1. An epilatory cream comprising a mixture a, a mixture B, a mixture C and a component D, wherein:

the mixture A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of cetearyl alcohol; 2-4 parts of mineral oil; 2-5 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate; 93-5 parts of ceteareth-93; 2-5 parts of glycerol stearate; 0.1-0.5 part of butylated hydroxytoluene;

the mixture B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of water; 3-7 parts of glycerol; 2-5 parts of potassium hydroxide; 0.5-1 part of betaine; 0.1-0.5 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 0.1-0.3 part of methylparaben; 0.1-0.3 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate;

the mixture C comprises 6-10 parts of calcium thioglycolate; 5-7 parts of nano activated carbon;

the component D is 0.3-0.5 part of essence.

A depilatory cream as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that mixture a comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of cetearyl alcohol; 4 parts of mineral oil; 3 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate; ceteareth-93 parts; 2 parts of glycerol stearate; 0.1 part of butylated hydroxytoluene;

the mixture B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65.75 parts of water; 5 parts of glycerol; 2 parts of potassium hydroxide; 0.5 part of betaine; 0.15 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 0.1 part of methylparaben; 0.1 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate;

the mixture C is 8 parts of calcium thioglycolate; 6 parts of nano activated carbon;

the component D is 0.3 part of essence.

3. A depilatory cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nano-sized activated carbon has a particle size of 1 to 100 nm.

4. A process for the preparation of a depilatory cream as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, characterised by the steps of:

(1) adding the components in the mixture A into an oil pan, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring to dissolve uniformly, and keeping the temperature for later use;

(2) adding each component in the mixture B into an emulsifying pot, reserving 15% of component water, heating to 80-85 ℃, and homogenizing and dispersing uniformly; then pumping the mixture A mixed in the previous step, homogenizing for 10min, keeping the temperature and stirring for 15 min, and then cooling;

(3) cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding each component of the mixture C, and uniformly stirring;

(4) cooling to 42-45 ℃, adding the component D pre-dissolved by 15% of water reserved in the step (2), and uniformly stirring;

(5) and filtering and discharging after the inspection is qualified.

5. A process for the preparation of a depilatory cream as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the frequency of stirring in steps (1), (3) and (4) is 600 r/min.

6. A process for the preparation of a depilatory cream, as claimed in claim 4, wherein the frequency of agitation in step (2) is 850 rpm.

7. A process for the preparation of a depilatory cream according to claim 4, wherein the frequency of homogenisation in step (2) is 18-20 Hz.

8. A process for preparing a depilatory cream as claimed in claim 4, wherein in step (5) a 200 mesh double layer filter cloth is used for filtration.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of depilatories, in particular to a depilatory cream and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Epilation methods are generally divided into three categories: mechanical depilation method, chemical depilation method and physical depilation method. The chemical depilation method comprises applying depilatory cream etc. on local skin, so that hair shaft can be corroded and dissolved to rapidly achieve depilation effect, and hair growth speed is slow, and the effect can last for more than 2 weeks.

The depilatory creams which are used for human body depilation in the market at present contain calcium thioglycolate, have great pungent smell, are very uncomfortable to smell, and are easy to damage the skin when in use, thereby causing the symptoms of folliculitis, redness, itching, pain and the like of the skin.

Therefore, there is a need to develop a safe, odorless depilatory cream.

The depilatory cream is safe and odorless, has no irritation and damage to skin, does not cause symptoms such as folliculitis, redness, itching, pain and the like, and has the effects of moistening and protecting skin.

the mixture C comprises 6-10 parts of calcium thioglycolate; 5-7 parts of nano activated carbon;

the component D is 0.3-0.5 part of essence.

Preferably, mixture a comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of cetearyl alcohol; 4 parts of mineral oil; 3 parts of ethylhexyl palmitate; ceteareth-93 parts; 2 parts of glycerol stearate; 0.1 part of butylated hydroxytoluene;

the mixture B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65.75 parts of water; 5 parts of glycerol; 2 parts of potassium hydroxide; 0.5 part of betaine; 0.15 part of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 0.1 part of methylparaben; 0.1 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate;

the mixture C is 8 parts of calcium thioglycolate; 6 parts of nano activated carbon;

the component D is 0.3 part of essence.

Preferably, the particle size of the nano activated carbon is 1-100 nm.

The invention also aims to disclose a preparation method of the depilatory cream, which comprises the following steps:

(1) adding the components in the mixture A into an oil pan, heating to 80-85 ℃, stirring to dissolve uniformly, and keeping the temperature for later use;

(2) adding each component in the mixture B into an emulsifying pot, reserving 15% of component water, heating to 80-85 ℃, and homogenizing and dispersing uniformly; then pumping the mixture A mixed in the previous step, homogenizing for 10min, keeping the temperature and stirring for 15 min, and then cooling;

(3) cooling to 60-65 ℃, adding each component of the mixture C, and uniformly stirring;

Preferably, the frequency of stirring in steps (1), (3) and (4) is 600 r/min.

Preferably, 200-mesh double-layer filter cloth is adopted for filtering in the step (5).

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the calcium thioglycolate in the formula is used as a reducing agent to destroy disulfide bonds in hair protein so as to achieve the purpose of lightening or dissolving hair, thereby achieving the hair removal effect.
