s200: respectively placing a first elastic band 11 and a second elastic band 12 at a first side end and a second side end in the width direction of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 under conveyance to ensure that the first elastic band 11 and the second elastic band 12 are respectively and simultaneously received by the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20, wherein the width direction of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 can be specifically referred to the transverse direction shown in fig. 2, and the conveying direction of the first elastic band 11 and the second elastic band 12 at the first side end and the second side end in the width direction of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 under conveyance is referred to the arrow at the upper part of fig. 3;

s300: respectively reversely folding a first side end and a second side end of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 in the width direction, wrapping a first elastic band 11 and a second elastic band 12 in a wrapping edge by the reverse folding, and welding the wrapping edge along the length direction of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 to wrap the first elastic band 11 and the second elastic band 12, so that the first elastic band 11 and the second elastic band 12 can be respectively and firmly fixed on the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 by welding the wrapping edge, wherein the length direction of the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 can specifically refer to the longitudinal direction shown in fig. 2;

s400: laminating the first fabric 10 and the second fabric 20 in conveying to form a laminated layer which is the same up and down;

s500: welding the first cloth 10 and the second cloth 20 of the conveyed laminated layer along the width direction, wherein the laminated layer formed by the first cloth 10 and the second cloth 20 can be partially combined together by welding, a first row of welding lines 15 and a second row of welding lines 16 are alternately formed along the length direction of the laminated first cloth 10 and the laminated second cloth 20, the laminated layer is divided into connected protective garment sleeves 30 by alternately forming the first row of welding lines 15 and the second row of welding lines 16, the first row of welding lines 15 and the second row of welding lines 16 are arranged in opposite inclination directions, and the connected protective garment sleeves 30 are provided with hand cuffs 13 and shoulder cuffs by arranging the first row of welding lines 15 and the second row of welding lines 16 in opposite inclination directions;
