A wireless stethoscope based on 5G technology comprises a sound pick-up 1, a shell 2 and a handheld part 3, wherein a control chip 5 is arranged in the handheld part 3;

the sound pick-up 1 is arranged above the shell 2 and is in a flat cylindrical shape, and a circular sound picking cavity 8 is arranged in the center of the sound pick-up; a sound guide pipe 7 is connected below the sound collecting cavity 8; the sound guide tube 7 passes through the inside of the housing 2 to the inside of the handheld portion 3 and is connected with the control chip 5 in the handheld portion 3.
