Background

As shown in fig. 1, the automatically foldable chair provided by the invention comprises a seat 2 and a chair back 1, wherein the chair back 1 is hinged to the rear end of the seat 2, the front end and the rear end of the seat 2 are respectively provided with a front leg 3 and a rear leg 4, the chair back 1 and the seat 2 are correspondingly detachably connected with a memory metal I10 and a memory metal II 20 between the closed state and the unfolded state, and the memory metal I10 and the memory metal II 20 are deformed by heat to drive the chair back 1 and the seat 2 to be unfolded and closed. The memory metal can be heated by adopting an electric heating device, the interiors of the first memory metal 10 and the second memory metal 20 are in a cavity shape, the arrangement position of the electric heating device is to be avoided from the position where the memory metal is heated to deform, an electric switch is arranged outside the first memory metal 10 and the second memory metal 20, and the memory metal can be heated to deform by pressing the electric switch or heated to deform by adopting a mode of heating water inside the first memory metal 10 and the second memory metal 20.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the initial state and the heated form of the memory metal one 10 correspond to a V-shaped rod and a straight rod, and the initial state and the heated form of the memory metal two 20 correspond to a straight rod and a V-shaped rod. The chair back 1 and the chair seat 2 are hinged, a limiting device is arranged between the chair back 1 and the chair seat 2 and used for limiting the maximum unfolding angle of the chair back and the chair seat 2, the memory metal I10 is in a V-shaped rod shape in a closed state, and then the V-shaped rod shape is heated to deform to a straight rod shape, so that force is provided to enable the chair back 1 and the chair seat 2 to unfold; in the unfolded state, the second memory metal 20 is in a straight rod shape, and then the straight rod shape is heated to be deformed into a V-shaped rod shape, so that the force is provided to close the chair back 1 and the chair seat 2. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a leg 5 extends downward from the front end of the seat 2, the leg 5 is hinged to the front end of the seat 2, a first memory metal hinge column 51 is disposed in the middle of the side of the leg 5, and a second memory metal hinge column 11 is disposed in the middle of the side of the backrest 1. The lap 5 is convenient for people to place legs, and meanwhile, in order to facilitate the connection of the memory metal, a memory metal hinge column I51 and a memory metal hinge column II 11 are arranged to be correspondingly hinged with two ends of the memory metal. When the chair is unfolded by heating the memory metal I10, the memory metal II 20 is in a detached or uninstalled state, after the chair is unfolded, the memory metal I10 is detached and placed for standby, and at the moment, the memory metal II 20 is connected with the metal hinge column I51 and the memory metal hinge column II 11 to further keep the unfolded state of the chair; when the chair needs to be stored, the second memory metal 20 is directly heated to close the chair, after the chair is closed, the second memory metal 20 is detached and placed for later use, at the moment, the first memory metal 10 is connected with the first metal hinged column 51 and the second memory metal hinged column 11 to further keep the closed state of the chair, and the chair is rapidly unfolded and closed through the arrangement mode; in addition, a storage bag can be arranged at the rear part of the chair back, so that the spare memory metal can be stored and placed conveniently.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a support bar 6 is provided between the side edge of the landing leg 5 and the front leg 3, and the support bar 6 is used for jacking up the landing leg 5.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the front leg 3 and the rear leg 4 are hinged to the front end and the rear end of the seat 2, respectively, one end of the support bar 6 is hinged to the lower section of the front leg 3, and the other end of the support bar 6 is hinged to the first memory metal hinge post 51. The support rod 6 is hinged with the front support leg 3 and the memory metal hinge column one 51, so that the landing leg 5 can be conveniently and rotatably folded relative to the front support leg 3.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper end of the front leg 3 extends upward relative to the upper surface of the seat 2, and an armrest 7 is disposed between the upper end of the front leg 3 and the side edge of the chair back 1, and the armrest 7 is disposed to facilitate the placement of a human hand.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, one end of the armrest 7 is hinged to the upper end of the front leg 3, and the other end of the armrest 7 is hinged to the second memory metal hinge post 11. In the unfolded state, as shown in fig. 2, the memory metal II 20 supports the chair back 1, the chair seat 2 and the landing legs 5, then the chair back 1, the chair seat 2 and the landing legs 5 are heated, the memory metal II 20 is deformed, the chair seat 2 rotates to be close to the chair back 1, the landing legs 5 rotate to be close to the chair seat 2, the armrests 7 rotate to be close to the chair back 1, the front supporting legs 3 rotate to be close to the armrests 7, at the moment, a person needs to manually fold the rear supporting legs 4 upwards relative to the chair seat 2, finally, the chair is changed from the unfolded state to the closed state, as shown in fig. 3, the memory metal II 20 is folded, and two ends of the memory metal I10 are correspondingly connected with the memory metal hinge columns I51 and the memory metal hinge columns II 11.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a reinforcing bar 8 is disposed between the two front legs 3 at both sides of the seat 2 and between the two rear legs 2 at both sides of the seat 2, and the reinforcing bar 8 increases the structural stability of the chair.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the chair back 1, the chair seat 2 and the landing legs 5 are all provided with chair cushions 9, and the chair cushions 9 increase the comfort of the human body.
