Background

The application of snake oil has a long history in China, and the efficacy of snake oil is recorded in the compendium of materia medica by Li Shizhen: snake fat "slowly wraps in the deafness and has swelling and pain", and "it is also penetrated by the touch". Snake oil is commonly used in folks to treat chilblain, rhagadia, eczema and scald caused by hot water and fire.

The snake ointment is prepared by adding more than ten Chinese herbal medicines into fat in snake abdomen and then processing the mixture by a special process. The main treatment is as follows: burn; scald, chilblain, and chapped skin. Modern research on snake oil is disclosed in the literature and products. For example, according to the verification and statistics of the institute of snake science in Huangshan city, the snake ointment prepared from long-noded pit viper (agkistrodon acutus) snake oil is used for clinically treating chilblain with the effective rate of 75.3%, the total effective rate of 94%, the effective rate of treating rhagadia manus et pedis of 90% and the total effective rate of 98%. Specially used for treating burn (including molten iron and medicines); scald, chilblain (bleeding, running water and pus); chapped skin (i.e. cold mouth), special effect on rough skin and the like. Strong anti-infection ability, quick pain relieving, recovery in 3-7 days generally, no scar on the healed wound surface, and the same effect as the skin. The snake oil ointment is a pure natural skin protection product, contains high-carbon unsaturated fatty acid which is very rich, contains oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid accounting for more than 50 percent of the total content, and also contains eicosenoic acid, arachidonic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid accounting for about 5 percent of the total content, has excellent complementarity with human skin, has good permeation, moistening and repairing effects on the skin, is fresh and non-greasy, and is very suitable for people to carry out physical therapy and skin care.

Debridement and inflammation diminishing is a surgical method used for removing foreign matters in an open wound, cutting necrotic, inactivated or severely polluted tissues and suturing the wound to reduce pollution as much as possible and even change the tissue into a clean wound, so that the wound can heal for the first time, the recovery of the function and the shape of the wound part is facilitated, and the open wound is generally classified into 3 types of clean, polluted and infected. Strictly speaking, cleansing wounds is rare; wounds from accidental wounds are inevitablely contaminated to different extents; if the pollution is serious, the bacteria amount is large and the toxicity is strong, and the wound can be infected after 8 hours. The partial blood circulation of the head and face wounds is good, and the debridement can be performed according to the contaminated wounds after 12 hours of injury. If the wound is not treated in time or not completely treated, inflammation, abscess and further abscess formation, calcification, wound inflammation or non-healing caused by the rejection of surgical incision sutures, fat liquefaction and the like can occur in a short time.

The early debridement of devitalized tissue by western medicine for debridement and inflammation diminishing of wounds generally uses proteolytic enzymes and chemicals, has not yet produced satisfactory debridement effect, and has found that chemicals such as bootic acid, salicylic acid and pyruvic acid can further damage already damaged tissue. Proteolytic enzymes including papain, bromelain, trypsin, plasmin and streptokinase have been described as debridement agents, as disclosed in U.S. patent No. 5,505,943 for example, compositions for treating wounds by hydrolyzing necrotic tissue components containing a protease produced by a Vibrio (Vibrio) microorganism. However, debridement using purified proteolytic enzymes has various disadvantages because the purified enzymes need to be used in large quantities for a long period of time, show poor efficacy, have toxic side effects and are not selective.

Traditional Chinese medicine also has reports of wound debridement and inflammation diminishing, but generally has the defects of slow response, unobvious effect and the like, and the quality of the initial treatment of the wound plays a decisive role in wound healing and the recovery of the function and the shape of the tissues of the injured part, and attention should be paid.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the effect of medicaments for debridement and inflammation diminishing is not ideal, or the fishy smell is heavy and the like, and provides the snake oil ointment and the preparation method thereof.

A preparation method of snake oil ointment comprises the following technical steps:

1) preparing snake oil: preparing fresh cobra oil by steam distillation to obtain snake oil;

2) preparing raw materials: preparing 60-65 parts of snake oil, 10-15 parts of shea butter, 4-6 parts of evening primrose oil, 4-6 parts of lithospermum olive oil, 4-6 parts of cactus seed oil and 8-12 parts of beeswax which are obtained in the previous step according to the weight parts;

3) mixing and heating: putting the raw materials prepared in the previous step into a glass ware, heating in a water bath, and uniformly mixing the raw materials;

4) homogenizing, cooling and subpackaging: and (3) moving the material obtained in the step (1) to a homogenizer for homogenization, placing the homogenized mixed solution in a condenser for cooling, stirring by using a stirrer until the mixed solution is milky, and filling the milky mixed solution into bottles.

The steam distillation method in step 1) of the present invention is to steam-distill snake oil at normal pressure for 2 hours, and then distill the snake oil under reduced pressure for 30 minutes to remove water in the snake oil.

The raw material preparation in the step 2) comprises 63 parts of snake oil, 12 parts of shea butter, 5 parts of evening primrose oil, 5 parts of lithospermum olive oil, 5 parts of cactus seed oil and 10 parts of beeswax which are obtained in the step.

Heating in water bath at 80-81 deg.c for 5-10 min.

The homogenization in the step 4) is carried out slowly and then quickly to 7500 r/min, and the homogenization is carried out for 5 min, so as to prevent the homogenized solution from splashing out of the container, the homogenization is carried out slowly and unevenly, particles are left, and the quality of the formed paste is influenced; when the paste is too fast, the solution splashes out and foams, so that the bubbles in the paste are influenced when the paste is formed.

The stirring in step 4) was carried out at slow to fast speeds of 4500 rpm to prevent the solution from splashing out of the vessel.

From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the snake oil ointment provided by the invention comprises the following components:

the snake oil contains unsaturated fatty acid, linolenic acid and linoleic acid, has good permeability, and has effects of regulating endocrine disturbance, caring skin, preventing skin aging, preventing angiosclerosis, relieving swelling, inhibiting bacterial growth, promoting blood circulation, stopping bleeding, and healing scar, especially has better effect on scald and cold injury.

Shea butter contains abundant nutrients, can be absorbed by skin, especially contains triglyceride, and can form a protective layer on skin surface to prevent water evaporation and moisturize.

The evening primrose oil has the functions of expelling wind-damp, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction, reducing swelling, healing sore, regulating endocrine, resisting inflammation and the like.

The lithospermum erythrorhizon olive oil has the functions of removing acnes, repairing wounds, nourishing skin, promoting skin cell metabolism and shrinking pores.

The cactus seed oil contains the extremely rich vitamin E, sterol and a large amount of essential fatty acid, can effectively prevent the invasion of free radicals, deeply nourish and activate the skin and delay the skin aging; has obvious effects of eliminating dark eye circles, wrinkles, stretch marks and scars, and treating acne pimples. The cactus seed oil has high safety, natural and mild oiliness, and can be used by people of various skin types and age groups; the beeswax has the characteristics of good water resistance, moisture resistance and oxidation and deterioration resistance. The medicines are used together to achieve the effects of removing acne, reducing swelling, healing sore, regulating endocrine, preserving moisture, healing scars and beautifying.

From the perspective of western medicine, in the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention, the action mechanism is: regulating endocrine, deeply nourishing skin, preventing skin aging, inhibiting bacterial growth, promoting blood circulation, stopping bleeding, healing scar, caring skin, keeping moisture, and removing scar.

The invention also relates to the snake oil ointment obtained by the preparation method, which has no original fishy smell of snakes, is tender and smooth, moisturizes and removes wrinkles, repairs wounds and has obvious effect on frostbite caused by fire injury.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the fresh cobra oil is adopted in the invention because the cobra oil is more stable than snake oil such as a garter snake and the like and contains less water, for example, the water content extracted by 1 kg of cobra oil through the steam distillation method is 35-45 ml, and the water content extracted by 1 kg of mouse snake oil is 80-120 ml. The snake oil is stored in a dark environment at normal temperature, the snake oil of the garter snake, the oil of the bungarus multicinctus and the oil of the golden cypress snake generate peculiar smell after 10 days, and the snake oil of the cobra snake generates peculiar smell after 20 days.

2. Compared with other treatment methods, the snake oil is treated by adopting the steam distillation method, the steam distillation method is adopted, the distiller filled with the snake oil is placed in boiling water for heating and distilling to form water vapor, and the water vapor is led to the cooler at the other end of the distiller, so that the snake oil can be used for removing water, the snake oil is prevented from being lost due to other factors, and peculiar smell cannot be generated due to distillation; on the other hand, the water vapor maintains a relatively stable temperature during the distillation. If the snake oil is treated by the fire frying method, the controllability of the fire decocting temperature is unstable, the temperature of the oil generated in the snake oil decocting process is too high, so that linolenic acid and linoleic acid in the snake oil are damaged, and the effect of the snake oil ointment is influenced due to the fire flavor generated by the too high oil temperature.
