The ground roller heavy-duty transport line according to claim 5, wherein the foot rest connecting member is provided with an adjusting block for adjusting the height of the foot rest, the adjusting block is provided with an adjusting hole, an adjusting screw passes through the adjusting hole to adjust the height of the foot rest, and the head of the adjusting screw is positioned in the accommodating space between the adjusting block and the supporting foot.

9. The ground roll heavy-duty transport line of claim 2, wherein said support bars are "U" shaped or "L" shaped in cross-section.

Technical Field

Background

In the existing conveying equipment, pressure bearing limitation is often carried out, and a large amount of heavy cargos cannot be conveyed. The conveyor belt of the common conveying equipment directly covers the ground roller, so that the conveying of heavier goods causes higher pressure to the roller or the wear-resistant strip. Heavy goods are conveyed for a long time, and the roller or the wear-resistant strips cannot bear the large load, so that the friction force between the roller and the conveyor belt slides downwards, the transmission speed of the goods is influenced, and the requirement of modern industrial production cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a ground roller heavy-load transportation line, which reduces the pressure between rollers or supporting strips and improves the carrying capacity and the durability of a transportation line through a bearing plate horizontally arranged on the lower surface of a conveyor belt.

the bracket is provided with a driving assembly, and the driving assembly drives a transmission shaft to drive the conveyor belt to move around the first roller and the second roller; a flat bearing plate is arranged between the conveyor belt and the support, the bearing plate is fixed between the first side plate and the second side plate and supports the conveyor belt.
