Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a paper box which can realize self-locking and unlocking of the paper box, is made of all paper, is convenient to recycle and more environment-friendly, reduces the manufacturing cost and the manual assembly cost, and improves the production efficiency.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a paper box, as shown in fig. 1-4, the paper box includes an outer box 1 and an inner box 2, the inner box 2 is slidably installed in the outer box 1 in a push-pull manner through an opening of the outer box 1, so as to realize opening and closing of the paper box. Because the carton is made by full paper, compare in the box body that uses materials such as hardware, plastics to make, this carton is convenient for retrieve, and is more environmental protection, has reduced manufacturing cost and manual assembly cost simultaneously, improves production efficiency. However, the box body made of the paper material is often simple at present, does not have the anti-theft unlocking function, can only realize simple opening and closing operation, is too simple in structure, cannot realize self-locking of the box body, has potential safety hazards, and can possibly lead to safety accidents.

To solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 1-6, the inner wall of the outer box 1 provided in this embodiment is provided with a first abutting portion 13, the outer wall of the inner box 2 is provided with an elastic protruding portion 24, and the elastic protruding portion 24 can abut against the first abutting portion 13 along the pulling direction, so that the inner box 2 and the outer box 1 are in the locked state, and the paper box is self-locked. Since the elastic protrusion 24 is elastically deformed, when the inner case 2 is placed in the outer case 1, the elastic protrusion 24 automatically abuts against the first abutting portion 13, thereby clamping the inner case 2 in the outer case 1. When the elastic protruding part 24 is pressed, the elastic protruding part 24 can be staggered with the first abutting part 13, so that the inner box 2 and the outer box 1 are in an unlocking state, and the paper box is unlocked.

In order to press the elastic protrusion 24, a through hole 1121 is formed in the outer case 1, and at least a portion of the elastic protrusion 24 is located in the through hole 1121 when the inner case 2 and the outer case 1 are in the locked state. The elastic projection 24 can be pressed through the through hole 1121 so that the elastic projection 24 is displaced from the first abutting portion 13, thereby enabling the inner box 2 to be drawn out. Preferably, the through hole 1121 is configured to have a size allowing fingers to pass through, so that when the carton is used, the carton can be held by one hand and the fingers can be directly extended to press the elastic protrusions 24 from the through hole 1121, so that unlocking can be realized, the structure is simple, and the use habit is better met.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, in order to avoid the inner case 2 from being pulled out from the outer case 1 by too much force after unlocking, the inner wall of the outer case 1 is provided with a second abutting portion 14, the second abutting portion 14 is located on one side of the first abutting portion 13 along the pulling direction, and the elastic protruding portion 24 can abut against the second abutting portion 14 along the pulling direction to limit the inner case 2 from being completely pulled out from the outer case 1. After the elastic protruding portion 24 is separated from the first abutting portion 13 after unlocking, the inner case 2 can move relative to the outer case 1 along one side of the pulling direction, and when the inner case 2 moves to the limit position, the elastic protruding portion 24 abuts against the second abutting portion 14 arranged on the inner wall of the outer case 1, so that the inner case 2 is prevented from being completely pulled out from the outer case 1, and the safety of the inner case 2 product is improved.

Specifically, the elastic projecting portion 24 includes a first elastic projecting portion 241 and two oppositely disposed second elastic projecting portions 242, the first elastic projecting portion 241 can abut against the first abutting portion 13, and each of the second elastic projecting portions 242 correspondingly abuts against one of the second abutting portions 14. Alternatively, the first elastic projection 241 is provided on the top surface of the outer wall of the inner case 2, and the first abutting portion 13 is provided on the top surface of the inner wall of the outer case 1 in correspondence thereto. On the one hand, the first elastic protruding part 241 is convenient to press from the top surface of the paper box, and on the other hand, the first elastic protruding part 241 which needs to be pressed repeatedly is prevented from being arranged as the bearing surface of the inner box 11, so that the stability of the paper box is improved. In addition, two second elastic protruding parts 242 are disposed on two adjacent sides of the first elastic protruding part 241, and the two second elastic protruding parts 242 and the second abutting part 14 are symmetrically disposed, so that when the inner box 2 is pushed or pulled, the inner box 2 can stably and symmetrically contact the inner wall of the outer box 1, and the structure is simple and beautiful.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the dimension of the first elastic projection 241 in the push-pull direction of the inner box 2 is not larger than the sum of the dimensions of the second abutment portion 14 and the second elastic projection 242 in the push-pull direction of the inner box 2. Because the first elastic protruding portion 241 is disposed on the top surface of the outer wall of the inner case 2, in order to prevent the first elastic protruding portion 241 from being pulled out synchronously with the inner case 2 when the inner case 2 is pulled out, which affects the aesthetic effect of the paper box, the size of the first elastic protruding portion 241 is limited, so that when the inner case 2 is pulled to the abutting position of the second elastic protruding portion 242 and the second abutting portion 14, i.e., when the inner case 2 is at the limit position, the first elastic protruding portion 241 is still located inside the outer case 1.

In this embodiment, the inner case 2 is provided with a push-pull member 25 to push and pull the inner case 2 by the push-pull member 25. Therefore, as shown in fig. 1 and 5, the folding mode of the paper mold of the outer box 1 is as follows: first, the auxiliary plate 115, the left outer box side plate 111, the top outer box plate 112, the right outer box side plate 113 and the bottom outer box plate 114, which are connected in sequence, are folded to form the outer box body 11 with two open ends, that is, the auxiliary plate 115 is overlapped on the bottom outer box plate 114; then, the intersecting line between the first folding plate 121 and each of the above outer box plates is folded, and the first folding plates 121 of each layer are fixed by the adhering part 3 covered on the first folding plate 121, so as to form an outer box rear side plate and form an outer box 1 with an open front end together with the outer box body 11; finally, the intersecting lines between the second folding plate 122 and the above outer box plates are folded, and the second folding plate 122 is fixed inside the outer box body 11 by silk-screen glue 4 to form a first abutting part 13 and a second abutting part 14, thereby realizing the folding of the paper mold of the outer box 1.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner box 2 includes an inner box body 21, and the inner box body 21 is formed by folding corrugated paper and has an open top. The inner case 21 slides in a push-pull manner through the front opening of the outer case 11, and a product can be taken and placed from the top opening of the inner case 21. The first elastic protrusion 241 and the second elastic protrusion 242 are supported by the corrugated board, the rear ends of the first elastic protrusion 241 and the second elastic protrusion 242 are connected with the outer wall of the inner box 21, and the front ends incline to the direction of the outer box 11. That is, the inner case 21 is folded to form an outer frame of the inner case 2, and the first elastic protrusion 241 and the second elastic protrusion 242 are connected to the inner case 21 to form a structure abutting against the inner side of the outer case 1 at the outer side of the inner case 2.

Preferably, since the first elastic projecting portion 241, the second elastic projecting portion 242, the first abutting portion 13 and the second abutting portion 14 are made of corrugated paper, the first elastic projecting portion 241 and the second elastic projecting portion 242 may be arranged to be inclined toward the opening direction of the external box 1 while the first abutting portion 13 and the second abutting portion 14 are inclined toward the direction away from the opening direction of the external box 1. When the inner case 2 is placed in the outer case 11, the raised portion of the first elastic protrusion 241 abuts against the raised portion of the first abutting portion 13, which is more beneficial to locking the inner case 2 in the outer case 1 and preventing the inner case from falling out. When the inner case 2 is pulled out, the second abutting portion 14 abuts against the raised portion of the second elastic projection 242 to further improve the abutting effect. In addition, the first abutting portion 13 and the second abutting portion 14 are arranged in an inclined structure, so that the elastic protruding portion 24 can be used for guiding, and the inner box 2 can be pushed and pulled more conveniently.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the inner box body 21 includes an inner box left side plate 211, an inner box bottom plate 212, and an inner box right side plate 213 connected at their sides, and the inner box body 21 with an upper end and two open ends can be formed by folding and folding the intersecting line between the upper inner box plates and fixing the upper inner box plates. Alternatively, the push-pull member 25 may be provided on the inner box front side plate 214 to push and pull the inner box 2 by pulling the inner box front side plate 214 by the push-pull member 25. In this embodiment, the push-pull member 25 is disposed on the inner case bottom plate 212 near the opening of the outer case 1, and the push-pull member 25 is pulled to drive the inner case 21 to move, so that the push-pull force directly acts on the inner case 2, thereby preventing the inner case 2 from being damaged due to the excessive push-pull force. However, the side of the inner box bottom plate 212 close to the opening of the outer box 1 needs to be folded to form the inner box front side plate 214, so as not to make the inner box front side plate 214 collide with the push-pull member 25, two layers of inner box bottom plates 212 need to be disposed so as to connect the inner box front side plate 214 and the push-pull member 25 respectively, and the two layers of inner box bottom plates 212 are overlapped to further improve the structural strength of the inner box body 21.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, the two-layered inner-box bottom plate 212 is provided to include a first inner-box bottom plate 2121 and a second inner-box bottom plate 2122, wherein the first inner-box bottom plate 2121 is connected to the push-pull member 25, and the second inner-box bottom plate 2122 is connected to the first extension plate 221. A third connecting plate 233 is further provided between the inner box plates, and the third connecting plate 233 can connect the inner box left side plate 211, the inner box bottom plate 212, and the inner box right side plate 213 to form an inner box body 21 having an inner and outer two-layer structure. Meanwhile, the third connecting plate 233 is disposed inside the inner case 21 and the glue 4 is silk-printed on the third connecting plate 233 to fix the two-layer structure of the inner case 21. In this embodiment, the inner box body 21 includes a third connecting plate 233, an inner box left side plate 211, a first inner box bottom plate 2121, an inner box right side plate 213, a third connecting plate 233, and a second inner box bottom plate 2122, which are connected in sequence at their sides, and the intersecting line between the inner box plates is folded and folded, and the third connecting plate 233 is folded and fixed toward the inside of the inner box body 21 along the intersecting line between the third connecting plate 233 and the inner box left side plate 211 and the inner box right side plate 213, so that the first inner box bottom plate 2121 and the second inner box bottom plate 2122 are overlapped, and the inner box body 21 with a two-layer structure can be formed.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 6, the extension plate 22 further includes a second extension plate 222, and the second extension plate 222 is connected to the inner box bottom plate 212 and disposed on a side away from the outlet direction of the outer box 1. The second extension plate 222 includes an extension main plate 2221 and an extension side plate 2222, the extension main plate 2221 is formed by extending the rear end surface of the first inner box bottom plate 2121 upwards, the extension main plate 2221 forms an inner box 2 structure with an open top with the inner box body 21 via the rear end surface of the first inner box bottom plate 2121, and the upper end of the extension main plate 2221 can be bent towards the top of the inner box body 21 to form a first elastic protruding portion 241. Extension side plates 2222 are provided on both left and right sides of the extension main plate 2221, and the extension side plates 2222 can be bent toward the front side of the inner case 21 to form second elastic protrusions 242.

In order to fix the extension main board 2221 to the top of the inner box 21, the inner box 2 further includes a second connecting board 232, the inner box left side board 211 and the inner box right side board 213 of the inner box 21 both extend toward the top surface of the inner box 21 to form the second connecting board 232, and the second connecting board 232 is located at the bottom of the first elastic protruding portion 241 and upwardly supports the first elastic protruding portion 241. The second connecting plate 232 is coated with the attaching member 3 to attach the top surface of the second connecting plate 232 to the bottom surface of the first elastic protrusion 241 to fix the first elastic protrusion 241. Preferably, in order to improve the pressing strength of the first elastic protruding portion 241, the second inner case bottom plate 2122 is connected to an extension inner plate 2223, the extension inner plate 2223 is formed by extending the second inner case bottom plate 2122 upwards, the upper end of the extension inner plate 2223 can be bent towards the top of the inner case 21 and is disposed at the inner side of the extension main plate 2221, and the second connecting plate 232 is disposed between the extension inner plate 2223 and the extension main plate 2221 to enhance the structural strength of the first elastic protruding portion 241. In addition, in order to improve the tightness of the connection between the extension inner plate 2223 and the extension main plate 2221, the pasting component 3 is disposed at the rear end face position of the inner box, that is, the pasting component 3 may be coated on the back face of the extension main plate 2221 and/or the front face of the extension inner plate 2223, so that the extension inner plate 2223 and the extension main plate 2221 are tightly connected at the rear end face position of the inner box, so as to further improve the tightness of the paper box.

Therefore, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the inner case 2 is folded in such a way that:

firstly, a third connecting plate 233, an inner box left side plate 211, a first inner box bottom plate 2121, an inner box right side plate 213, a third connecting plate 233 and a second inner box bottom plate 2122 which are connected in sequence are folded, the third connecting plate 233 is folded towards the inside of the inner box body 21 along the intersecting line of the third connecting plate 233, the inner box left side plate 211 and the inner box right side plate 213, and the inner box body 21 is fixed by silk-screen printing glue 4 on the third connecting plate 233, so that the first inner box bottom plate 2121 and the second inner box bottom plate 2122 are superposed to form an inner box body 21 with two ends and an upper end being opened;

second, the first extension plate 221 is bent upward, forward, downward and backward in sequence and then fixed to the first inner box bottom plate 2121 to form an inner box front side plate 214 having a cavity, and the first connection plate 231 is inserted into the cavity to support the inner box front side plate 214 and form the inner box body 21 with an open upper end and a rear end with the inner box body 21;

thirdly, extending the extension main board 2221 upwards from the rear end face of the first inner box bottom board 2121 and bending the upper end of the extension main board 2221 towards the top of the inner box body 21, extending the extension inner board 2223 upwards from the second inner box bottom board 2122 and arranging the extension inner board 2223 at the inner side of the extension main board 2221, and coating the adhesive part 3 on the back face of the extension main board 2221 and/or the front face of the extension inner board 2223 to form the inner box body 21 with an open top end and the inner box body 21;

fourthly, the second connection board 232 is disposed between the extension inner board 2223 and the extension main board 2221, the extension main board 2221 is fixed to the top of the inner box 21 by coating the adhesive member 3 on the surface of the second connection board 232, so as to form a first elastic protrusion 241, and the extension side board 2222 is bent and fixed to the front side of the inner box 21, so as to form a second elastic protrusion 242.

And (3) putting the folded inner box 2 into the folded outer box 1 to form a complete paper box.
