s9: filtering the fluid extract with a filter screen, adding into a decocting pot, adding xylitol solution and maltitol solution, mixing and stirring at the stirring speed of 10-30 r/min, decocting for 1-2h at the decocting temperature of 120 ℃ and 180 ℃ to obtain soft extract;

s10: melting the component 2 with slow fire, filtering with a filter screen, adding into the soft extract, and decocting for 0.5-1h until flag hanging to obtain the final product;

s11: and cooling the decocted finished paste to 90-95 ℃, and pouring into a filling machine for filling.

The embodiment discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating kidney and spleen weakness and qi and blood deficiency, which comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 45 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 30 parts of ginseng, 30 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 30 parts of wheat, 25 parts of raspberry, 25 parts of mulberry, 25 parts of wolfberry, 30 parts of poria cocos, 30 parts of Chinese yam, 30 parts of lily, 25 parts of spina date seed, 25 parts of purple perilla, 15 parts of longan, 15 parts of fructus amomi, 15 parts of fingered citron, 15 parts of hawthorn, 45 parts of Chinese date, 15 parts of black sesame and 15 parts of ginger.

Example 3

The embodiment discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating kidney and spleen weakness and qi and blood deficiency, which comprises the following raw material medicines in parts by weight: 50 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 35 parts of ginseng, 35 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 35 parts of wheat, 30 parts of raspberry, 30 parts of mulberry, 30 parts of wolfberry, 35 parts of poria cocos, 35 parts of Chinese yam, 35 parts of lily, 30 parts of spina date seed, 30 parts of purple perilla, 20 parts of longan, 20 parts of fructus amomi, 20 parts of fingered citron, 20 parts of hawthorn, 50 parts of Chinese date, 20 parts of black sesame and 20 parts of ginger.

Example 4

To further verify the beneficial effects of the present invention, the pharmacodynamics study of the Chinese medicinal composition of example 1 in this example mainly includes the following tests:

first, clinical experiment

80 female cases with kidney-spleen weakness and deficiency of qi and blood are clinically selected for experiments, wherein the age of 60 cases is 20-60 years, and the course of disease is one month-37 years.

The 60 groups of cases were subjected to blood routine examination before administration to understand the Hemoglobin (HGB) concentration value of each case, and then the 60 groups of cases were randomly divided into 4 groups of 20 persons each.

Wherein the first, second and third groups all took the finished cream of example 1 of the present invention, wherein the first group of cases took 15g each time once a day; the second group of cases is taken 2 times a day, 15g each time, the third group of cases is taken 3 times a day, 15g each time, and the medicines are all taken with warm water. The fourth group of patients served as positive control group, and the pills were administered 1 tablet each time and 2 times a day. After the medicine is continuously taken for half a month, the hemoglobin concentration value after the medicine is taken is obtained through inquiry and blood routine examination, so that the difference value of the hemoglobin concentrations of two times is obtained, and the curative effect is judged. The determination results are shown in table 1 below:

as can be seen from Table 1, the disease condition is improved and the concentration value of Hemoglobin (HGB) is improved in the case of taking the Chinese medicinal composition; in addition, in the cases of the medium-dose group and the high-dose group, more than half of the number of people are obviously improved, and the invention can effectively treat the deficiency of spleen and kidney and the deficiency of qi and blood.

Second, pharmacodynamic experiment

50 female mice, at estrus and a weight of 120-130g, were prepared and randomly divided into 5 groups of 10 mice each. Wherein the first, second and third groups are the low, medium and high dose groups of example 1, respectively, and the drug of example 1 is administered; the fourth group is negative control group, purified water is given, and the fifth group is positive control group, and estradiol tablet is given.

The corresponding test substances are administered by intragastric administration to each group, wherein 2g, 4g and 6g crude drugs/kg are respectively administered to the first group, the second group and the third group, 4g purified water is administered to the fourth group, 0.5g estradiol tablet is administered to the 5 th group, intragastric administration is carried out twice in the morning and evening every day, half of mice are killed by each group after 1 week of continuous administration, and the rest half of mice are killed by 3 weeks after administration.

After sacrifice, ovaries were removed intact, removed of fascia and adipose tissue and weighed, and ovarian index was recorded, where ovarian index is the wet weight (mg) of ovaries/body weight (g) x 100%.

Wherein the change in the ovarian index of the mice is as described in table 2 below:

p < 0.01, P < 0.05 compared to negative control

As can be seen from Table 2, the ovarian index of the first, second and third groups of mice is obviously increased after 3 weeks of administration, so that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has a good curative effect on hypoovarianism.
