6. The dishwashing line of any of claims 1-4, wherein said second cleaning assembly comprises an ultrasonic cleaning tank and an ultrasonic generator.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the first moving member comprises a fixed base, a first motor, a first lead screw, and a first engaging block, the first motor is fixed to one end of the fixed base, the first lead screw is rotatably mounted on the fixed base, the first motor drives the first lead screw, and the first engaging block moves on the first lead screw;

The top of the supporting arm is a round rod, and one side of the round rod, which is far away from the third cleaning component, is provided with a baffle. The first cleaning component and the third cleaning component respectively comprise a cleaning chamber, a water pipe and a spray pipe, and the spray pipe is arranged in the cleaning chamber and connected with the water pipe. When the lifting plate needs to descend, the air cylinder extends to push the power rod, the power rod drives the first ejector rod to move, so that the included angle formed by the first ejector rod and the bottom plate is reduced, the included angle formed by the second ejector rod and the bottom plate is reduced due to the fact that the first ejector rod and the second ejector rod are hinged, and the lifting plate descends at the moment; and similarly, when the lifting plate needs to be lifted, the cylinder is controlled to contract.

The storage chamber is provided with a storage outlet and a partition plate arranged at the bottom, the second pushing piece is arranged below the partition plate, the pushing part is positioned above the partition plate, and the storage outlet is arranged above the partition plate. The second pushing piece can be hidden by the partition plate, the internal mechanism cannot be interfered when the placing frame is pushed out, and the pushing part is located above the partition plate and used for pushing the placing frame.

The second pushing part comprises a second motor, a second screw rod, a second support, a second matching block and a second pushing block, the second support is installed below the partition plate, the second motor is fixedly installed at one end of the second support, the second screw rod is rotatably installed on the second support, the second matching block is rotatably matched with the second screw rod, the second pushing block is fixedly installed on the second matching block, and the second pushing block is located above the partition plate to form a pushing part. The washed tableware 01 is conveyed to a tray loading device by manual or other conveying devices, and is particularly placed on the belt conveying assembly 60, at the moment, the first moving member 61 and the second moving member 62 drive the conveying belt 63, and the conveying belt 63 is translated on the same plane under the action of the first moving member 61 and the second moving member 62, so that the tableware 01 on the conveying belt 63 can be conveyed to different areas. As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the cleaning device further includes a collection rack 50, and the collection rack 50 is installed at an output port of the third cleaning assembly 30. The washed dishes 01 are collected by the collecting rack 50 and then taken out.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the conveyor belt 40 includes a plurality of holding frames 41, a plurality of first supporting rods 411 and a plurality of second supporting rods 412 are disposed on the holding frames 41, the first supporting rods 411 are connected to the second supporting rods 412, a distance between adjacent first supporting rods 411 is equal to a distance between adjacent second supporting rods 412, and the distance is a first size L1, and a widest size of the first supporting rods 411 and the second supporting rods 412 is a second size L2; the collecting rack 50 is provided with a plurality of supporting arms 51, an avoiding groove 52 is formed between every two adjacent supporting arms 51, the distance between every two adjacent supporting arms 51 is a third dimension L3, and the width dimension of the avoiding groove 52 is a fourth dimension L4; the first dimension L1 is equal to the third dimension L3 and the second dimension L2 is less than the fourth dimension L4. The placing rack 41 is used for placing the dishware 01, and is particularly supported by the first supporting rod 411 and the second supporting rod 412, and the dishware 01 can be prevented from being contacted in a large area by the first supporting rod 411 and the second supporting rod 412, so that the dead angle position of the dishware 01 can be reduced by adopting the mode, and the dishware 01 can be cleaned more conveniently.

As shown in fig. 7 to 9, the dishes 01 pass through the third washing unit 30 and come out to be close to the collecting rack 50, and the rack 41 moves continuously along with the conveyor belt 40 to turn, the first rod 411 and the second rod 412 pass through the avoiding slot 52, the dishes 01 are stopped by the supporting arm 51 and stay on the collecting rack 50, the rack 41 moves continuously and slides out of the collecting rack 50, so the dishes 01 can be collected on the collecting rack 50, and the arrangement skillfully collects the dishes 01 without affecting the normal operation of the conveyor belt 40. In particular, the first dimension L1 is equal to the third dimension L3, so that the placing rack 41 can smoothly pass through the collecting rack 50, and the second dimension L2 is smaller than the fourth dimension L4, so that the first supporting rod 411 and the second supporting rod 412 can smoothly pass through the avoiding groove 52.

As shown in fig. 5, the top of the supporting arm 51 is a round bar, and a baffle 53 is disposed on a side of the round bar away from the third cleaning assembly 30. The contact area between the round rod and the tableware 01 is small, the friction area between the tableware 01 and the supporting arm 51 is effectively reduced, and in addition, the baffle plate 53 can prevent the tableware 01 from sliding out of the collecting rack 50 due to inertia when entering the collecting rack 50.

As shown in fig. 3, each of the first cleaning assembly 10 and the third cleaning assembly 30 includes a cleaning chamber 11, a water pipe 12, and a shower pipe 13, and the shower pipe 13 is installed in the cleaning chamber 11 and connected to the water pipe 12. 12 one ends of raceway are connected with the water source, carry water to spray pipe 13 in through raceway 12, are provided with a plurality of high pressure spray outlets on spray pipe 13 in first cleaning assembly 10 this moment, and the water in spray pipe 13 in the first cleaning assembly 10 exports the high pressure water behind the high pressure spray outlet, washs tableware 01, and the decontamination effect at this moment is better, washs in purge chamber 11 and can also prevent splash. As shown in fig. 3, the first cleaning assembly 10 further includes a water storage tank 14, the third cleaning assembly 30 further includes a water collecting tank 31, the water storage tank 14 and the water collecting tank 31 are communicated through a pipeline, because the water of the third cleaning assembly 30 mainly plays a rinsing role, and the water of the first cleaning assembly 10 plays a decontaminating role, the water of the third cleaning assembly 30 is cleaner, and can be collected and provided for the first cleaning assembly 10 to use, so that the water consumption is saved.

As shown in fig. 3, the second cleaning assembly 20 includes an ultrasonic cleaning tank 21 and an ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic cleaning tank 21 is used for holding still water, the tableware 01 is conveyed into the ultrasonic cleaning tank 21 through the conveyor belt 40, and the ultrasonic generator is operated to clean through sound wave vibration.

As shown in fig. 10, the first moving member 61 includes a fixed seat 611, a first motor 614, a first lead screw 612 and a first engaging block 613, the first motor 614 is fixed at one end of the fixed seat 611, the first lead screw 612 is rotatably mounted on the fixed seat 611, the first motor 614 drives the first lead screw 612, and the first engaging block 613 moves on the first lead screw 612; the second moving member 62 comprises a moving seat 621, a second motor 623, a second screw 821 and a second matching block 823622, the moving seat 621 is fixedly mounted on the first matching block 613, the second motor 623 is fixed at one end of the moving seat 621, the second screw 821 is rotatably mounted on the moving seat 621, the second motor 623 drives the second screw 821, and the second matching block 823622 moves on the second screw 821; the belt conveyor assembly 60 further comprises a mounting bracket 64, the conveyor belt 63 is mounted on the mounting bracket 64, and the mounting bracket 64 is fixedly connected with the second mating block 823622. The fixing seat 611 is fixed on the receiving surface to fix the entire conveying device for tableware 01, and the first motor 614 is controlled to rotate to drive the first screw rod 612 to rotate, so that the first matching block 613 moves linearly under the rotation action of the first screw rod 612, and the first matching block 613 drives the second moving assembly to move. Similarly, the moving base 621 is fixed on the first matching block 613, so when the first matching block 613 moves, the moving base 621 moves along with the moving base, and when the second motor 623 is controlled to rotate, the second lead screw 821 is driven to move, the second matching block 823622 is in linear motion, and the mounting frame 64 is driven to move. The conveyor belt 63 is mounted on the mounting frame 64, so that the position of the conveyor belt 63 is finally controlled, the position of the output port of the conveyor belt 63 is moved, and the conveyed tableware 01 can be controlled to different positions to be placed on the placing tray 02.

As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the lifting assembly 70 further includes a bottom plate 73, the lifting member 72 includes an air cylinder 721, a power rod 722, a first push rod 723 and a second push rod 724, the air cylinder 721 is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate 73, and a rod body of the air cylinder 721 is fixedly connected to the power rod 722; the first top rod 723 is hinged with the second top rod 724, the upper end of the first top rod 723 is hinged with the lifting plate 71, and the lower end of the first top rod 723 is in sliding fit with the bottom plate 73 and is hinged with the power rod 722; the lower end of the second top bar 724 is hinged with the bottom plate 73, and the upper end is matched with the bottom plate 73 in a sliding way. When the lifting plate 71 needs to be lowered, the air cylinder 721 extends to push the power rod 722, and the power rod 722 drives the first ejector rod 723 to move, so that an included angle formed by the first ejector rod 723 and the bottom plate 73 is reduced, and because the first ejector rod 723 and the second ejector rod 724 are hinged, an included angle formed by the second ejector rod 724 and the bottom plate 73 is reduced, and at the moment, the lifting plate 71 is lowered; similarly, when the lift plate 71 needs to be lifted, the control cylinder 721 is contracted.

As shown in fig. 14, the storage compartment 81 is opened with a storage outlet 811 and provided with a partition 812 at the bottom, the second pushing member 82 is installed below the partition 812 with the pushing portion located above the partition 812, and the storage outlet 811 is provided above the partition 812. The partition 812 can hide the second pushing member 82 from interfering with the internal mechanism when pushing out the shelf, and the pushing portion is located above the partition 812 for pushing the shelf.

Specifically, the second pushing member 82 includes a second motor 623, a second lead screw 821, a second support 822, a second fitting block 823622, and a second pushing block 824, the second support 822 is installed below the partition 812, the second motor 623 is fixedly installed at one end of the second support 822, the second lead screw 821 is rotatably installed on the second support 822, the second fitting block 823622 is rotatably fitted with the second lead screw 821, the second pushing block 824 is fixedly installed on the second fitting block 823622, and the second pushing block 824 is located above the partition 812 to form a pushing portion. The second pushing member 82 drives the second lead screw 821 by using the second motor 623, and further drives the second matching block 823622 to move, and the second pushing block 824 connected to the second matching block 823622 pushes the placing rack.

The first pushing member 74 is driven by means of a second pushing member 82.

As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the disinfection cabinet 90 includes a sliding door 91 and a multi-layer frame body 92, the sliding door 91 opens and closes the input port of the disinfection cabinet 90, and the frame bodies 92 are uniformly distributed in the disinfection cabinet 90. The rack 41 full of the tableware 01 is pushed by the first pushing to enter the rack 92 of the disinfection cabinet 90, and is lifted by the lifting assembly 70 when being placed on a different rack 92.
