Technical Field

The invention relates to a production method of a heat-insulating canvas fabric, and belongs to the technical field of canvas fabrics.

Background

The canvas is a thick cotton fabric or linen fabric, generally adopts plain weave or a small amount of twill weave, the warp and weft yarns are formed by adopting a multi-strand yarn structure and generally divided into two categories of coarse canvas and fine canvas, the coarse canvas is generally used in the fields of automobile transportation, open-air covering and the like, and the fine canvas can be used as case fabrics, handbags, backpacks, tablecloths and the like after being dyed or printed. When the canvas material uses as heat preservation or heat shield occasion, current canvas fabric only adopts longitude and latitude to intersect vertical structure, need additionally sew up thermal-insulated or insulation material, and not only waste time and energy makes the cost-push of fabric, leads to the producer to produce loaded down with trivial details, and the laminating degree of thermal insulation material and canvas fabric plane materiel is not high, easily produces the damage in long-term use, has influenced canvas fabric's bending property, leads to wholly accomodate the difficulty.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for producing a heat-insulating canvas fabric aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the chemical fiber is one or more of terylene, acrylic fiber, spandex and nylon, and the chemical fiber materials of adjacent even paths in the N-path one-path structure are of the same type or different types;

the dosage of the cotton thread, the hemp thread and the chemical fiber is one strand or a plurality of strands;

the unselected needles of the adjacent 3 times of the N paths of single-path tissues have the same number or lag behind 1-3 needles;

(9) gum dipping: dewatering canvas grey cloth after passing through a glue groove of heat-insulating coating glue;

the gum dipping speed is 1.3-2 m/min, and the gum dipping temperature is 110-120 ℃;

the heat-insulating coating adhesive is prepared from vae emulsion, ethyl acetate, nano titanium dioxide, tin antimony oxide, silicon dioxide and a shaping auxiliary agent in a mass ratio of 25:5:6:4: 3: 0.3 mixing;

(11) post-processing: and (3) sewing or weaving the canvas blank subjected to the heat setting treatment into a canvas fabric product, and washing and drying for 2-3 times.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) 1 needle or 2 needles between adjacent knitting needles are not selected and quit working, so that cotton threads, hemp threads or chemical fibers are left on the knitting needle surface which does not participate in knitting in a floating line shape, the gap space of a tissue piece is increased, gum dipping and film forming are facilitated, the detachability is small, and the heat insulation effect and the stability are improved;

(2) one or more strands of cotton threads, hemp threads or chemical fibers are adopted for weaving, the tension of the chemical fiber yarn feeding can be adapted, the stable and compact looping of the yarn is ensured, the operation of a needle hook is reliable, the surface of the fabric is flat, the defect rate is reduced, and the comprehensive utilization performance is realized;

(3) the number of the adjacent 3 times of the N single-path tissues is the same or lags behind by 1-3 needles, different requirements of the canvas fabric on vertical and longitudinal stretching or transverse and longitudinal tension application occasions are met after gum dipping, the vae emulsion ethyl acetate and the sizing auxiliary agent have high film forming property and adhesion, the heat conductivity is reduced with nano titanium dioxide, tin antimony oxide and silicon dioxide, the heat insulation effect is achieved, after sizing, the transverse and longitudinal structure is compact, the retraction rate is small, and therefore the heat insulation stability is improved and the production procedures are reduced under the condition that the bending performance of the canvas fabric is guaranteed.
