In addition, the drosophila melanogaster is easy to cause pathogenic bacteria infection in the wounds caused by fruit damage, for example, the drosophila melanogaster plays an important role in the occurrence of grape acid rot, and the secondary damage of the drosophila melanogaster seriously affects the yield and quality of fruits and causes great economic loss, so that the effective prevention and control of the drosophila melanogaster is very urgent.

How to provide a black belly drosophila attractant which has good control effect, no pollution to fruits and no pollution to the environment, and the problem to be solved in the control of the black belly drosophila is urgent.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel attractant for drosophila melanogaster by utilizing the characteristic of insect tropism to smell aiming at the defects in the field, the attractant is prepared and processed into an attracting core, and the attracting core is combined with an insect sticking plate to improve the continuous trapping capability of the drosophila melanogaster.

The invention aims to provide a drosophila melanogaster attractant which is prepared and processed into an attractant core by taking grape volatile matters, namely isoamyl acetate and ethyl palmitate as raw materials, wherein the active ingredient of the attractant core comprises isoamyl acetate.

The drosophila melanogaster attractant also comprises ethyl palmitate.

In one technical scheme of the invention, the active ingredients of the drosophila melanogaster attractant consist of isoamyl acetate and ethyl palmitate, wherein the weight part ratio of the isoamyl acetate to the ethyl palmitate is 1-10: 1-10.

In a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the ratio of the isoamyl acetate to the ethyl palmitate in parts by weight is 5-10: 1-5.

In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ratio of isoamyl acetate to ethyl palmitate is 1:1 by weight.

In order that the invention may be better understood, the invention will now be further described with reference to specific examples.

The materials and reagents used in the following examples are commercially available unless otherwise specified.

Example 1 screening attractant component formulation for field trapping trials

Respectively mixing grape volatile components isoamyl acetate and ethyl palmitate in a mass ratio of 1: 0. 9:1, 1:9 and 0:1 are respectively prepared into drosophila melanogaster attractants with different concentrations, and the drosophila melanogaster attractants are added into slow-release plastic vials (Beijing Zhongjie Sifang Limited, 3cm in length, 1cm in diameter and 0.15cm in diameter of a bottle mouth), wherein each vial is … … g to prepare the drosophila melanogaster lure core. Day 2-4, day 4-7 traps indicated isoamyl acetate: ethyl palmitate was the best trap at 1:1, isoamyl acetate: the trapping effect was also better when the ethyl palmitate was 9:1 and 1: 0. And, when isoamyl acetate: the effect is obviously better than that of isoamyl acetate when the ethyl palmitate is 1: the effect of ethyl palmitate was 9:1 and 1:0, with significant differences.

Example 2 optimal color screening of Pepper plates

The method of example 1 was followed to produce a drosophila melanogaster lure using isoamyl acetate and ethyl palmitate 1:1, which was combined with colored plates of different colors (insect-sticking plates) to produce a drosophila melanogaster trap. The color of the insect sticking plate is selected from white, red, blue, black, green and yellow, and the method is the same as that of the embodiment 1 except that the color of the insect sticking plate is different. The results are shown in fig. 2, and the test results show that the combination of the lure and the blue color plate has the best trapping effect on the drosophila melanogaster.

Example 3 study of the duration of attracting the Drosophila melanogaster

The method is the same as that of example 1, except that isoamyl acetate and ethyl palmitate are adopted to manufacture the fruit fly luring core, and the luring core and the blue color plate are combined to manufacture the fruit fly trap. After the trap is hung, the number of the drosophila melanogaster mouths trapped by the color plates for 1 day, 2-4 days, 5-7 days, 8-10 days, 11-14 days and 15-18 days is respectively investigated.

The result is shown in fig. 3, and the test result shows that the trap still has a good trapping effect on drosophila melanogaster after being hung for 10 days, which indicates that the attractant has long lasting period.
