The traditional medicated soap is mainly added with certain irritant chemical substances such as phenolic compounds, boric acid compounds and sulfur compounds, has obvious irritation to the skin, is particularly serious for children and women with delicate skin, and is easy to cause skin allergy after being frequently used.

Many Chinese herbs are used in various cosmetics according to their physical and chemical properties. Traditional Chinese medicines with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, such as scutellaria baicalensis, which are heat-clearing and dampness-drying medicines, have anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects and a wide antibacterial spectrum as shown by modern pharmacological studies, and therefore, are added into functional cosmetics. In addition, literature research shows that lipid and wax-containing substances such as aloe, coix seed, rhamnus and the like can cover the surface of skin or mucosa to play a role in protecting the surface of the skin or mucosa, and have the functions of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, resisting allergy and the like. The medicated soap disclosed by the invention can resist bacteria and diminish inflammation, has a certain curative effect on wound healing, is mild in performance and has the effects of protecting skin and beautifying. The propolis extract has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, is terpene and organic acid compounds in the propolis extract, and has the effects of resisting bacteria, relieving itching, diminishing inflammation, stopping bleeding, preventing freezing, preventing cracking, softening cutin, resisting ulcer, protecting ulcer surface and promoting necrotic tissue to fall off; the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects are very limited, and mainly play a role in beautifying.

1. flos Chrysanthemi Indici is dry head-shaped inflorescence of Chrysanthemum indicum L. In-vitro antibacterial tests show that the wild chrysanthemum has a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, has a strong inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus, diphtheria bacillus, typhoid bacillus, escherichia coli, proteus bacillus, dysentery bacillus, escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and shigella flexneri, and has a remarkable anti-inflammatory effect.

Flos Chrysanthemi Indici also has antiviral effect.
