Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of plate heat exchangers, and particularly relates to a novel plate heat exchanger.

Background

The plate heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger formed by stacking a series of metal sheets with certain corrugated shapes; thin rectangular channels are formed between the various plates through which heat is exchanged. The plate heat exchanger is an ideal device for heat exchange of liquid-liquid and liquid-vapor. The heat exchanger has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and light structure, small occupied area, wide application, long service life and the like. Under the condition of the same pressure loss, the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger is 3-5 times higher than that of the tubular heat exchanger, the occupied area of the heat exchanger is one third of that of the tubular heat exchanger, and the heat recovery rate can reach more than 90 percent.

The working principle is as follows: the plate heat exchanger is composed of a group of corrugated metal plates, four corner holes are arranged on the corrugated metal plates, two kinds of heat-transfer liquid can pass through the four corner holes, and metal plates are arranged in a frame, the side face of which is provided with a fixed plate and a movable pressing plate, and are clamped by clamping bolts. The plates are provided with sealing gaskets which seal the fluid passages and guide the fluid alternately to the respective through passages to form heat exchange. The flow rate, physical properties, pressure drop and temperature difference of the fluid determine the number and size of the plates. The corrugation of the plate not only increases the turbulence level and forms a number of support points sufficient to withstand the pressure difference between the media, the metal plate and the movable pressure plate are suspended from the upper guide rod and positioned by the lower guide rod, while the rod ends are fixed to the support columns, but if one or both of the liquids pass through the heat exchanger more than once, the joints should be opened to the fixed plate and the movable pressure plate, in most cases a single pass is used, all the pipes are connected to the fixed pressure plate, the heat exchanger is opened by checking the removal of the shoes, and the pipes do not have to be removed.

The prior novel plate heat exchanger has the following defects in use:

1. when the bushing is installed, the quick installation of the bushing is not facilitated;

2. when the guide rod is installed, the support is lacked, and the load borne by the guide rod is not reduced conveniently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel plate heat exchanger, which aims to solve the problem that the rapid installation of a bushing is not facilitated when the bushing provided by the background technology is installed; when the guide rod is installed, the support is lacked, and the load borne by the guide rod is not reduced conveniently.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a novel plate heat exchanger comprises a fixed frame, a movable frame, a guide rod bracket, a nut and a fastening bolt, wherein the surface of the fixed frame is provided with a mounting hole, a lining is arranged inside the mounting hole, the surface of the fixed frame is provided with a plurality of fixing openings for the fastening bolt to pass through, the surface of the movable frame is provided with the nut matched with the fastening bolt, a plurality of heat conducting plates are arranged between the fixed frame and the movable frame, a guide rod is fixed between the movable frame and the guide rod bracket, the lining and the mounting hole are provided with a stabilizing mechanism, the stabilizing mechanism comprises a spring, a fixing groove, a groove and a lug, the surface of the lining is provided with symmetrically distributed grooves, the inner side of the mounting hole is provided with symmetrically distributed fixing grooves, one end of the lug is embedded into the fixing groove, the other end of the lug extends out of the fixing groove and is clamped with the groove, one, the other end is connected with the bottom of the fixed groove.

Preferably, a supporting sheet is arranged on the outer side face of the embedding end of the protruding block, and a blocking sheet is arranged at the notch of the fixing groove.

Preferably, a bottom plate is fixed at the bottom of the fixing frame, and a bolt hole is formed in the surface of the bottom plate.

Preferably, the guide rod support and the moving frame are provided with support pieces for supporting the guide rod, each support piece comprises a horizontal plate and a vertical plate, the surface of the horizontal plate is provided with a first screw hole in a penetrating mode, the horizontal plate is abutted to the guide rod, and the surface of the vertical plate is provided with a second screw hole in a penetrating mode.

Preferably, the horizontal plate and the vertical plate are of an integrated structure, and the horizontal plate and the vertical plate are inverted L-shaped.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

In this embodiment, it is preferable that a support piece 18 is disposed on an outer side surface of the embedded end of the protrusion 17, and a stop piece 15 is disposed at a notch of the fixing groove 14, which helps to limit an active area of the protrusion 17.

In this embodiment, preferably, a bottom plate 9 is fixed at the bottom of the fixing frame 1, and a bolt hole is opened on the surface of the bottom plate 9 to facilitate the bolt to pass through the bolt hole to fasten the bottom plate 9 on the ground.

a screw is taken up and is driven into the guide rod bracket 5 through the second screw hole 21, and then the screw is taken up and is driven into the guide rod 4 through the first screw hole 20, so that the support piece 6 is fixed stably and plays a role in supporting the guide rod 4, the surface of the horizontal plate 19 is provided with a plurality of air holes 23 in a penetrating way, and the plurality of air holes 23 are positioned on the outer side of the first screw hole 20, so that the air permeation of the guide rod 4 through the plurality of air holes 23 is facilitated, and the contact surface of the guide rod 4 and the horizontal plate 19 is prevented from being affected;

after the heat exchanger is assembled, the bolts penetrate through the bolt holes formed in the bottom plate 9, so that the heat exchanger is fixed, and fluid exchanges heat through the heat conducting plate 2.
