1. A frame of a leisure chair capable of sinking and unfolding, which is characterized by comprising:

a seat frame (100);

the bottom of the chair back framework (200) is hinged with one end of the chair seat framework (100);

the two sides of the bracket (300) are respectively connected with the two sides of the chair seat framework (100) through the adapter pieces;

one end of the driving component is connected with the bottom end of the chair seat framework (100), and the other end of the driving component is connected with the frame body of the bracket (300); the seat framework (100) rotates and sinks or rises relative to the bracket (300) under the driving of the driving component; and

the leg support framework (400) is hinged with the chair seat framework (100), and one end of the leg support framework is fixedly connected to the bracket (300); the leg rest framework (400) comprises a frame (402) and a leg rest (401), wherein the leg rest (401) can slide relative to the frame (402);

the leg support framework (400) is linked relative to the seat framework (100) through the relative displacement between the support (300) and the seat framework (100); when the leg rest frame (400) is interlocked with respect to the seat frame (100), the leg rest (401) slides with respect to the frame (402).

9. A sinking and expanding leisure chair framework according to claim 7, characterized in that the adaptor is of inverted Z shape, wherein a section of the folding edge is hinged on the mounting plate (303) and swings along and clings to the plate wall of the mounting plate (303).

10. A leisure chair characterized by comprising the framework of the leisure chair capable of sinking and unfolding according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of chairs, in particular to a leisure chair framework capable of sinking and unfolding and a leisure chair thereof.

Background

The chair is one of the most frequently used articles in daily life, along with the development and progress of the times, people have higher requirements on the functions of the chair, and people are eager to lie on the chair for relaxation and close eyes to nourish spirit when needing to rest after working for a long time so as to improve the working efficiency.

At present, the number of chairs with leg supports is small, and people can only sit but cannot lie on the chair in a lying posture without the leg supports, so that the whole body and mind cannot be relaxed; a small number of chairs with leg supports are provided, the unfolding of the leg supports needs to be driven by a driving piece independently, but a bearing part and a support of the chair are not changed, the design is only for adding the functions of the leg supports, and the requirement of the structure of a human body is not considered, so that a leisure chair capable of enabling the leg supports to be linked with a seat framework is urgently needed in the market.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a leisure chair framework and a leisure chair thereof, wherein the framework is matched with a leisure chair to sink and a leg support is automatically unfolded.

In order to achieve the above object, the main technical solution of the present invention is a frame of a leisure chair capable of sinking and unfolding, comprising:

a chair seat framework;

the bottom of the chair back framework is hinged with one end of the chair seat framework;

the two sides of the bracket are respectively connected with the two sides of the chair seat framework through the adapter pieces;

one end of the driving component is connected with the bottom end of the chair seat framework, and the other end of the driving component is connected with the frame body of the bracket; the seat framework is driven by the driving component to rotate relative to the support and sink or rise; and

the leg support framework is hinged with the seat framework, and one end of the leg support framework is fixedly connected to the bracket; the leg support framework comprises a frame and a leg bracket, and the leg bracket can slide relative to the frame;

the leg support framework is linked relative to the seat framework through the relative displacement between the support and the seat framework; when the leg support framework is linked relative to the seat framework, the leg support framework slides relative to the framework; compared with the existing chair, the leg support framework is added, so that the legs of the human body can be placed conveniently; secondly, the leg support can be unfolded or stored, and does not occupy space; most importantly, the whole chair is linked through a driving component, and the sitting or lying effect can be switched back and forth.

In some examples, the driving assembly comprises a first electric push rod, the fixed end of the first electric push rod is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the seat framework, and the telescopic end of the first electric push rod is fixedly connected to the bracket body; the first electric push rod linearly reciprocates to drive the seat framework to rotate relative to the support and sink or ascend; only one power source of the first electric push rod is needed, so that the whole chair has the movement effect of sinking, unfolding or rising and containing.

In some examples, the leisure chair framework further comprises a second electric push rod, wherein a telescopic end of the second electric push rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the chair seat framework, and a fixed end of the second electric push rod is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the chair back framework; the chair back framework is driven to rotate relative to the chair seat framework through the linear reciprocating motion of the second electric push rod, and the angle formed by the chair back framework and the chair seat framework changes along with the extension and retraction of the second electric push rod; the angle between the chair back framework and the chair seat framework is changed, so that the requirements of different people are met.

In some examples, the leg rest framework comprises a fixed seat, a frame, a leg bracket, a telescopic connecting rod and a power assembly, wherein the fixed seat is fixedly connected to the bottom of the seat framework, one end of the frame is hinged to the fixed seat, and the power assembly acts on the frame; the telescopic connecting rod comprises a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod and a third connecting rod which are sequentially hinged, one end of the first connecting rod is connected to the fixing seat, one end of the third connecting rod is connected to the leg bracket, and the rod body of the second connecting rod is hinged to the frame.

In some examples, the power assembly comprises a push rod, a guide tube and a support member, wherein a rod body of the push rod is arranged in the guide tube and can move axially in the guide tube, an extending end of the push rod is fixedly connected to the fixed seat, one end of the guide tube is fixedly connected to the bracket, and two ends of the support member are respectively hinged to the frame and the guide tube; the power assembly does not have a self power source, the seat frame and the support are deviated through the driving assembly, and then the push rod and the guide pipe in the power assembly move relatively to stop producing a linkage effect.

In some examples, when the first electric push rod performs the linear contraction motion, the seat skeleton rotates relative to the support and sinks to move, and then the fixing base is driven to deflect inwards, so that the push rod contracts towards the inside of the guide pipe, the frame rotates relative to the fixing base, the telescopic connecting rod and the frame rotate synchronously, and the connecting rods are linked, so that the leg bracket slides relative to the frame, and then the leg supporting skeleton is stretched.

In some examples, two sides of the bracket are respectively fixedly connected with a mounting plate, two ends of the adapter are respectively hinged to the mounting plate and the seat framework, two limiting columns are arranged on the mounting plate, and the adapter can swing back and forth between the two limiting columns; therefore, the swing amplitude of the adapter is partially limited, the offset of the seat frame relative to the support is indirectly limited, and the sinking safety of the seat frame is ensured.

In some examples, one end of the first connecting rod is hinged to the rotating part of the fixed seat, and the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged to the second connecting rod through a linkage piece; the second connecting rod is in a hook-to-hook shape and comprises a first section and a second section, the length of the first section is shorter than that of the second section, the first section and the second section form an obtuse angle, and one end of the second section is hinged to the third connecting rod; one end of the third connecting rod is hinged on the leg bracket; the provision of the second link utilizes the principle of leverage to ensure that the force required to drive the sliding movement of the leg rest relative to the frame is relatively small.

In some examples, the adaptor is inverted Z-shaped, with a length of the flap hinged to the mounting plate to swing along and against the panel wall of the mounting plate.

Also provides a leisure chair, which comprises the leisure chair framework capable of sinking and unfolding.

The invention adopts the technical proposal that when a user lies on the leisure chair, the frame of the leisure chair sinks and expands, only the first motor push rod is needed to be started, the seat frame is displaced relative to the bracket by utilizing the linear motion of the first motor push rod, the rotating part rotates relative to the bracket, so that the seat frame sinks relative to the bracket, because the fixed seat is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the seat frame, the fixed seat and the seat frame synchronously displace relative to the bracket, so as to drive the push rod to shrink towards the guide pipe, the fixed seat also inwards moves under the driving of the push rod, the frame rotates around the rotating point of the fixed seat, the rotating part in the fixed seat synchronously rotates along with the frame, the telescopic connecting rod rotates along with the rotating part, and the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod are linked in the rotating process of the telescopic connecting rod, in the rotating process, the angle between the leg support and the bearing framework can be changed at will; in addition, in order to make the lying more comfortable, the second electric push rod can be started, so that the second electric push rod moves in a contraction mode, and the angle between the chair back framework and the chair seat framework is increased.
