1. An easy-to-clean environment-friendly straw cup, comprising:

the cup body is provided with a bottom surface and a wall surface which extends upwards around the periphery of the bottom surface, the wall surface is provided with an inner peripheral wall and an outer peripheral wall, and the inner peripheral wall and the top surface of the outer peripheral wall form a cup edge surface; the method is characterized in that:

the inner peripheral wall of the cup body is provided with an axial caulking groove from the cup edge surface to the bottom surface, the caulking groove is radially provided with an opening, and the width of the opening is smaller than the width of the groove bottom of the caulking groove, so that the caulking groove forms a body with a narrow inner part and a wide outer part; and

the arc-shaped sheet is provided with a first side part and a second side part corresponding to the first side part and the second side part, the arc-shaped sheet is axially embedded into the caulking groove from top to bottom by the first side part and the second side part, the arc-shaped sheet is embedded in the inner peripheral wall of the cup body in a separable manner, a hollow structure is formed between the arc-shaped sheet and the bottom of the groove, the bottom end of the hollow structure is close to the bottom surface of the cup body, a bottom suction port is formed, and the top of the hollow structure and the cup edge surface of the cup body form an upper suction port;

therefore, the arc-shaped sheet can be axially nested on the inner peripheral wall of the cup body, so that an environment-friendly straw cup with a built-in straw structure is formed by the arc-shaped sheet and the cup body, and the arc-shaped sheet of the environment-friendly straw cup can be axially drawn out of the cup body to clean the inside.

3. The easy-to-clean environmental friendly straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the caulking groove is a tapered body with a wide top and a narrow bottom, and the arc-shaped piece is also matched with the caulking groove and is a tapered body with a wide top and a narrow bottom.

4. The easy-to-clean environmental friendly straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the caulking groove is axially formed and recessed in the inner peripheral wall of the cup body.

5. The easy-to-clean environmental protection straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the caulking groove is formed in an axially protruding manner on the inner peripheral wall of the cup body.

6. The easy-to-clean, environmentally friendly straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom suction opening has a flat cut or a chamfered cut proximate the bottom surface.

7. The easy-to-clean environmentally friendly straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped piece is in the form of a small arc surface, so that the hollow structure forms an elongated straw shape.

8. The easy-to-clean environment-friendly straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped piece is in a shape of a large arc surface, so that the hollow structure forms a semicircular straw shape.

9. The easy-to-clean environmentally friendly straw cup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper suction opening is flush with the rim of the cup above the cup body.

10. The easy-to-clean environment-friendly straw cup as claimed in claim 9, wherein a lid is covered above the cup body.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an environment-friendly straw cup easy to clean, in particular to a straw structure which is built in a cup body and can be repeatedly used, and the straw structure can be axially drawn out of the cup body, so that the inside of the straw cup is convenient to clean.

Background

When people drink various beverages such as tea, fruit juice, coffee, fresh milk, soybean milk and the like, a disposable straw is mostly used, so that consumers can drink the beverages in the beverage cup directly (or by puncturing the seal at the cup opening) through the disposable straw, but the disposable straw is mostly made of non-decomposable plastic materials, so that the plastic straws with large quantity cause serious damage to environmental pollution.

Therefore, recently, the environmental protection agency proposes a time course for reducing plastic products, in the next year, in the large catering industry such as chain fast food restaurants and the like, the plastic straws are prohibited from being provided for internal use, the plastic bags for shopping are not provided for free in the next year, all the shops with invoices are expanded, the plastic bags for shopping are not provided for washing-free at home, and the plastic bags for shopping, the washing-free tableware, the plastic straws and the disposable cups with beverages are all prohibited from being provided for washing in 2030.

However, straws have their convenience and irreplaceability in drinking drinks in drinking cups, and therefore alternative straws to various plastic straws have been continuously pushed out, for example: paper straws, corn straws, metal straws, and the like. However, it has been found that these alternative straws, made of non-plastic materials, may be compliant with environmental regulations, but have their respective drawbacks, such as: paper straws and corn straws have the problem of insufficient strength, while metal straws have good strength, but are dangerous in use, can cause serious injury if careless and are difficult to clean.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned conventional straw, whether it is a plastic straw, a paper straw, a corn straw, a metal straw, etc., is mostly constructed as shown in fig. 1, and a separate straw 61 is used separately from the drinking cup 60, so that it still has the disadvantage of being inconvenient to carry or easy to fall off when it is actually used.

Although the prior art discloses a structure combining a straw and a beverage cup, the structure is used for solving the defects of inconvenient carrying or easy falling; such as: taiwan announcement of china: m359986 entitled "drinking cup with straw"; no. M560449 "beverage cup with automatic straw"; no. M481666, which discloses a cup with a straw. However, the straw disclosed in the above-mentioned patent can be combined with a beverage cup, so that the straw is not easy to fall off and is convenient to carry; however, the straw is not or not easy to clean, and thus, the reusable straw has a sanitary problem; thus, there is room for improvement.

In view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the present inventors have studied and improved the prior art structure and drawbacks, and have provided a drinking cup with a straw to achieve the purpose of better practical value.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the main technical problem and overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides an easily-cleaned environment-friendly straw cup.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

an easy-to-clean environment-friendly straw cup, comprising: the cup body is provided with a bottom surface and a wall surface which extends upwards around the periphery of the bottom surface, the wall surface is provided with an inner peripheral wall and an outer peripheral wall, and the inner peripheral wall and the top surface of the outer peripheral wall form a cup edge surface; the method is characterized in that: the inner peripheral wall of the cup body is provided with an axial caulking groove from the cup edge surface to the bottom surface, the caulking groove is radially provided with an opening, and the width of the opening is smaller than the width of the groove bottom of the caulking groove, so that the caulking groove forms a body with a narrow inner part and a wide outer part; the arc-shaped sheet is provided with a first side part and a second side part corresponding to the first side part and the second side part relative to the bottom of the caulking groove, the arc-shaped sheet is axially embedded into the caulking groove from top to bottom by the first side part and the second side part, the arc-shaped sheet is embedded in the inner peripheral wall of the cup body in a separable manner, a hollow structure is formed between the arc-shaped sheet and the bottom of the groove, the bottom end of the hollow structure is close to the bottom surface of the cup body, a bottom suction port is formed, and the top of the hollow structure and the cup edge surface of the cup body form an upper suction port; therefore, the arc-shaped sheet can be axially nested on the inner peripheral wall of the cup body, so that an environment-friendly straw cup with a built-in straw structure is formed by the arc-shaped sheet and the cup body, and the arc-shaped sheet of the environment-friendly straw cup can be axially drawn out of the cup body to clean the inside.

According to the disclosed features, the insert may be a dovetail slot-shaped body.

According to the above-mentioned features, the slot can be a tapered body with a wide top and a narrow bottom, and the arc-shaped piece can also be a tapered body with a wide top and a narrow bottom in cooperation with the slot.

According to the characteristics of the previous disclosure, the caulking groove is axially formed and recessed in the inner peripheral wall of the cup body.

According to the characteristics of the previous disclosure, the caulking groove is axially formed and convexly arranged on the inner peripheral wall of the cup body.

According to the aforementioned feature, the bottom suction opening may have a flat cut shape or a chamfered shape close to the bottom surface.

According to the characteristics of the previous disclosure, the arc-shaped piece can present a small arc shape, so that the hollow structure is in a long and narrow straw shape; or the arc-shaped sheet can present a large arc surface state, so that the hollow structure is in a semicircular suction pipe shape.

According to the feature of the previous disclosure, the upper suction opening and the rim surface above the cup body can be in a flush configuration.

By means of the technical means, the arc-shaped piece of the environment-friendly straw cup has the characteristics that the cup body can be axially drawn out to conveniently clean the inner edge surface of the cup body, and the caulking groove can be cleaned, so that the straw can be repeatedly used and is very sanitary and safe. Moreover, a reusable straw structure is built in the cup body, so that the defect that the existing straw is inconvenient to carry or easy to fall is effectively overcome.

The invention has the advantages that the reusable suction pipe structure is built in the cup body, and the suction pipe structure can be axially drawn out of the cup body, thereby having the effect of conveniently cleaning the inside.

Detailed Description

First, referring to fig. 2A to 9, a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: an easy-to-clean environmental friendly straw cup 30, comprising: a cup body 10 having a bottom 11, a wall 12 extending upward around the periphery of the bottom 11, the wall 12 having an inner wall 121 and an outer wall 122, and the top surfaces of the inner wall 121 and the outer wall 122 forming a cup edge surface 13; in this embodiment, the cup body 10 may be made of any material or combination of metal, glass, plastic, wood, etc.

The invention is mainly characterized in that: the inner peripheral wall 121 of the cup body 10 is provided with an axial caulking groove 14 from the cup edge surface 13 to the bottom surface 11, the caulking groove 14 has an opening 141 in the radial direction, and the width (W1) of the opening 141 is smaller than the width (W2) of the groove bottom 142 of the caulking groove 14, so that the caulking groove 14 forms a body with a narrow inside and a wide outside; in the present embodiment, the slot 14 is a dovetail slot, but is not limited thereto. In the present embodiment, the axial direction is located in the X-X direction of the inner peripheral wall 121, and will not be described further.

An arc-shaped piece 20, which is opposite to the bottom 142 of the recessed groove 14, has a first side portion 21 and a second side portion 22 on the opposite side, and the first side portion 21 and the second side portion 22 are axially embedded into the recessed groove 14 from top to bottom, so that the arc-shaped piece 20 is detachably embedded in the inner peripheral wall 121 of the cup body 10, and forms a hollow structure 15 with the bottom of the groove 142, and the bottom end of the hollow structure 15 is close to the bottom surface 11 of the cup body 10, forming a bottom suction port 23, and the top of the hollow structure 15 and the rim surface 13 of the cup body 10 form an upper suction port 24. In this embodiment, the bottom suction opening 23 may have a flat cut shape close to the bottom surface 11, or may have a chamfered shape 23a close to the bottom surface 11 as shown by the dotted line.

In the caulking groove 14 and the arc-shaped piece 20 of the present invention, one preferred embodiment is shown in fig. 2D, the caulking groove 14 is a taper with a wide top and a narrow bottom, and the arc-shaped piece 20 is also configured to be a body with a wide top and a narrow bottom in cooperation with the caulking groove 14; i.e. the width of the upper part of the caulking groove 14 (D1) is larger than the width of the lower part (D2). Therefore, the arc-shaped piece 20 is conveniently axially positioned in the caulking groove 14 from top to bottom, and has a pushing inclination when being taken out for cleaning, so that the effect of labor saving when being pulled out from top is achieved.

In this embodiment, the arc-shaped piece 20 is configured to fit the bottom 142 of the slot 14 and the ruler, so that the first side portion 21 and the second side portion 22 of the arc-shaped piece 20 can be smoothly inserted into the slot 14 from top to bottom, and the shape of the arc-shaped piece can be a small arc surface as shown in fig. 6A, so that the hollow structure 15 is in a long and narrow straw shape, but the invention is not limited thereto. It can also be seen from fig. 6B that the arc-shaped piece 20a is in a larger arc shape, and the first side portion 21a and the second side portion 22a of the arc-shaped piece 20a, and the hollow structure 15a is configured into a semicircular suction tube shape, and when matching with the shape and the size of the groove bottom 142a of the recessed groove 14a, the hollow structure 15a has a larger suction space, so as to be able to suck the drink of the pearl milk tea or the fruit granules, that is, the invention can be provided with the suitable arc-shaped piece 20/21a according to the requirement.

Fig. 6C is a cross-sectional view of another possible embodiment of the caulking groove of the invention, which is the same as the embodiment shown in fig. 6A and is indicated by the same reference numeral, and the difference is only that: the wall surface 12a of the cup body 10 can be made thin, and the caulking groove 14 is formed to protrude axially from the inner peripheral wall 121 of the wall surface 12 a. The caulking groove 14 is recessed in the inner peripheral wall 121 of the cup body 10 as shown in fig. 6A, and has the same features and effects.

FIG. 6D is a cross-sectional view of another possible embodiment of the caulking groove of the present invention, which is the same as the embodiment shown in FIG. 6B and is indicated by the same reference numeral, and the two differences are only: the wall surface 12a of the cup body 10 can be made thin, and the caulking groove 14a is formed to protrude axially from the inner peripheral wall 121 of the wall surface 12 a. The inner wall 121 of the cup body 10 is recessed into the recessed groove 14a shown in fig. 6A, and has the same features and effects.

Based on the above structure, the arc-shaped piece 20/21a can be axially nested in the inner peripheral wall 121 of the cup body 10, so as to form an environmental-friendly straw cup 30 with a straw-embedded structure with the cup body 10, and the arc-shaped piece 20/21a of the environmental-friendly straw cup 30 is axially pulled out of the cup body 10 to facilitate cleaning the inside.

FIG. 7 is a reference view (I) showing the cup 10 covered by a lid 40; because the arc-shaped piece 20/21a and the hollow structure 15/15a formed by the embedded groove 14/14a form the upper suction opening 24 therebetween, the upper suction opening is flush with the cup rim surface 13 above the cup body 10: therefore, the cover 40 is not obstructed at all.

Fig. 8 is a reference view (ii) showing the use state of the present invention, wherein after the cap 40 is opened or the film 50 is torn, the user can suck the contents P such as the beverage C and the pearl milk tea or the fruit granules inside the cup body 10, and the use is very convenient.

FIG. 9 is a view (III) showing the use state of the present invention, in which the arc-shaped piece 20 is axially drawn out of the cup body 10 to facilitate the cleaning of the inside; namely, the inner edge surface of the arc-shaped piece 20 after being drawn out and the caulking groove 14 can be cleaned, thereby being reusable, sanitary and safe.
