4. The coated granule containing sodium diurethane as claimed in claim 3, wherein the wetting dispersant is one or more of lignosulfonate, naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate sodium salt, sodium dodecyl sulfate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate.

5. The coated granule containing sodium diurethane as claimed in claim 3, wherein the binder is one or more of clay, xanthan gum, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium or chitosan.

The coated granule containing sodium diurethane as claimed in claim 3, wherein the disintegrant is one or more of anhydrous sodium sulphate, bentonite, urea, ammonium sulphate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride, potassium sulphate, potassium chloride, monoammonium phosphate or diammonium phosphate.

7. The coated granule containing sodium diurethane as claimed in claim 3, wherein the coating agent is a resin film former, and the resin film former comprises one or more of urea formaldehyde resin, modified aqueous polyurethane dispersion or acrylic acid copolymer emulsion.

8. The coated granule containing sodium diurethane as claimed in claim 3, wherein the filler is one or more of diatomaceous earth, kaolin, calcined kaolin, white carbon black, light calcium carbonate, attapulgite, mica powder or pottery clay.

9. The method for preparing coated granules containing sodium diurethane as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 8, which comprises the following steps:

(1) uniformly mixing sodium diurethane, a wetting dispersant and a filler, and crushing by a jet mill to obtain sodium diurethane mother powder;

(2) uniformly mixing the binder, the disintegrant and the sodium diurethane mother powder by using a gravity-free mixer, granulating to obtain particles with the particle size of 3-5 mm, and drying by using a fluidized bed dryer to obtain carrier particles of the sodium diurethane;

(3) and (3) adding the carrier particles of the sodium diurethane into the coating agent under stirring, mixing to form a layer of uniform coating film on the surfaces of the carrier particles, and naturally drying to obtain the coated granules containing the sodium diurethane.

10. Use of the coated granules containing sodium diurethane as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 in the preparation of pesticides.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide granules, in particular to coated granules containing sodium diurethane and a preparation method thereof.

Background

For years, due to the serious continuous cropping phenomenon in agricultural production in China, the soil-borne diseases of crops are increasingly aggravated, and particularly, the crops planted in greenhouses are more serious. Soil-borne diseases have the characteristics of slow appearance, fast propagation, serious harm and the like, and the soil-borne diseases of crops become one of the outstanding problems restricting the agricultural safety production and sustainable development in China.

The main methods for solving the soil-borne diseases include root irrigation, root drenching and spreading, wherein the root drenching and the root drenching have high labor intensity and high cost, and improper use easily causes phytotoxicity, so farmers generally do not want to irrigate the roots, and most of the methods are necessary.

The pesticide is developed mechanically and comprehensively, and has raised health, environment friendship and safety protection.

Sodium diurethane, chemical name: sodium p-dimethylaminobenzenediazosulfonate, CAS registry number: 140-56-7.

The existing product is mainly sodium diquat powder, the using method comprises root irrigation, furrow application, hole application and the like, and mechanized drug application is difficult to realize. The sodium dixosulfonate powder has large dust, is yellow and moderate in toxicity, is not easy to clean when being stuck on a body (hands), and causes pollution and toxicity to users.

Therefore, how to provide coated granules containing sodium diurethane and a preparation method thereof are problems which need to be solved by the technical personnel in the field.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides coated granules containing sodium diurethane and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a coated granule containing sodium diurethane comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 1-50% of sodium diquat, 1-30% of an auxiliary agent, 1-10% of a coating agent and the balance of a filler.

Has the advantages that: the sodium diquat (dixolone) is a high-efficiency bactericide, is mainly used for preventing and sterilizing fungal diseases of crops and soil infectious diseases in a seed seedling stage, and has special effects on crop diseases caused by various bacteria such as pythium aphanidermatum, rhizopus oryzae, phytophthora and the like. The pesticide composition is mainly used for preventing and treating diseases of vegetables, fruits, nursery stocks, tobacco, rice and other crops in seedling stage, and is applied to vegetable greenhouses and economic crops.

Preferably: the composite material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 10-50% of sodium diquat, 1-30% of an auxiliary agent, 1-10% of a coating agent and the balance of a filler.

Preferably: the auxiliary agent comprises 0-10% of wetting dispersant, 0-10% of binder and 1-10% of disintegrant in percentage by weight of the sodium diurethane coated granules.

Preferably: the wetting dispersant is one or more of lignosulfonate, naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate sodium salt, sodium dodecyl sulfate and alkyl naphthalene sulfonate.

Has the advantages that: the components can obviously improve the wettability and the dispersing ability of the sodium diurethane coated granules.

Preferably: the binder is one or more of clay, xanthan gum, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium or chitosan.

Has the advantages that: the components can improve the binding ability of the sodium diurethane coated granules in the preparation process and the strength after the granules are prepared.

Preferably: the disintegrating agent is one or more of anhydrous sodium sulphate, bentonite, urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, monoammonium phosphate or diammonium phosphate.

Has the advantages that: the above components can improve the disintegration ability and the ability of quickly exerting the drug effect of the sodium diurethane coated granules when in use.

Preferably: the coating agent is a resin film-forming agent, and the resin film-forming agent comprises one or more of urea-formaldehyde resin, modified aqueous polyurethane dispersion or acrylic copolymer emulsion.

Further: the modified aqueous polyurethane dispersions were purchased from the Wanhua chemical group, Inc.

Preferably: the filler is one or more of diatomite, kaolin, calcined kaolin, white carbon black, light calcium carbonate, attapulgite, mica powder or argil.

Has the advantages that: the components can stabilize the performance of the sodium diurethane coated granules and have better application.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the coated granule containing the sodium diurethane, which comprises the following steps:

(1) uniformly mixing sodium diurethane, a wetting dispersant and a filler, and crushing by a jet mill to obtain sodium diurethane mother powder;

(2) uniformly mixing the binder, the disintegrant and the sodium diurethane mother powder by using a gravity-free mixer, granulating to obtain particles with the particle size of 3-5 mm, and drying by using a fluidized bed dryer to obtain carrier particles of the sodium diurethane;

(3) and (3) adding the carrier particles of the sodium diurethane into the coating agent under stirring, mixing to form a layer of uniform coating film on the surfaces of the carrier particles, and naturally drying to obtain the coated granules containing the sodium diurethane.

Further: and (2) the crushing equipment in the step (1) is a jet mill.

Pulverizing to fineness greater than 320 meshes.

The granulating equipment in the step (2) is a disc granulator, and a fluidized bed dryer is used for drying until the water content is less than 3 percent

The invention also provides application of the coated granule containing the sodium diurethane in preparation of pesticides.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the coated granule containing the sodium diformate and the preparation method thereof are disclosed and provided, compared with the prior art, the coated granule containing the sodium diformate (dixon) provided by the invention can be applied independently, and can also be applied together with a fertilizer applicator, so that the condition that the prior application of pesticide and fertilizer cannot be considered at the same time is avoided, the production efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, and the pesticide effect is prolonged; in addition, the problem that powder dust pollutes the environment is solved, and when the pesticide is applied, a user does not directly contact the pesticide, so that the problems of pollution and toxicity of the pesticide to a human body are solved.

Coated granule of 40% sodium disulfate

48.13kg of sodium difenzoate original drug (Bianbai), 5kg of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and attapulgite are weighed to be supplemented to 100kg, and after the materials are fully mixed and crushed by a jet mill, 48.13% sodium difenzoate mother powder is prepared;

weighing 87.5kg of sodium diuron mother powder, 2.5kg of polyvinyl alcohol and 10kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate, uniformly mixing, granulating by using a disc granulator, and drying after granulation to obtain 42.11% of sodium diuron carrier particles;

95kg of the carrier particles of the sodium diurethane enter a coating machine, and 5kg of urea-formaldehyde resin is added for mixing and coating, so that 100kg of 40% sodium diurethane coated granules are obtained.

Example 2

Coated granule of 45% sodium diquat

56.62kg of sodium difenzoate original drug (Bianbai), 5kg of lignosulfonate, 3kg of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 100kg of kaolin are weighed and fully mixed, and after being crushed by a jet mill, 56.62% sodium difenzoate mother powder is prepared;

weighing 85kg of sodium diuron mother powder, 5kg of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 5kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 5kg of bentonite, uniformly mixing, granulating by using a disc granulator, and drying after granulation to obtain 48.13% of sodium diuron carrier particles;

94.5kg of the carrier particles of the sodium diurethane enter a coating machine, and 6.5kg of the modified aqueous polyurethane dispersion is added for mixing and coating, thereby obtaining 100kg of 45 percent sodium diurethane coated granules.

Example 3

Coated granule of 30% sodium disulfate

Weighing 35.42kg of sodium diquat raw drug (Bibai), 5kg of lignosulfonate, 3kg of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 100kg of kaolin, fully mixing, and crushing by a jet mill to obtain 35.42% of sodium diquat master powder;

88kg of sodium diuron mother powder, 2kg of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 5kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 5kg of bentonite are weighed, uniformly mixed, granulated by a disc granulator and dried after granulation to obtain 31.17 percent sodium diuron carrier particles.

94.5kg of the carrier particles of the sodium diurethane enter a coating machine, 6.5kg of urea-formaldehyde resin is added for mixing and coating, and 100kg of the coated granules of 30 percent of the sodium diurethane is obtained.

Example 4

Coated granule of 10% sodium sulfadiazine

Weighing 12.02kg of sodium difenzoate original drug (Bibai), 5kg of lignosulfonate, 3kg of sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate and 100kg of kaolin, fully mixing, and crushing by a jet mill to obtain 12.02% sodium difenzoate mother powder;

88kg of sodium diuron mother powder, 2kg of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 5kg of anhydrous sodium sulphate and 5kg of bentonite are weighed, uniformly mixed, granulated by a disc granulator and dried after granulation to obtain 10.58 percent of carrier particles of the sodium diuron.

94.5kg of the carrier particles of the sodium diurethane enter a coating machine, 6.5kg of acrylic copolymer emulsion is added for mixing and coating, and 100kg of the coated granules of 10 percent of the sodium diurethane is obtained.

The experimental effect is as follows:

The application method comprises the following steps: 3 kg/mu (1.2 kg/mu of effective component) of 40% sodium sulfadiazine coated granules are used, and when base fertilizer is applied in soil preparation before the fritillary is planted, the base fertilizer and organic granular fertilizer are put into a granular fertilizer distributor to be mixed and applied, and soil covering and planting are carried out.

The effect is as follows: 3 kg/mu (1.2 kg/mu of effective component) of 40% sodium diuron coated granules have better control effect on root rot, cervical rot and damping off in the growth of the fritillary bulb by more than 90%, and have no difference with 2.667 kg/mu (1.2 kg/mu of effective component) of 45% sodium diuron powder used as a control. But the application process of the sodium diquat coated granules adopts mechanical application and has no dust. And because of the slow release property of the coated granules, the drug effect is prolonged by about 15 days.

The application method comprises the following steps: 1.5 kg/mu (0.6 kg/mu of effective component) of 40% of the sodium diurethane coated granules and the base fertilizer are uniformly spread on the ground and ploughed.

The effect is as follows: 1.5 kg/mu (0.6 kg/mu of active ingredient) of 40% sodium diurethane coated granules has better control effect on root rot, cervical rot and damping off in tomato growth by more than 90%, and has no difference with the same dosage of 45% sodium diurethane powder used as a control. And because of the slow release property of the coated granules, the drug effect is prolonged by about 15 days.

The coated granules prepared by the examples can reduce the frequency of administration.
