3. The storage device of claim 2, further comprising:

at least one bearing plate, every bearing plate is inside all to be provided with at least one third cavity, the bearing plate set up in inside the frame body, the bearing plate can with the backplate butt, the top and the bottom of bearing plate respectively with frame body relevant position the plate body fixed connection.

4. The storage device of claim 3, further comprising:

at least one horizontal carrier plate, every horizontal carrier plate all set up in inside the frame body, horizontal carrier plate can with the backplate butt is connected, the relative both sides side of horizontal carrier plate can respectively with adjacent the plate body and/or bearing plate fixed connection.

5. The storage device of claim 4, further comprising:

the frame body comprises at least two baffles, at least one fourth cavity is arranged in each baffle, each baffle is parallel to the backboard, and each baffle is fixed at two ends of the outer side face of the bottom of the frame body respectively.

6. A method of assembling the storage apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:

(1) the plate body is sequentially arranged along the circumferential edge of the back plate, wherein at least one first cavity is arranged in each plate body;

(2) arranging a limiting groove of each plate body towards the edge of the back plate, wherein the circumferential edge of the back plate is respectively inserted and installed in the limiting groove on the plate body opposite to the back plate;

when a plurality of the first cavities are distributed at intervals along the end surface of the plate body, a first rib is arranged between the adjacent first cavities, and the method further comprises the following step (1): the plate body can be cut along the first rib; and/or when a plurality of second cavities are distributed at intervals along the end face of the back plate, a second rib is arranged between the adjacent second cavities, and the method further comprises the following step (1): the back panel can be cut along the second ribs; and/or when a plurality of the third cavities are distributed at intervals along the end surface of the bearing plate, a third rib is arranged between the adjacent third cavities, and the method further comprises the following step (4): the bearing plate can be cut along the third rib; and/or when a plurality of the fourth cavities are distributed at intervals along the end face of the baffle plate, a fourth rib is arranged between the adjacent fourth cavities, and the method further comprises the following step (6): the baffle can be cut along the fourth rib.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plate design, in particular to a containing device and an assembling method thereof.

Background

The receiving system in the architectural decoration comprises receiving cabinets such as a wardrobe, a cabinet, a bathroom cabinet, a vestibule cabinet and the like, and the materials of the receiving cabinets comprise materials such as solid wood, a shaving board, a straw board and wood plastic. The solid wood material is environment-friendly, hard in texture and mild in touch feeling, is always popular with consumers, but the price of the solid wood storage cabinet is expensive due to the fact that the quantity of solid wood is rare; the shaving board is selected as a main material of the storage cabinet, so that the storage cabinet has the advantages of wood saving, low price and the like, but the molding mode of the shaving board relates to a large amount of urea formaldehyde or phenolic resin glue, is not environment-friendly, is easy to release gases harmful to human bodies, such as formaldehyde, TVOC and the like, and has poor moisture resistance, easy deformation and expansion in a humid environment, reduced mechanical properties and difficult long-term use; the straw board is made of MDI glue, no formaldehyde is added, and the straw board has certain environmental protection, but the moisture resistance is not improved, the straw board is not easy to use in humid environments such as cabinets for toilets and kitchens, and has certain straw taste after being moistened; the European and American countries adopt the PVC foaming plate as the main material of the storage cabinet, but the static bending strength of the PVC foaming plate is lower, so that the requirement of bearing the partition plate of the storage cabinet cannot be met; at present, wood-plastic materials are adopted as main materials of the storage cabinet at home, the storage cabinet has certain environmental protection and moisture resistance, and the mechanical property meets the use requirement of furniture, but the storage cabinet has the defect of higher price. Moreover, the storage cabinet comprises a back plate, a top plate, two side plates, a bottom plate and the like which are connected into a whole, the top plate, the side plates, the bottom plate and the back plate are connected through hardware and wood pins, the process is complicated, and the storage cabinet is not convenient to assemble, so that a novel storage device and an assembling method thereof need to be provided.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a storage apparatus, including:

at least one back plate;

Optionally, at least one second cavity is disposed inside the back plate, and when the number of the second cavities is multiple, the second cavities are distributed at intervals along the end face of the back plate.

Optionally, the storage device further comprises at least one bearing plate, at least one third cavity is arranged inside the bearing plate, and the bearing plate is arranged inside the frame body and fixedly connected with the back plate and the adjacent plate body.

Optionally, the storage device further comprises a transverse support plate, the transverse support plate is arranged inside the frame body, the end face of the transverse support plate is connected with the back plate in an abutting mode, and the side faces of the two opposite sides of the transverse support plate can be respectively and adjacently connected with the plate body and/or the bearing plate in a fixed connection mode.

Optionally, the storage device further comprises at least two baffles, at least one fourth cavity is arranged inside each baffle, each baffle is parallel to the backboard, and the baffles are respectively fixed at two ends of the outer side surface of the bottom of the frame body.

The invention provides an assembling method based on the storage device, which comprises the following steps:

(1) the plate body is sequentially arranged along the circumferential edge of the back plate, wherein at least one first cavity is arranged in each plate body;

(2) arranging a limiting groove of each plate body towards the edge of the back plate, wherein the circumferential edge of the back plate is respectively inserted and installed in the limiting groove on the plate body opposite to the back plate;

(3) the back plate is characterized in that a plurality of plate bodies are sequentially connected end to form a frame body, and the back plate is limited in the frame body.

The storage device also comprises at least one bearing plate, and at least one third cavity is arranged in each bearing plate; the assembly method of the storage device further includes the step (4): the bearing plate is arranged in the frame body, first mounting holes are formed in the end faces of the top end and the bottom end of each bearing plate, and first connecting pieces at corresponding positions on the frame body are mounted in the first mounting holes in a one-to-one correspondence mode respectively.

The accommodating device also comprises at least one transverse bearing plate; the assembly method of the storage device further includes the step (5): at least one transverse bearing plate is arranged in the frame body, a second mounting hole is formed in the end face of each of two opposite ends of the transverse bearing plate, and second connecting pieces, which are adjacent to the frame body and are arranged at corresponding positions on the plate body and/or the bearing plate, are respectively and correspondingly arranged in the second mounting holes.

The storage device also comprises at least two baffle plates, and at least one fourth cavity is arranged in each baffle plate; the assembly method of the storage device further includes the step (6): every the baffle is parallel to the backplate sets up, the baffle is fixed in respectively the both ends of frame body bottom lateral surface.

When the plurality of first cavities are distributed at intervals along the end surface of the plate body, a first rib is arranged between the adjacent first cavities, and the storage device further comprises, before the step (1): the plate body can be cut along the first rib; and/or when a plurality of second cavities are distributed at intervals along the end face of the back plate, a second rib is arranged between the adjacent second cavities, and the method further comprises the following step (1): the back panel can be cut along the second ribs; and/or when a plurality of the third cavities are distributed at intervals along the end surface of the bearing plate, a third rib is arranged between the adjacent third cavities, and the method further comprises the following step (4): the bearing plate can be cut along the third rib; and/or when a plurality of the fourth cavities are distributed at intervals along the end face of the baffle plate, a fourth rib is arranged between the adjacent fourth cavities, and the method further comprises the following step (6): the baffle can be cut along the fourth rib.

By adopting the containing device and the assembling method thereof, the plate body adopted by the containing device has a cavity structure, so that the consumption of raw materials is reduced, and the production cost is reduced; meanwhile, one end of the plate body is provided with a limiting groove for inserting the back plate, so that the assembly between the plates is facilitated.
