The pile foundation of the offshore structure is influenced by offshore wind load, current load and the like during the construction or use process. Compared with a low pile foundation, the high pile foundation has smaller horizontal bearing capacity and horizontal rigidity, and is easy to generate larger horizontal deflection under the action of horizontal load.

At present, the common method for solving the horizontal deflection of the high pile foundation is to increase the sectional area of a pile body, improve the horizontal rigidity of the pile body or increase the depth of the pile body inserted into a lower soil layer, thereby improving the horizontal load resistance of a pile foundation. The implementation of the above two methods will improve the horizontal load resistance of the high pile foundation, but also increase the cost of pile foundation construction.

Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1-4, the novel offshore pile wind and wave resisting device comprises a rubber disc body 1, an air cavity inflation matching device of the rubber disc body, and a circular thin-wall steel ferrule 2 screw.

The matching device of the rubber disc body 1 comprises an inflating nozzle 4, an octagonal screw 5, an air duct, a barometer, an air valve switch and an inflating air pump.

The inflating nozzle 4 of the inflating matching device of the rubber disc body and the inflating hole on the upper surface of the rubber disc body 1 are prefabricated into a whole, the air tightness is good, the other end of the inflating nozzle 4 is connected with the air guide tube, one end of the air guide tube is connected with the barometer, one end of the barometer is connected with the gas valve switch, and one end of the gas valve switch is connected with the gas pump.

The octagonal nut 5 is screwed on the gasket added on the exposed part of the inflating nozzle 4, the octagonal nut 5 can increase the contact area of the inflating nozzle to the rubber disc body 1, the rubber disc body 1 is protected, and the rubber disc body 1 is prevented from being damaged by contact.

According to the preset position of the rubber disc body 1, the rubber disc body 1 is installed on the prefabricated pile body in advance, a vacuum compressor is used for conducting air suction and compression on the rubber disc body 1, the rubber disc body 1 is in a solid-like shape after shrinkage is completed, and piling is conducted to the specified position according to the series of steps.
