As the quantity of automobiles in China is larger and larger, ABS electroplated parts are more and more, and the ABS electroplated parts are more and more scrapped in electroplating production, so that the recovery of copper and nickel in the ABS electroplated parts is an important way for reducing the cost and improving the enterprise benefit. At present, most of metal materials in the ABS electroplated part are recovered by magnetic separation and then are subjected to reaction recovery by using chemical reagents. The existing magnetic separation equipment has poor performance of recovering the metal in the ABS, and the magnetic separation effect is unsatisfactory.
