1. A vacuum cleaner, comprising:

a cleaner main body (10);

a handle (30) which is arranged on the dust collector main body (10) and forms a holding space (20) with the dust collector main body (10) in an enclosing way;

the gear shifting piece (50) is arranged in the holding space (20) and is positioned in the single-hand operable range of the handle (30).

2. The vacuum cleaner of claim 1, further comprising an activation switch (70), the activation switch (70) being disposed within the holding space (20) and within the one-handed operable range of the handle (30).

3. A vacuum cleaner according to claim 2, characterized in that the handle (30) has a first outer surface (32) facing the holding space (20);

the shift position switching member (50) is disposed opposite to the start switch (70) in a first direction intersecting the first outer surface (32).

4. A vacuum cleaner as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the cleaner body (10) has a second outer surface (12) facing the grip space (20) and opposite the first outer surface (32);

one of the shift position switching member (50) and the start switch (70) is provided to the first outer surface (32), and the other of the shift position switching member (50) and the start switch (70) is provided to the second outer surface (12).

5. A vacuum cleaner according to claim 3, characterized in that the distance between the gear shift member (50) and the start switch (70) is 25-35 mm.

6. The vacuum cleaner according to claim 1, further comprising a controller communicatively coupled to the gear shift (50);

the gear switching piece (50) sends a switching signal to a controller when being triggered, and the controller controls the dust collector main body (10) to switch a plurality of gears according to a preset mode according to the switching signal.

7. The vacuum cleaner of claim 6, wherein the preset mode is that the plurality of gears are sequentially switched cyclically.

8. The vacuum cleaner according to claim 6, characterized in that the shift position switching member (50) issues the switching signal when continuously activated for a preset duration.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dust collection, in particular to a dust collector.

Background

At present, a dust collector as a household cleaning appliance has been moved to thousands of households. Among them, the hand-held vacuum cleaner has the advantages of small size, portability, convenient use and the like, is more suitable for cleaning smaller space, and is popular.

Generally, handheld vacuum cleaners include 2-3 gears to meet the suction requirements of different cleaning scenarios. However, when an operator holds the vacuum cleaner with one hand, the operator needs to operate the gear switching member provided at the top of the vacuum cleaner with the other hand to switch the gears, which is inconvenient to operate.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, there is a need for a vacuum cleaner with easy shifting operation.

A vacuum cleaner, comprising:

a cleaner main body;

the handle is arranged on the dust collector main body and forms a holding space with the dust collector main body in an enclosing manner;

and the gear switching piece is arranged in the holding space and is positioned in the single-hand operable range of the handle.

In the vacuum cleaner, the single-hand operable range of the handle is a range in which the operator can reach and apply the operating force when gripping the handle. So, locate the gear with the gear switching piece behind the one-hand operational scope of handle, alright reach and operate the gear switching piece through the one-hand that grips the handle, need not operate the gear switching piece through another hand, can realize that the one-hand shifts, it is comparatively convenient to operate.

In one embodiment, the handle further comprises an activation switch, and the activation switch is arranged in the holding space and is located in the single-hand operable range of the handle.

In one embodiment, the handle has a first outer surface facing the gripping space;

the gear position switching member is disposed opposite to the start switch in a first direction intersecting the first outer surface.

In one embodiment, the cleaner body has a second outer surface facing the holding space and opposite to the first outer surface;

one of the gear shift and the start switch is provided on the first outer surface, and the other of the gear shift and the start switch is provided on the second outer surface.

In one embodiment, the distance between the gear position switching member and the start switch is 25mm to 35 mm.

In one embodiment, the gear shifting device further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is in communication connection with the gear shifting piece;

the gear switching piece sends a switching signal to the controller when being triggered, and the controller controls the dust collector main body to switch a plurality of gears according to a preset mode according to the switching signal.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a vacuum cleaner 100 is provided, which includes a main body 10 and a handle 30, wherein the main body 10 performs a vacuum cleaning operation, and the handle 30 is used for an operator to hold. Specifically, a holding space 20 is defined between the handle 30 and the cleaner body 10, and fingers of an operator can extend into the holding space 20 to grasp the handle 30.

The cleaner body 10 includes a suction duct, an airflow generator, a separating device and a power supply; the power supply is used for supplying power to the airflow generator, the airflow generator is used for generating airflow flowing along the suction pipeline, and the separating device is communicated with the suction pipeline so as to discharge clean air after separating dust and dirt in the sucked airflow, thus finishing the dust collection work. The separating device is generally a cyclone separator, when an airflow with dust and dirt enters the cyclone separator, the airflow rotates downwards in a spiral mode, the dust and dirt can obtain a larger centrifugal force due to larger mass in the rotating process, the dust and dirt finally impact the inner wall of the cyclone separator and fall into a dust collecting cavity under the action of self gravity, and finally clean air is discharged from the cyclone separator to achieve gas-dust separation.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum cleaner 100 further includes a shift switching element 50, and the shift switching element 50 is used to control the vacuum cleaner body 10 to switch the working shift to increase or decrease the suction force of the vacuum cleaner 100 to the airflow. Also, the shift position switching member 50 is provided in the grip space 20 within a one-hand operable range of the handle 30. It is understood that the one-handed operable range of the handle 30 is a range within which the operator can reach and apply the operating force with the fingers of the operator gripping the handle 30. Thus, after the gear shifting member 50 is disposed in the operable range of the handle 30 with one hand, the gear shifting member 50 can be touched and operated with one hand holding the handle 30 without operating the gear shifting member 50 with the other hand, so that the gear shifting with one hand can be realized, and the operation is convenient.

Referring to fig. 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, the vacuum cleaner 100 further includes a start switch 70, and the start switch 70 is used to control the vacuum cleaner main body 10 to start or stop working. Furthermore, the start switch 70 is disposed in the holding space 20 and located within the operable range of the handle 30 with one hand, and the hand of the operator holding the handle 30 can touch and control the start switch 70, so that the hand of the operator holding the handle 30 can control not only the gear position switching member 50 but also the start switch 70, and the operation of the vacuum cleaner 100 can be controlled with one hand.

Further, the handle 30 has a first outer surface 32 facing the holding space 20; the shift position switching member 50 is spaced from the start switch 70 in a first direction intersecting the first outer surface 32. When the operator holds the grip 30 with his hand, the fingers extending into the holding space 20 can be extended and retracted in the direction intersecting the first outer surface 32, so that the shift position switching member 50 and the start switch 70 are disposed opposite to each other in the first direction, and the start switch 70 and the shift position switching member 50 can be controlled by the extension and retraction of one finger.

Alternatively, the start switch 70 and the shift position switch 50 may be triggered by the index finger. After the operator holds the handle 30, the index finger extends into the holding space 20 and is located between the start switch 70 and the gear shift member 50 which are relatively distributed along the first direction at intervals, when the index finger moves towards the direction close to the handle 30, one of the start button and the gear shift member 50 can be triggered, when the index finger moves towards the direction away from the handle, the other of the start button and the gear shift member 50 can be triggered, so that the start button and the gear shift member 50 can be operated by the index finger of the operator holding the handle 30, and the operation is convenient.

In the embodiment, the distance between the gear position switching member 50 and the start switch 70 is 25mm-35mm, and after the index finger extends between the gear position switching member 50 and the start switch 70, the distance facilitates the index finger to touch any one of the gear position switching member 50 and the start switch 70, and is suitable for the index finger of a common person to operate.

Further, the cleaner body 10 has a second outer surface 12 facing the grip space 20 and opposed to the first outer surface 32, one of the shift position switching member 50 and the start switch 70 is provided on the first outer surface 32, and the other of the shift position switching member 50 and the start switch 70 is provided on the second outer surface 12. That is, one of the shift position switching member 50 and the start switch 70 is provided on the first outer surface 32 of the handle 30, and the other of the shift position switching member 50 and the start switch 70 is provided on the second outer surface 12 of the cleaner body 10, so that the shift position switching member 50 and the start switch 70 are relatively spaced apart and can be controlled by one hand holding the handle 30.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the start switch 70 is disposed on the first outer surface 32 of the handle 30, the shift position switching member 50 is disposed on the second outer surface 12 of the cleaner body 10, and when the cleaner 100 is started, the index finger moves towards the handle 30 to press the start switch 70 to turn on the cleaner 100; when the vacuum cleaner 100 is controlled to switch the suction gear, the index finger moves in a direction away from the handle 30 to trigger the gear switching member 50, so that the vacuum cleaner body 10 switches the suction gear.

In some embodiments, the gear shift member 50 is a micro switch, and when a finger touches the micro switch, the micro switch can sensitively sense the touch of the finger, so as to switch the gear of the vacuum cleaner 100.

It is understood that in other embodiments, the gear shift position switching member 50 is a touch screen, and when the finger of the operator touches the touch screen, the gear shift position switching member 50 can be triggered. It can be understood that the touch screen can sense the smaller operating force applied by the finger, and the touch screen is used as the gear switching piece 50, so that the operating force required by gear switching can be reduced, and the gear switching by an operator is facilitated.

Further, the touch screen has a sensing touch area, and the gear switching element 50 is triggered when the sensing touch area is hit by the knuckle. When the gear switching element 50 is disposed on the second outer surface 12 of the cleaner body 10 and the operator holds the handle 30, the gear switching element 50 is located on a side of the operator facing the finger joints, the touch screen is configured to be sensitive to the knocking of the finger joints, and the fingers can knock the touch screen through the finger joints when extending close to the touch screen, so as to trigger the gear shifting operation of the cleaner 100, which is convenient to operate. Preferably, when the index finger extends away from the handle 30, the third knuckle of the index finger can touch and hit the sensing touch area.

In some embodiments, the vacuum cleaner 100 further comprises a controller (not shown) that is communicatively coupled to the range switch 50 and that can transmit signals therebetween. The gear switching member 50 sends a switching signal to the controller when triggered, and the controller controls the cleaner body 10 to switch a plurality of gears according to a preset mode according to the switching signal. Specifically, the controller controls the airflow generator to increase or decrease the operating speed to increase or decrease the suction force of the vacuum cleaner 100 to the air, so as to switch the suction gear.

Further, the gear shift element 50 is continuously triggered for a predetermined duration to send a shift signal, for example, when the gear shift element 50 is continuously triggered for 0.3s or 0.5s, it is considered as an effective trigger, and then the shift control is performed, so as to avoid an erroneous operation caused by an accidental touch on the gear shift element 50.

Furthermore, the preset mode when the gears are switched is that a plurality of gears are switched in a cycle mode sequentially. It is understood that the cyclic shift is that the dust-suction shift position is shifted from the current shift position to the next shift position in the cyclic sequence when a shift signal is received once, for example, the cyclic shift position has a sequence of 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3 …, or the cyclic shift position has a sequence of 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3 …. Thus, when the gear shifting member 50 is triggered once, the gear will be automatically shifted to the next gear in the sequence, and when the gear is shifted from the low gear to the high gear, all the gears are shifted, the gear will be reversely shifted from the high gear to the low gear, or the gear shifting from the low gear to the high gear is restarted, so that the dust collector 100 can be shifted to the required dust collection gear by triggering the gear shifting member 50 once or more times to cyclically shift a plurality of gears.

In the vacuum cleaner 100, the handle 30 is provided on the cleaner body 10, and the grip space 20 is formed between the handle 30 and the cleaner body 10, so that the operator can grip the handle 30 after inserting his or her fingers through the grip hole 20. Moreover, the gear switching piece 50 is arranged in the holding space 20 and is located in the operable range of the handle 30 by one hand, and the operator can touch and operate the gear switching piece 50 by the hand holding the handle 30, so that the operation of switching the gear of the dust collector 100 by one hand is realized, the gear shifting by the other hand not holding the handle 30 is not needed, and the operation is rapid and convenient. Optionally, the cleaner 100 is a hand-held cleaner.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
