Detailed Description

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention provides a replaceable paste barrel, which includes a housing 1, an upper cover 2, a bottom cover 3 and a replaceable core, wherein the housing 1 is provided with a through hole 4 penetrating through the housing 1, the through hole 4 penetrates through the housing 1 along a central axis of the housing 1, the replaceable core is accommodated in the through hole 4, the upper cover 2 is detachably connected and installed on one end of the housing 1, the bottom cover 3 is rotatably installed on the other end of the housing 1, in this embodiment, the housing 1 is substantially hollow and cylindrical, the upper cover 2 is screwed on an outer side of a top end of the housing 1, the bottom cover 3 is rotatably installed on a bottom end of the housing 1, and the upper cover 2 and the bottom cover 3 are respectively used for covering upper and lower ends of the through hole 4.

The replacement core comprises a hollow cylinder 5, a screw 6 rotationally arranged in the hollow cylinder 5, and a lifting platform 7 which is sleeved outside the screw 6 in a threaded manner and is positioned in the hollow cylinder in a sliding manner, wherein the lifting platform 7 is approximately in the shape of a flat disc; the hollow cylinder 5 is provided with a material containing hole 8 for containing the external paste 111, and the material containing hole 8 extends along the central axis direction of the hollow cylinder 5.

The bottom cover 3 is provided with a connecting rod 9 used for being matched with the screw 6, the rotating connecting rod 9 drives the screw 6 to rotate, the rotating screw 6 enables the lifting platform 7 to move in the material containing hole 8, the moving lifting platform 7 drives the paste 111 in the material containing hole 8 of the hollow cylinder 5 to move out of the material containing hole 8, and therefore the paste 111 can be used conveniently.

The hollow cylinder 5 is connected with an elastic buckle 11, and the elastic buckle 11 is connected on the outer side wall of the hollow cylinder 5. The shell 1 is provided with a buckle groove concavely arranged on the inner hole wall of the through hole 4, and the elastic buckle 11 extends into the buckle groove so as to buckle the replacement core and the shell 1 together.

The shell 1 is provided with a guide strip 12 protruding into the through hole 4, the guide strip 12 is parallel to the central axis of the shell 1, the hollow cylinder 5 is provided with a guide groove 13, the guide groove 13 is formed by recessing the outer surface of the hollow cylinder 5, the hollow cylinder 5 is slidably arranged in the through hole 4 of the shell 1, and the guide strip 12 is accommodated in the guide groove 13.

In the assembling process of the shell 1 and the hollow cylinder 5, the matching of the guide strip 12 and the guide groove 13 ensures that the hollow cylinder 5 is quickly and accurately installed in the through hole 4 of the shell 1. After the hollow cylinder 5 is inserted into the through hole 4, the inner wall of the guide groove 13 is used to stop against the outer surface of the guide bar 12, thereby preventing the hollow cylinder 5 from rotating relative to the housing 1. Preferably, the number of the conducting bars 12 is two, and two conducting bars 12 are symmetrically arranged about the central axis of the housing 1, and similarly, the number of the guiding grooves 13 is two, and two conducting bars 12 are respectively accommodated in the two guiding grooves 13.

The elastic buckle 11 comprises a pressing part 14 connected with the hollow cylinder 5 and a clamping head part 15 connected with the pressing part 14, and the buckling groove is used for accommodating the clamping head part 15. The replacement core is provided with a bottom plate 17 positioned in the hollow cylinder 5, the bottom plate 17 is approximately in a circular flat plate shape, the screw 6 is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate 17, the screw 6 penetrates through the bottom plate 17 and extends into the material accommodating hole 8, the bottom plate 17 is used for blocking the lifting platform 7 abutting against the material accommodating hole 8, and a sealing ring 18 used for sealing a gap between the screw 6 and the bottom plate 17 is sleeved on the outer side of the screw 6 to prevent the paste 111 from escaping from the gap between the screw 6 and the bottom plate 17.

The bottom plate 17 is provided with a material injection hole 19 which penetrates through the bottom plate 17 and is communicated with the material containing hole 8, external paste is injected into the material containing hole 8 through the material injection hole 19 to form a paste 111, and the hollow cylinder 5 is detachably connected with a plug 25 for blocking the material injection hole 19. After the external paste is injected into the material containing hole 8 through the material injection hole 19, the material injection hole 19 is blocked by the plug 25, so that the paste in the material containing hole 8 is prevented from falling through the material injection hole 19.

The housing 1, the hollow cylinder 5 or the upper cover 2 is provided with a cover 21 for covering the material containing hole 8, in the embodiment, the cover 21 is connected to the hollow cylinder 5 of the replacement core in a snap-fit manner, and the cover 21 seals the opening of the material containing hole 8. When the paste needs to be injected into the material containing hole 8, the opening of the material containing hole 8 is firstly sealed by the sealing cover 21, and then the paste is injected into the material containing hole 8 between the hollow cylinder 5 and the sealing cover 21 through the material injection hole 19 to form the paste 111, so that the paste is prevented from overflowing through the opening of the material containing hole 8.

One end of the screw 6, which is far away from the bottom cover 3, is connected with a protruding fin 22, and the protruding fin 22 is used for blocking and abutting against the lifting platform 7. When the bottom cover 3 drives the lifting platform 7 to slide in the material accommodating hole 8 through the screw 6, the lifting platform 7 is stopped and limited by the convex fin 22, so that the lifting platform 7 is prevented from excessively moving and falling off the screw 6. Preferably, the number of the projecting fins 22 is two, and the two projecting fins 22 are arranged symmetrically about the central axis of the screw 6.

The hollow cylinder 5 is provided with a guide strip 23 positioned in the material accommodating hole 8, the lifting platform 7 is provided with a guide groove 24 for accommodating the guide strip 23, and the guide strip 23 is arranged in parallel with the central axis of the hollow cylinder 5. When the screw 6 is driven to rotate by the bottom cover 3, the inner groove wall of the guide groove 24 is abutted against the stop guide strip 23, so that the rotating screw 6 can drive the lifting platform 7 to slide up and down in the material accommodating hole 8, and the problem that the lifting platform 7 rotates along with the screw 6 and is not used well is avoided.
