5. The beautifying toner according to claim 4, wherein the mass ratio of water to the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the mixed liquid is (3-15): 1.

6. The skin beautifying and firming lotion as claimed in claim 4, wherein the temperature of heating is 80-120 ℃; the reflux extraction time is 40 min-2 h.

According to the invention, each component in the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the technical scheme is mixed with water to obtain mixed feed liquid. The source and the type of each component of the water and the traditional Chinese medicine composition are not particularly limited in the invention, and the components are well known to those skilled in the art. In the invention, the mass ratio of water to the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the mixed liquid is preferably (3-15): 1, more preferably (5-12): 1, and most preferably (8-10): 1.

After the mixed liquid is obtained, the invention preferably stands for soaking, and the soaking time is preferably 20min to 40min, more preferably 25min to 35min, and most preferably 30 min.

After the mixed liquid is obtained or soaked, the mixed liquid is heated for reflux extraction to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution. In the invention, the heating temperature is preferably 80-120 ℃, more preferably 90-110 ℃, and more preferably 95-100 ℃; the heating method is not particularly limited, and a heating method known to those skilled in the art may be used. In the present invention, the time for the reflux extraction is preferably 40min to 2h, more preferably 50min to 100min, and most preferably 60min to 80 min.

After the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is obtained, the traditional Chinese medicine extracting solution is concentrated to obtain a concentrate. The method of concentration is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be carried out by a method known to those skilled in the art, such as distillation, rotary evaporation, etc. In the present invention, the concentration is preferably 1 to 5 times, and more preferably 2 to 3 times.

After the concentrate is obtained, the concentrate is freeze-dried to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine water extract. In the present invention, the temperature of the freeze-drying is preferably-10 ℃ to-30 ℃, more preferably-15 ℃ to-25 ℃, and most preferably-20 ℃; the freeze drying time is preferably 30min to 2h, more preferably 50min to 90min, and most preferably 60min to 70 min.

In the invention, the extraction rate of the water extraction is preferably 15-35%, and more preferably 20-3%; the extraction rate refers to the percentage of the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine aqueous extract in the mass of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

In the invention, the mass ratio of the ylang-ylang essential oil, the vitamin C and the glycerin is (5-15): 3-12): 8-26, preferably (8-12): 5-10): 10-22, and more preferably 10:7: 14. The sources of the ylang-ylang essential oil, vitamin C and glycerin are not particularly limited, and commercially available products of the above components well known to those skilled in the art may be used.

In the invention, the mass ratio of the ylang-ylang essential oil to the dragon's blood is (5-15): 3-10), preferably (8-12): 5-8, and more preferably 10: 6.

The beautifying and firming lotion provided by the invention also comprises the balance of deionized water.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the beautifying and firming lotion, which comprises the following steps:

1) mixing the cananga odorata essential oil, the vitamin C, the glycerol and the deionized water at 35-45 ℃ to obtain an aqueous solution;

2) and dissolving the traditional Chinese medicine extract in the aqueous solution to obtain the beautifying and firming lotion.

The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing cananga odorata essential oil, vitamin C, glycerol and water at the temperature of 35-45 ℃ to obtain an aqueous solution. In the invention, the mixing is performed under stirring conditions, the stirring method is not particularly limited, and the technical scheme of stirring well known to those skilled in the art can be adopted, such as manual stirring or mechanical stirring; in the present invention, the stirring time is preferably 10 to 40min, more preferably 15 to 35min, and most preferably 20 to 30 min.

After obtaining the aqueous solution, the invention dissolves the traditional Chinese medicine extract obtained by the technical scheme in the aqueous solution to obtain the beautifying and firming lotion. In the present invention, the dissolution is performed under stirring, and the stirring time is preferably 10 to 40min, more preferably 15 to 35min, and most preferably 20 to 30 min.

The application method of the beautifying firming lotion is not particularly limited, and the firming lotion can be used in a manner well known to those skilled in the art.

The skin beautifying and firming lotion and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention are described in detail by the following examples, but the invention is not to be construed as being limited by the scope of the invention.
