wherein the first duration is: the time length from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource to the ending time of the preset DCI monitoring opportunity;

the predetermined DCI monitoring time is as follows: and after a second duration, the first DCI monitoring occasion is separated from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource.

The method of claim 1, wherein the second time duration is greater than or equal to a time duration for a base station to demodulate data transmitted by the first PUSCH resource.

The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:

receiving the second time length sent by the base station;

or the like, or, alternatively,

and acquiring the second time length specified by the pre-negotiation or protocol.

The method of claim 1, wherein,

the first PUSCH resource comprises: monitoring the first PUSCH resource of newly transmitted data scheduled by an uplink scheduling Grant (UL Grant) at the DCI monitoring time;

or the like, or, alternatively,

the first PUSCH resource of retransmission data scheduled by the UL Grant monitored at the DCI monitoring occasion.

The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:

in response to that the ending time of the predetermined DCI monitoring opportunity is within a measurement interval and the ending time of the predetermined DCI monitoring opportunity has not yet reached the ending time of the measurement interval, performing inter-frequency signal measurement between the ending time of the predetermined DCI monitoring opportunity and the ending time of the measurement interval.

The method of claim 5, wherein the performing inter-frequency signal measurements between an end time of the predetermined DCI listening occasion and an end time of the measurement interval comprises:

and in response to that the time difference between the ending time of the predetermined DCI monitoring opportunity and the ending time of the measurement interval is greater than a third duration, performing the inter-frequency signal measurement between the ending time of the predetermined DCI monitoring opportunity and the ending time of the measurement interval.

The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:

maintaining downlink communication with the serving cell between the end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity and the end time of the measurement interval in response to determining that a time difference between the end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity and the end time of the measurement interval is less than or equal to a third length of time.

The method of claim 6 or 7,

the third duration is greater than or equal to the duration of the user equipment performing the pilot frequency switching twice.

A method for data transmission, wherein the method is applied to a base station, and the method comprises the following steps:

responding to that a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) resource is of a first priority, and keeping downlink communication with user equipment in a serving cell for a first time length after the end time of the first PUSCH resource;

wherein the first duration is: the time length from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource to the ending time of the monitoring opportunity of the control information DCI of the preset row;

the predetermined DCI monitoring time is as follows: and after a second duration, the first DCI monitoring occasion is separated from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource.

The method of claim 9, wherein the second time duration is greater than or equal to a time duration for the base station to demodulate data transmitted by the first PUSCH resource.

The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:

sending the second duration to user equipment;

or the like, or, alternatively,

and acquiring the second time length specified by the pre-negotiation or protocol.

The method of claim 9, wherein,

The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:

in response to an end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity being within a measurement interval and the end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity not having reached the end time of the measurement interval, discontinuing the downlink communication with the user equipment at the serving cell between the end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity and the end time of the measurement interval.

The method of claim 13, wherein the interrupting the downlink communication with the user equipment at the serving cell between an end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity and an end time of the measurement interval comprises:

in response to a time difference between an end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity and an end time of the measurement interval being greater than a third duration, discontinuing the downlink communication with the user equipment at the serving cell between the end time of the predetermined DCI listening opportunity and the end time of the measurement interval.

The method of claim 13, wherein the method further comprises:

maintaining the downlink communication with a user equipment in the serving cell between the end time of the predetermined DCI listening occasion and the end time of the measurement interval in response to a time difference between the end time of the predetermined DCI listening occasion and the end time of the measurement interval being less than or equal to a third length of time.

The method of claim 14 or 15,

the third duration is greater than or equal to the duration of the user equipment performing the pilot frequency switching twice.

An apparatus for data transmission, wherein the apparatus is applied to a user equipment, and the apparatus comprises: a first communication module, wherein,

the first communication module is configured to respond to that a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) resource is of a first priority, and maintain downlink communication with a serving cell for a first time length after the end time of the first PUSCH resource;

wherein the first duration is: the time length from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource to the ending time of the monitoring opportunity of the control information DCI of the preset row;

the predetermined DCI monitoring time is as follows: and after a second duration, the first DCI monitoring occasion is separated from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource.

An apparatus for data transmission, wherein the apparatus is applied to a base station, the apparatus comprising: a third communication module, wherein,

the third communication module is configured to, in response to that the first physical uplink shared channel, PUSCH, resource is of the first priority, maintain downlink communication with the user equipment in the serving cell for a first time period after the end time of the first PUSCH resource;

wherein the first duration is: the time length from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource to the ending time of the monitoring opportunity of the control information DCI of the preset row;

the predetermined DCI monitoring time is as follows: and after a second duration, the first DCI monitoring occasion is separated from the ending time of the first PUSCH resource.

A communication device comprising a processor, a transceiver, a memory and an executable program stored on the memory and executable by the processor, wherein the processor executes the executable program to perform the steps of the data transmission method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
