Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical protective clothing production, and particularly relates to protective clothing sleeves and a production method thereof.
Background
The protective clothing sleeves are assembled with the protective clothing main body, so that the protective clothing presents a complete body and protects the arms of a human body. In the prior art, the shapes of the front and back surfaces of the protective clothing sleeves are obtained by directly cutting the raw materials in the production process of the protective clothing sleeves, then the protective clothing sleeves are sewn at related positions through manpower or equipment, a complete protective clothing sleeve is obtained after sewing, the protective clothing sleeves produced by the prior art can be greatly wasted on materials, the middle interval is too large due to the cutting form of the protective clothing sleeves in the prior art, the interval part cannot meet the cutting condition and can only be treated as waste materials, and therefore the method for producing the protective clothing by using the prior art can cause excessive waste of the raw materials.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a protective garment sleeve and a method for producing the same, which is used for processing a first fabric and a second fabric into the protective garment sleeve, and comprises the following steps:
s100: conveying the first cloth and the second cloth along the same direction, wherein the first cloth is positioned right above the second cloth;
s200: respectively placing a first elastic band and a second elastic band on a first side end and a second side end of the first cloth and the second cloth in the width direction during conveying;
s300: respectively reversely folding a first side end and a second side end of the first cloth and the second cloth in the width direction during conveying, and welding and wrapping edges along the length direction of the first cloth and the second cloth to wrap the first elastic band and the second elastic band;
s400: laminating the first fabric and the second fabric in conveying;
s500: welding the first cloth and the second cloth of the conveyed lamination along the width direction, and alternately forming a first row of welding lines and a second row of welding lines along the length direction of the first cloth and the second cloth of the lamination, wherein the first row of welding lines and the second row of welding lines are arranged in opposite inclination directions;
s600: and cutting along the first row of welding lines and the second row of welding lines to form a plurality of protective garment sleeves.
Preferably, in step S200, before the first elastic band is placed on the first fabric and the second elastic band is placed on the second fabric, the first elastic band and the second elastic band are stretched.
Preferably, in the step S500, the first row of welding lines includes two first welding lines arranged in parallel and a first non-welding line between the two first welding lines, and the second row of welding lines includes two second welding lines arranged in parallel and a second non-welding line between the two second welding lines.
Further, in the step S600, the first and second fabrics of the laminate are cut along the first and second non-welded lines.
Preferably, in the step S500, both ends of the first and second bonding wires extend to edges of first and second side ends of the laminate, respectively.
Preferably, in the step S500, the first row of welding lines and the second row of welding lines are welded and formed on the first fabric and the second fabric of the laminated layer at the same time;
or, the first row of welding lines are formed on the first cloth and the second cloth which are laminated in a welding mode, and then the second row of welding lines are formed in a welding mode.
Preferably, in step S600, each of the protective garment sleeves has a hand cuff and a shoulder cuff, and the welded hem of each of the shoulder cuffs is cut.
Preferably, in step S300 and step S500, welding is performed by ultrasonic welding.
Preferably, in the step S600, the first welding line, the second welding line and the cutting of the shoulder cuff are performed simultaneously.
Preferably, in step S100, both the first fabric and the second fabric are non-woven fabrics.
