Disclosure of Invention

The decoration installation fixing device provided by the invention is simple in structure, realizes assembly of each part, is convenient to disassemble, avoids difficulty in disassembly caused by welding, gluing and the like, and is more attractive in whole.

In order to achieve the purpose, the decoration installation and fixing device comprises a decoration plate, a glass plate and a positioning assembly;

the pair of decorative plates are arranged in a vertically symmetrical mode, the front end and the rear end of each decorative plate are in contact, the end faces in contact are provided with second positioning grooves, the two ends of each decorative plate are provided with fixing blocks, the left end of each decorative plate is provided with a groove, and the fixing blocks are provided with first fixing holes;

the glass plate is clamped and arranged in the grooves of the pair of decorative plates;

the positioning assemblies are a pair and are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the pair of decorative plates in the front-back direction, and each group of positioning assemblies comprises a positioning plate and a connecting plate;

the left part of locating plate is located between a pair of decorative board, and the connecting plate is fixed to be set up on the locating plate left part to one side is equipped with the second through-hole outwards and clamps in the second constant head tank, and the second fixed orifices of a pair of decorative board matches and fixes through the locking lever locking with the second through-hole.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the decoration installation and fixation device comprises a decoration plate 3, a glass plate 2 and a positioning component;

the pair of decorative plates 3 are symmetrically arranged up and down, the front end and the rear end of each decorative plate 3 are contacted, the contacted end faces are provided with second positioning grooves 33, both ends of each decorative plate 3 are provided with fixing blocks 32, the left end of each decorative plate 3 is provided with a groove 31, and each fixing block 32 is provided with a first fixing hole 11;

the glass plate 2 is arranged in the grooves 31 of the pair of decorative plates 3 in a clamping manner;

the positioning assemblies are a pair and are symmetrically arranged at two ends of a pair of decorative plates 3 in a front-back manner, and each group of positioning assemblies comprises a positioning plate 1 and a connecting plate 4;

When the decoration installation fixing device is used, the connecting plate 4 in the positioning assembly is fixedly installed in the middle of the outer side of the positioning plate 1, namely the connecting plate 4 is divided into the first fixing plate 41 and the second fixing plate 42, the first fixing plate 41 is provided with the second through holes 44, the left part of the positioning plate 1 is also provided with the first fixing holes 11, and the second through holes 44 correspond to the first fixing holes 11 and are fixedly connected through screws, so that automatic centering of the positioning plate 1 and the connecting plate 4 after assembly is realized, automatic centering of a decoration plate 3 on the positioning plate 1 is facilitated, and the whole assembly gap is uniform;

the left part of the positioning plate 1 is embedded between a pair of decorative plates 3 which are symmetrically arranged up and down, the periphery of the positioning plate 1 is attached to the decorative plates 3, so that the whole body is more compact, the second fixing plate 42 of the connecting plate 4 is embedded in the second positioning groove 33 of the contact surface of the pair of decorative plates 3, the second fixing plate 42 is provided with a first through hole 43, and the decorative plates 3 are provided with second fixing holes 34, so that the pair of decorative plates 3 are positioned and fixed on the positioning assembly by correspondingly penetrating the second fixing holes 34 and the first through holes 43 through locking rods (screws);

when the pair of decorative plates 3 are positioned and fixed on the positioning assembly, the peripheral surface of the glass plate 2 is embedded into the groove 31 arranged on the decorative plate 3, the glass plate 2 can be an acrylic plate (organic glass plate), and the glass plate 2 can be positioned by contacting one end of the positioning plate 1, so that the positioning and fixing of the glass plate 2 are realized;

the glass plate 2 and the decorative plate 3 are positioned on the positioning assembly, so that the glass plate 2 and the decorative plate 3 are convenient to disassemble, the difficulty in disassembling caused by welding, gluing and other modes is avoided, and the decorative plate 3 is automatically centered on the positioning plate 1, so that the assembly gap is uniform, and the whole body is more attractive; in addition, the device can be used for meaningful removal and selective spraying according to requirements, and is more convenient and faster.
