1. A multifunctional warm mattress with composite treatment function, which is characterized in that,

the method comprises the following steps:

a warming cushion located at an upper portion of the warming mattress and having an electric heating wire supplying heat;

a mattress body provided at a lower portion of the warming cushion, supporting the warming cushion, and provided with an elastic buffer member;

a massage module installed in the mattress body to generate vibration for massage or kneading;

the control unit controls the multifunctional warming mattress with the composite treatment function in the inner part including the temperature of the warming mattress and the vibration intensity generated by the massage module;

the mattress body is formed in a state of being divided into 2 or more pieces and can be folded into a bundle.

2. The multifunctional warm mattress with compound treatment function according to claim 1,

the warming cushion is detachably coupled to the upper portion of the cushion by a zipper or a hook and loop fastener.

3. The multifunctional warm mattress with compound treatment function according to claim 1,

a plurality of bioceramic or far infrared radiation substances are fixedly arranged on the upper part of the warming cushion.

4. The multifunctional warm mattress with compound treatment function according to claim 1,

the massage module is arranged at the central part of the mattress body,

the mattress body is formed by dividing the massage module into 3 pieces which can be folded into bundles for reducing the volume.

5. The multifunctional warm mattress with compound treatment function according to claim 4, characterized in that,

the massage module includes: a module case constituting an overall shape of the massage module; the vibration central shaft is arranged in the center of the module shell; a vibration plate which is provided above the vibration center axis and which generates vibration by reciprocating up and down about the vibration center axis; and the driving unit drives the vibration plate to reciprocate.

6. The multifunctional warm mattress with compound treatment function according to claim 5,

the driving unit is arranged on one side by taking the central supporting shaft of the massage module as the center,

the vibration plate comprises an eccentric part which rotates for driving the vibration plate to reciprocate up and down and a driving motor which drives the eccentric part to rotate.

7. The multifunctional warm mattress with compound treatment function according to claim 6,

the eccentric member and the vibration plate are connected by a spacer to maintain a certain interval, and the spacer is connected to the rotating eccentric member and the vibration plate vibrating up and down by a bearing.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a multifunctional thermotherapy mattress that performs various functions, and more particularly, to a thermotherapy pad that performs thermotherapy for heating the whole body in order to promote blood circulation or relax muscles to relieve pain, and that performs not only thermotherapy but also massage or kneading to greatly improve the therapeutic effects of thermotherapy and massage.

Background

Generally, thermotherapy is a method of relieving muscle fatigue by improving blood circulation and metabolism through warming and allowing muscles to relax, thereby helping to treat many diseases including muscular soreness. Thermotherapy includes warm bath using warm water, steam bath such as a sauna, and a conventional technology discloses a hot compress machine using far infrared rays or the like for treating muscle soreness and injured parts of specific parts, but a warm mattress improves blood circulation and substance metabolism not for specific parts but for the whole body.

In addition to thermotherapy, a physical therapy method for improving blood circulation and treating muscle soreness and a wound site may be a massage kneading method, and a hot compress machine for thermotherapy and a massage device for massage kneading are separately prepared, and thermotherapy or massage kneading is performed by each device according to the type of a disease of a user.

The existing thermotherapy mattress generates heat for treatment by circulating hot water, but most of the thermotherapy mattress is internally provided with an electric heating wire to adjust the temperature of the thermotherapy mattress. In addition, since the conventional warm mattress is integrally formed with an electric heating part for generating warm heat and a buffer member such as sponge or memory polyurethane which is comfortable and convenient for a user, the warm mattress is large in size and difficult to store.

To solve this problem, korean utility model registration No. 20-0335381 separately prepares a thermotherapy mattress and a finger-pressure mattress and uses them by attaching them to the upper and lower parts or the side surfaces according to the use, thereby improving the space use efficiency of the multifunctional thermotherapy mattress, but the thermotherapy mattress and the finger-pressure mattress are provided in an additional space and cannot perform the thermotherapy and the finger-pressure simultaneously, and it is necessary to move the user in order to use the finger-pressure in the thermotherapy. Also, the space use efficiency is reduced since the size of the warm mattress is not changed. Moreover, each mattress needs additional controllers, so that the use and control operations are inconvenient.

Further, korean utility model registration No. 20-0426742, which is a prior art, discloses a warm massage mattress in which a plurality of grooves are formed in a mattress body and a plurality of massagers are disposed in the grooves, and a plurality of massagers are separately provided and individually mounted in the grooves in the mattress, so that the manufacturing process is complicated and the maintenance is difficult, and additional wires are required to be connected to the individual massagers, thereby making the control complicated.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a multifunctional warming mattress with a complex therapeutic function, which is capable of greatly improving therapeutic effects of a warming therapy and a massage kneading by combining massage modules, greatly improving convenience of use and easiness of maintenance by simplifying a structure of a massage module providing a massage function, easily storing and moving the mattress by dividing and folding the mattress into bundles including the massage module, and simplifying and easily controlling a driving unit by vibrating the massage module in a seesaw shape with respect to a central axis.

In order to achieve the above object, the multifunctional warming mattress with a composite treatment function of the present invention comprises: a warming cushion located at an upper portion of the warming mattress and having an electric heating wire supplying heat; a mattress body provided at a lower portion of the warming cushion, supporting the warming cushion, and provided with an elastic buffer member; a massage module installed in the mattress body to generate vibration for massage or kneading; the control unit controls the multifunctional warming mattress with the composite treatment function in the inner part including the temperature of the warming mattress and the vibration intensity generated by the massage module; the mattress body is formed in a state of being divided into 2 or more pieces and can be folded into a bundle.

Also, the warming cushion is detachably coupled to the upper portion of the mattress body by a zipper or a hook and loop fastener.

And a plurality of bioceramic or far infrared radiation substances are fixedly mounted on the upper part of the warming cushion.

The massage module is provided at a central portion of the mattress body, and the mattress body is formed by dividing the massage module into 3 pieces foldable into a bundle at a center thereof in order to reduce a volume.

Furthermore, the massage module includes: a module case constituting an overall shape of the massage module; the vibration central shaft is arranged in the center of the module shell; a vibration plate which is provided above the vibration center axis and which generates vibration by reciprocating up and down about the vibration center axis; and the driving unit drives the vibration plate to reciprocate up and down.

The driving unit is provided at one side of the massage module with a center supporting shaft as a center, and includes an eccentric member rotating to reciprocate the vibration plate up and down, and a driving motor rotating the eccentric member.

Also, the eccentric member and the vibration plate are connected by a spacer to maintain a certain interval, and the spacer is connected to the rotating eccentric member and the vibration plate vibrating up and down by a bearing.

Also, the lower portion of the module case is provided with a fixing portion in a suction cup form so as to fix the multifunctional warming mattress having a complex therapeutic function to the floor on which the warming mattress is installed.

The present invention configured as described above can simultaneously perform thermotherapy and massage kneading by attaching the thermotherapy pad and the massage module to one mattress, and can greatly improve the thermotherapy and massage kneading effects.

The massage module is composed of the driving unit and the vibrating plate, so that the structure of the massage module is simplified, and the massage kneading is performed by the driving unit, so that the massage module can be easily controlled.

The massage module and the mattress body are formed in a divided manner and can be folded into a bundle, so that the massage module and the mattress body are easy to move and store.

A warming cushion for performing a warming function is configured to be separable from a mattress body, so that the warming cushion can be maintained separately and the space can be greatly reduced during storage and movement.

The multifunctional warming mattress with the composite treatment function of the invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.

The invention discloses a multifunctional warm mattress with a composite treatment function, which comprises a warm mattress 100 for executing thermotherapy and a massage module 300 for executing massage kneading on one mattress, so that the thermotherapy and the massage kneading can be executed simultaneously, and the thermotherapy and the massage kneading have synergistic effects so as to greatly improve respective treatment effects.

The invention discloses a multifunctional warm mattress with composite treatment function, which comprises: a warming cushion 100 for supplying heat for performing a thermotherapy, and provided with functional substances such as bioceramics having health promoting effects at an upper portion thereof; mattress bodies 200a and 200b each having a cushion member for supporting the warming cushion 100 at a lower portion of the warming cushion 100 and providing comfort to a user when the user lies down; a massage module 300 positioned in the mattress bodies 200a and 200b to generate vibration fluctuating up and down in order to provide massage kneading to a user lying on the warming cushion 100; the control unit 400 adjusts the temperature of the warming mattress 100 for the thermotherapy, and controls the multifunctional warming mattress having the complex therapeutic function of the present invention including the vibration intensity of the massage module 300.

Basically, the warming cushion 100 of the present invention basically performs the function of providing an effect beneficial to the human body through the functional material part 150 such as bio-ceramic, far infrared ray radiator, etc. provided at the upper part thereof, with the electric heating wire provided at the inside to generate heat by the electricity supplied through the control unit 400. As described above, the thermotherapy refers to a method of supplying heat to the body to promote the regeneration of damaged tissues and relax muscles to treat muscle soreness and injured parts, and the warming pad 100 of the present invention is a component of a wide-range thermotherapy that uniformly supplies heat to the whole body to promote metabolism of substances without being prone to specific hot compress.

The structure of the warming mat 100 of the present invention uniformly arranges the electric heating wires inside the mat and generates heat by means of electricity supplied through the control unit 400. In addition, the insulating material is disposed on the upper and lower parts of the electric heating wire, and the outer coating of the mattress is made of waterproof material so as to prevent accidents such as electric shock caused by moisture such as sweat generated on the user during the thermotherapy.

The existing warm mattress is not easy to keep or move because the mattress body and the warm mattress are integrally formed, the warm mattress 100 of the invention can be combined or separated with or from the mattress bodies 200a and 200b, and the warm mattress 100 can be moved or kept in addition after being detached, so the warm mattress is convenient to use, and the warm mattress 100 can be detached from the mattress bodies 200a and 200b for repair or maintenance when the warm mattress 100 is in failure or needs maintenance, so the maintenance and management are convenient. A zipper is provided at a side of the warming mattress 100 or a velcro (velcro) cloth is provided at a lower portion of the warming mattress 100 so that the mattress attachment portion 500 can be easily coupled to or separated from the mattress bodies 200a, 200 b.

In addition, the warm mattress of the present invention has the functional material part 150 having a bio-ceramic or far infrared ray radiator on the upper part thereof to perform the thermotherapy and to provide a beneficial effect to the body of the user, so that the thermotherapy effect can be greatly improved.

The mattress bodies 200a and 200b of the present invention are positioned below the warming mattress 100 and support the warming mattress 100, and are provided with a cushioning material having elasticity, such as cotton or memory polyurethane, in order to provide cushioning when a user lies on the upper portion of the warming mattress 100.

The conventional warm mattress is difficult to move and store because the size of the warm mattress is required to cover the whole body of the user, but the mattress main body 200a, 200b of the present invention is convenient to use because the folding part 210 is provided at the divided part of the main body, the warm mattress 100 at the upper part is detached when moving or storing, and the volume of the mattress main body 200a, 200b is reduced as shown in fig. 3 to move and store.

Further, the mattress main bodies 200a and 200b are provided at the lower portions thereof with fixing portions 220 so that the mattress main bodies 200a and 200b can be fixed to the floor, thereby preventing the mattress from floating during use. The fixing portion 220 may take various forms, and in the form of a suction cup, although the fixing force on a rough floor is somewhat weakened, the mattress can be easily attached and detached to and from the floor.

The massage module 300 of the present invention provides up and down fluctuating vibration on the basis of the floor in order to provide the user with heat supplied from the warming cushion 100 and massage kneading.

Most of the conventional devices for massage and kneading are provided with such a function by a massage chair or the like, and there are devices for providing massage or acupressure after being installed on a mattress, but a plurality of massage devices are separately installed on a mattress or a mattress for acupressure massage, so that thermotherapy and massage cannot be performed at the same time, and the manufacturing process is complicated and difficult to use.

Moreover, the modules used to provide the massage are complex and difficult to maintain and malfunction relatively frequently.

The massage module 300 of the present invention is configured to have an overall shape of the massage module 300 by a module case 310, and a driving unit 340 and a vibration center shaft 320 are installed in the module case 310, and an eccentric member 346 is installed at one side with the vibration center shaft 320 as a center, so that a vibration plate 330 installed at an upper portion is reciprocated up and down according to the rotation of the eccentric member 346 to provide massage and kneading.

That is, one of the features of the present invention is that the driving unit 340 for massage is not provided at each portion, the vibration center axis 320 is provided at the center portion of the massage module 300, and the eccentric 346 is rotated at one side of the vibration plate 330 to reciprocate one side of the vibration plate 330 up and down, thereby providing a massage function by allowing the vibration plate 330 to perform a seesaw motion about the vibration center axis 320. Accordingly, the driving unit 340 can be provided only at one side to simplify the structure and the massage intensity can be simply adjusted only by the number of revolutions of the driving motor 344 included in the driving unit 340, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and facilitating the maintenance since only one driving unit 340 is installed.

The principle of generating the up-and-down vibration using one driving unit 340 will be described in detail below, and when the driving motor 344 provided to the vibration center shaft 320 is rotated, the rotational force is transmitted to the eccentric member 346 through the belt (belt)345 and the eccentric member 346 is rotated centering on the fixing member 343, thereby causing the height of the eccentric member 346 to be changed and the vibration plate 330 to vibrate up and down. When one side of the vibration plate 330 vibrates vertically, the other side of the vibration plate 330 also vibrates vertically by the seesaw principle around the vibration center axis 320, thereby allowing the entire vibration plate 330 to vibrate vertically to provide a massage function to a user. The massage module 300 described above is explained with respect to the case where the eccentric member 346 directly contacts the vibration plate 330, in which case the eccentric member 346 rotates to be changed in height and thus the vibration plate 330 vibrates centering on the vibration center axis 320. However, although the structure can be simplified by the eccentric member 346 directly contacting the vibration plate 330, the variation in height of the eccentric member 346 makes the vibration of the vibration plate 330 irregular and may generate a rattling noise. In order to prevent the noise and soften the vibration, the eccentric member 346 and the vibration plate 330 are coupled to each other via the spacer 342, and the eccentric member 346 and the vibration plate 330 are coupled to the spacer 342 via the bearing, so that the vibration range of the vibration plate 330 can be maintained within a certain range, and the vibration plate 330 can be firmly supported even if a very large load is applied to the upper portion thereof, thereby improving durability. Fig. 7 is a side view showing that the vibration plate 330 is connected through the spacer 342, and the height of the spacer 342 is changed along with the rotation of the eccentric 346 and the height of the vibration plate 330 connected to the spacer 342 is also changed, so that the vibration plate 330 vibrates centering on the vibration center axis 320.

Accordingly, a massage function can be provided to the user through a simple structure, and when the massage module 300 is disposed at the central portion of the mattress main bodies 200a and 200b, the massage function and heat provided from the warming pad 100 disposed at the upper portion thereof can be provided to the user together, so that the thermotherapy effect and the massage kneading effect can be greatly improved by the synergistic effect.

In particular, the thermal energy provided by the warming pad 100 relaxes muscles, promotes substance metabolism, relaxes the spine by the massage or kneading provided by the massage module 300, and massages or kneads the pelvis and other parts that are difficult to massage.

Moreover, the invention can knead the abdomen or the intestine when the user lies down on the stomach, thereby achieving the effects of thermotherapy, weight reduction and the like.

Moreover, the user can place the desired portion on the portion where the massage module 300 is located, so as to perform a massage or kneading effect on each portion as if the user kneads the shoulder and kneads the lower body with a massage chair or other like device.

As shown in fig. 5, the present invention only has to have one driving unit 340, so that space utilization efficiency can be greatly improved when the driving motor 344 for providing driving force is disposed inside the vibration center shaft 320.
