When the dust cage 3 needs to be moved by a large amount, the connection pipe 4 communicating with the dust cage 3 is detached. The middle connecting tube end 42 is removed from the front connecting tube end 41 and the rear connecting tube end 43 for servicing of the rolling mill apparatus 8.

When the equipment is overhauled, the middle end 42 of the connecting pipe is connected with the front end 41 of the connecting pipe and the rear end 43 of the connecting pipe through flanges again.
