1. A mechanism capable of being quickly and directly plugged and unplugged, comprising:

the inner pipe body (2) is movably inserted into the outer pipe body (1), and a chute (4) communicated with the guide retraction groove body (5) is formed in the inner pipe body (2);

the elastic assembly (3) is radially arranged in the inner pipe body (2), the fixed end of the elastic assembly (3) is connected to the inner wall of the inner pipe body (2), the telescopic end of the elastic assembly (3) penetrates out of the inclined groove body (4) and is abutted to the inner bottom surface of the guide retraction groove body (5), the plugging mechanism is in a locking state, and the inclined inner bottom surface (50) is used for extruding and retracting the telescopic end of the elastic assembly (3) into the inner pipe body (2) when the plugging mechanism is opened.

A mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the guide retraction groove body (5) is of an L-shaped structure, and the guide retraction groove body (5) comprises a transverse groove (51) corresponding to the inclined groove body (4) and a vertical groove (52) vertically communicated with the transverse groove (51); the oblique inner bottom surface (50) is arranged at the inner bottom of the vertical groove (52), and the oblique inner bottom surface (50) is inclined inwards relative to the axis of the outer pipe body (1).

5. The mechanism of claim 4, wherein: the inner groove surface (521) of the vertical groove (52) is lower than the outer groove surface (522) of the vertical groove (52), and an arc-shaped groove edge (523) is formed at the upper part of the vertical groove (52).

6. The mechanism of claim 4, wherein: the groove surfaces of the transverse grooves (51) and the groove surfaces of the vertical grooves (52) are in arc transition.

7. A mechanism as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a guide groove body (6) is formed in the inner wall of the outer pipe body (1) along the length direction of the outer pipe body, and the guide groove body (6) is communicated with the guide retraction groove body (5).

8. A mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: and a processing notch (7) is formed on the side wall of the outer pipe body (1) opposite to the guide retraction groove body (5).

9. Use method of the mechanism capable of being directly plugged and unplugged quickly based on any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) assembling the plugging mechanism;

the inner pipe body (2) is inserted into the outer pipe body (1) from the top of the outer pipe body (1) according to the telescopic end of the elastic component (3), then the inner pipe body (2) is driven to move downwards relative to the outer pipe body (1), and when the inner pipe body (2) stops moving downwards, the telescopic end of the elastic component (3) extends into the guide retraction groove body (5), so that assembly is completed;

2) opening the plugging mechanism;

the inner pipe body (2) is pulled upwards, under the guiding action of the inclined groove body (4), the telescopic end of the elastic component (3) moves to the inclined inner bottom surface (50) along the guiding retraction groove body (5) and retracts into the inner pipe body (2) under the action of the inclined inner bottom surface (50), and the plugging mechanism is opened;

3) the locking of the plugging mechanism is carried out,

the inner pipe body (2) is pressed to move downwards, when the inner pipe body (2) stops moving downwards, the telescopic end of the elastic component (3) extends into the guide retraction groove body (5), and the plugging mechanism is locked.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a plugging mechanism, in particular to a mechanism capable of being plugged and unplugged directly and a using method thereof.

Background

The common plug structure generally needs a switch to lock, that is, unlocking needs to be realized by adding an action, for example, an umbrella switch or a radial tightening screw needs additional action to realize. However, in some spaces, no additional operations are possible, or no redundant actions are allowed.

Therefore, it is desirable to develop a plugging mechanism without additional actions.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a mechanism that can be quickly and directly inserted and pulled out, and is stable and adjustable.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions, and a mechanism capable of being directly plugged and unplugged quickly is characterized by comprising:

the inner wall of the outer pipe body is provided with a guide retraction groove body, and an inclined inner bottom surface is formed in the guide retraction groove body;

the inner pipe body is movably inserted into the outer pipe body, and a chute communicated with the guiding retraction groove body (5) is formed in the inner pipe body;

the elastic assembly is radially arranged in the inner pipe body, the fixed end of the elastic assembly is connected to the inner wall of the inner pipe body, the telescopic end of the elastic assembly penetrates out of the inclined groove body and is abutted to the inner bottom surface of the guide retraction groove body, so that the plugging mechanism is in a locking state, and the inclined inner bottom surface is used for extruding and retracting the telescopic end of the elastic assembly into the inner pipe body when the plugging mechanism is opened.

Further, the elastic assembly comprises a guide sleeve, a spring and a rod-shaped body, the guide sleeve is radially fixed on the inner wall of the inner pipe body, the spring is arranged in the guide sleeve, one end of the spring is fixed in the guide sleeve, one end of the rod-shaped body extends into the guide sleeve and is connected with the other end of the spring, and the other end of the rod-shaped body extends out of the guide sleeve.

Further, the chute body comprises an arc-shaped inner chute surface, a horizontal upper chute surface, a vertical outer chute surface and an oblique lower chute surface; the central axis of the arc-shaped inner groove surface coincides with the axis of the rod-shaped body, the horizontal upper groove surface and the oblique lower groove surface are tangent to the arc-shaped inner groove surface, the oblique lower groove surface slightly inclines downwards relative to the horizontal upper groove surface, and the vertical outer groove surface is in arc transition with the horizontal upper groove surface and the oblique lower groove surface.

Furthermore, the guiding retraction groove body is of an L-shaped structure and comprises a transverse groove corresponding to the inclined groove body and a vertical groove vertically communicated with the transverse groove; the oblique inner bottom surface is arranged at the inner bottom of the vertical groove and inclines inwards relative to the axis of the outer pipe body.

Further, the inner groove surface of the vertical groove is lower than the outer groove surface of the vertical groove, and an arc-shaped groove edge is formed at the upper part of the vertical groove.

Further, arc transitions are formed between groove surfaces of the transverse grooves and between the groove surfaces of the transverse grooves and the groove surfaces of the vertical grooves.

Furthermore, a guide groove body is formed in the inner wall of the outer pipe body along the length direction of the outer pipe body, and the guide groove body is communicated with the guide retraction groove body.

Further, a processing notch is formed on the side wall of the outer pipe body opposite to the guiding retraction groove body.

The invention also provides a using method of the mechanism capable of being quickly and directly plugged and unplugged, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) assembling the plugging mechanism;

the inner pipe body is inserted into the outer pipe body from the top of the outer pipe body according to the telescopic end of the elastic component, then the inner pipe body is driven to move downwards relative to the outer pipe body, and when the inner pipe body stops moving downwards, the telescopic end of the elastic component extends into the guide retraction groove body to complete assembly;

2) opening the plugging mechanism;

the inner pipe body is pulled upwards, under the guiding action of the inclined groove body, the telescopic end of the elastic assembly moves to the inclined inner bottom surface along the guiding retraction groove body and retracts into the inner pipe body under the action of the inclined inner bottom surface, and the plugging mechanism is opened;

3) the locking of the plugging mechanism is carried out,

the inner pipe body is pressed to move downwards, when the inner pipe body stops moving downwards, the telescopic end of the elastic component extends into the guide retraction groove body, and the plugging mechanism is locked.

By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages:

1. the plug-pull mechanism comprises an outer pipe body, an inner pipe body, an elastic assembly, an inclined groove body and a guiding retraction groove body, wherein an inclined inner bottom surface is formed in the guiding retraction groove body; the elastic component moves in the chute body and the guide retraction groove body, so that the plugging mechanism can be quickly and directly opened or locked without extra action, and the plugging mechanism can be used for space interpolation and plugging without extra action, wherein extra operation cannot be performed or redundant action is not allowed.

2. The inclined groove body comprises an arc-shaped inner groove surface, a horizontal upper groove surface, a vertical outer groove surface and an inclined lower groove surface, the arc-shaped inner groove surface is overlapped with the axis of the rod-shaped part, the inclined lower groove surface inclines downwards relative to the horizontal upper groove surface, the inclined groove body applies a thrust force to the telescopic end of the elastic component to enable the telescopic end to move towards the direction of the inclined inner bottom surface, so that the opening speed of the plugging mechanism is increased, the inclined angle of the inclined lower groove surface downwards relative to the horizontal upper groove surface can be adjusted according to needs, the plugging force is adjusted, and the plugging mechanism can be conveniently opened.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and examples. It is to be understood, however, that the drawings are provided solely for the purposes of promoting an understanding of the invention and that they are not to be construed as limiting the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the invention provides a mechanism capable of being quickly and directly plugged, which comprises an outer pipe body 1, an inner pipe body 2, an elastic component 3, a chute body 4 and a guiding retraction groove body 5;

the inner wall of the outer pipe body 1 is provided with a guiding retraction groove body 5, and an inclined inner bottom surface 50 is formed in the guiding retraction groove body 5; the inner pipe body 2 is movably inserted in the outer pipe body 1, and a chute body 4 communicated with the guiding retraction groove body 5 is arranged on the inner pipe body 2; the elastic component 3 is radially arranged in the inner pipe body 2, the fixed end of the elastic component 3 is connected to the inner wall of the inner pipe body 2, the telescopic end of the elastic component 3 penetrates out of the inclined groove body 4 and abuts against the inner bottom surface of the guide retraction groove body 5, the plugging mechanism is in a locking state, and the inclined inner bottom surface 50 is used for extruding and retracting the telescopic end of the elastic component 3 into the inner pipe body 2 when the plugging mechanism is opened.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the elastic assembly 3 comprises a guide sleeve 31, a spring 32 and a rod-shaped body 33, the guide sleeve 31 is radially fixed on the inner wall of the inner tube 2, the spring is fixed in the guide sleeve 31, one end of the rod-shaped body 33 extends into the guide sleeve 31 and is connected with the spring 32, and the other end of the rod-shaped body 33 extends out of the guide sleeve 31.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the chute body 4 comprises an arc-shaped inner chute surface 41, a horizontal upper chute surface 42, a vertical outer chute surface 43 and an inclined lower chute surface 44; the central axis of the arc-shaped inner groove surface 41 is coincident with the axis of the rod-shaped body 33, the horizontal upper groove surface 42 and the oblique lower groove surface 44 are tangent to the arc-shaped inner groove surface 41, the oblique lower groove surface 44 is slightly inclined downwards relative to the horizontal upper groove surface 42, and the vertical outer groove surface 43 is in arc transition with the horizontal upper groove surface 42 and the oblique lower groove surface 44. When the plugging device is used, the inner pipe body 2 is pulled upwards relative to the outer pipe body 1, the spring 32 deforms axially and radially, the rod-shaped part 33 moves to the inclined inner bottom surface 50 of the guide retraction groove body 5 under the guide action of the inclined lower groove surface 44, and the telescopic end of the elastic component 3 retracts into the inner pipe body 2 under the action of the inclined inner bottom surface 50, so that the plugging mechanism is opened; the angle at which the obliquely lower groove surface 44 is inclined downward with respect to the horizontally upper groove surface 42 may be changed, or the stiffness of the spring 32 may be changed, thereby adjusting the magnitude of the withdrawal force.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the guiding retraction groove body 5 is of a nearly L-shaped structure, and the guiding retraction groove body 5 comprises a transverse groove 51 corresponding to the inclined groove body 4 and a vertical groove 52 vertically communicated with the transverse groove 51; the inclined inner bottom surface 50 is arranged at the inner bottom of the vertical groove 52, the inclined inner bottom surface 50 is inclined inwards relative to the axis of the outer pipe body 1, the inner groove surface 521 of the vertical groove 52 is lower than the outer groove surface 522 of the vertical groove 52, and an arc-shaped groove edge 523 is formed at the upper part of the vertical groove 52; during the use, make interior body 1 for outer body 1 upward movement, the flexible end of elastic component 3 slides in vertical groove 52 along horizontal groove 51, simultaneously, interior body 2 upward movement relatively outer body 1, the flexible end of elastic component 3 receives the extrusion of slant interior bottom surface 50, retracts gradually to interior body 2 in to, when moving to the upper portion of vertical groove 52, slide out vertical groove 52 at the guide effect of the arc groove limit 523 of vertical groove 52, need not extra switch spare and operation, can open plug mechanism.

In a preferred embodiment, the transition between the groove surfaces of the transverse grooves 51 and the groove surfaces of the vertical grooves 52 is a circular arc.

In a preferred embodiment, a guide groove body 6 is formed on the inner wall of the outer tube body 1 along the length direction of the outer tube body, the guide groove body 6 is communicated with the guide retraction groove body 5, the inner tube body 2 moves downwards relative to the outer tube body 1, and the telescopic end of the elastic component 3 slides downwards along the guide groove body 6 to enter the guide retraction groove body 5 and abuts against the inner bottom surface of the guide retraction groove body 5, so that the plugging mechanism is locked.

In a preferred embodiment, a machining notch 7 is formed on the side wall of the outer body 1 opposite to the guide retraction groove 5 to facilitate the machining of the guide retraction groove 5 and the guide groove 6 on the inner wall of the outer body 1.

Based on the mechanism capable of being quickly and directly plugged, the invention also provides a using method of the plugging mechanism, which comprises the following steps:

1) assembling the plugging mechanism;

the inner pipe body 2 is inserted into the outer pipe body 1 from the top of the outer pipe body 1 according to the telescopic end of the elastic component 3, then the inner pipe body 2 is driven to move downwards relative to the outer pipe body 1, and when the inner pipe body 2 stops moving downwards, the telescopic end of the elastic component 3 extends into the guide retraction groove body 5, and the assembly is completed.

2) Opening the plugging mechanism;

the inner pipe body 2 is pulled upwards, under the guiding action of the chute body 4, the telescopic end of the elastic component 3 moves to the inclined inner bottom surface 50 along the guiding retraction groove body 5, and retracts to the inner pipe body 2 under the action of the inclined inner bottom surface 50, and the plugging mechanism is opened.

3) The locking of the plugging mechanism is carried out,

the inner pipe body 2 is pressed to move downwards, when the inner pipe body 2 stops moving downwards, the telescopic end of the elastic component 3 extends into the guide retraction groove body 5, and the plugging mechanism is locked.

The plugging mechanism and the using method thereof can realize quick and direct opening or locking of the plugging mechanism without additional action, so that the plugging mechanism can be used in a space where additional operation cannot be carried out or redundant action is not allowed.

The present invention has been described with reference to the above embodiments, and the structure, arrangement, and connection of the respective members may be changed. On the basis of the technical scheme of the invention, the improvement or equivalent transformation of the individual components according to the principle of the invention is not excluded from the protection scope of the invention.
