that of the upper part of the inner heel connected to the inner side of the outer heel, so that the spring can be externally inserted and fixed to the upper part of the inner heel, and is connected to a fixing cover inserted and fixed to the upper part of the inner heel and the upper part of the spring, thereby preventing the spring from falling from the outer heel to the lower part and moving to both sides, and thus improving the stability of connection.

In addition, the spring is restricted in its movement by the fixing cap inserted into the inner side of the outer heel and the inner heel, and can disperse the gravity caused by the impact, thereby improving the firmness and durability.

In addition, according to the present invention, the inner side of the outer heel into which the spring and the inner heel are inserted is filled with the lubricating oil, thereby preventing noise from being generated due to collision of the structures, and the packing externally inserted into the lower portion of the inner heel is disposed at the lower portion of the boss portion and the inner side of the outer heel, thereby preventing the lubricating oil from dropping to the lower portion, thereby preventing oil leakage, and improving durability.

Further, the present invention enables a user to easily detach and attach the protective cap, and thus, the user can easily perform when deformed due to abrasion or needs to change design.
