A special fertilizer for vegetables produced by castor oil meal and a preparation process thereof, wherein the special fertilizer comprises the following raw materials: 65-85 parts of castor oil meal, 3-15 parts of urea, 10-25 parts of calcium superphosphate, 3-10 parts of potassium chloride, 0.4-0.7 part of zinc sulfate, 0.5-1 part of ferrous sulfate and 0.3-0.8 part of manganese sulfate.

step 1: drying castor oil meal at 40-50 ℃, weighing 65-85 parts of the dried castor oil meal, grinding into 50-mesh organic powder, and adding into a mixer;

step 2: accurately weighing urea, calcium superphosphate, potassium chloride, zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate and manganese sulfate respectively, grinding and adding into a mixer;

and step 3: and (3) uniformly mixing the materials in the step (1) and the step (2) in a mixer to obtain a finished product, and conveying the finished product to a packaging machine for bagging and carrying out.

step 1: drying castor oil meal at 40-50 deg.C, weighing 65-85 parts of the dried castor oil meal, grinding into 50 mesh organic powder, and adding into a blender.

Step 2: accurately weighing urea, calcium superphosphate, potassium chloride, zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate and manganese sulfate, grinding and adding into a mixer.

And step 3: and (3) uniformly mixing the materials in the step (1) and the step (2) in a mixer to obtain a finished product, and conveying the finished product to a packaging machine for bagging and carrying out.
