Background

In the building engineering, the outer wall of a building is provided with a heat-insulating decorative structure, so that the building is environment-friendly, has an energy-saving function, and is popularized to the daily building outer decorative engineering. The core heat-insulating part of the heat-insulating decorative structure is formed by heat-insulating decorative plates, and the heat-insulating decorative plates are fixed on the keels as the heat-insulating decorative plates are in block shapes. The four corners of the heat-insulating decorative plate are relatively fragile, and the heat-insulating decorative plate is easy to damage in the process of turnover and installation so as to influence the effect of the outer wall.

Therefore, it is necessary to design an external wall decoration insulation structure and a construction method thereof to solve the existing technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least part of technical problems in the prior art to a certain extent, and provides an external wall decoration heat-insulation structure and a construction method.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides an external wall decoration heat-insulation structure, which comprises a heat-insulation plate, a first joint part, a second joint part and a connecting part; the first connection part and the second connection part are arranged in a cross mode, and the heat insulation plate is fixedly connected between the first connection part and the second connection part through the connection part; the first joint part and the second joint part are flexible plates and connect a plurality of heat insulation plates into a whole.

In some embodiments, a first groove is formed in a middle portion of the first joining portion in the length direction, a second groove is formed in a middle portion of the second joining portion in the length direction, and the second groove is clamped in the first groove, so that front sides and rear sides of the first joining portion and the second joining portion are a plane.

In some embodiments, the insulation board is provided with notches at four corners, and the insulation board is connected with the first joining part or the second joining part into a whole through the connecting part.

In some embodiments, the connecting portion is composed of an inverted U-shaped portion and end portions located at two sides of the U-shaped portion, the U-shaped portion is sleeved on the first or second joining portion, and the end portions are connected with the heat insulation board.

In the invention, the first connection part 20 and the second connection part 30 are fixed in a crisscross manner to form four areas, and each area is correspondingly provided with one insulation board 10. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a connection portion 40 according to the present invention, in which the connection portion 40 includes an inverted U-shaped portion 41 and end portions 42 located at two sides of the U-shaped portion 41, the U-shaped portion 41 is sleeved on the first connection portion 20 or the second connection portion 30, and the end portions 42 are connected to the insulation board 10, so that the insulation board 10 and the first connection portion 20 or the second connection portion 30 are connected to form an insulation structure of an exterior wall device through the connection portion 40. In one aspect of the present embodiment, the U-shaped portion 41 and the end portion 42 are provided with mounting holes, the mounting holes of the U-shaped portion 41 are connected to the first joining portion 20 and the second joining portion 30, and the mounting holes of the end portion 42 are connected to the notch 11 of the heat insulating board 10.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the notch 11 is configured to match with the end 42 of the connecting portion 40, so that the connection portion 40 fixes the insulation board 10 and the first or second joining portion 20 or 30 to form an integrally formed insulation structure. Specifically, the notch 11 may have a rectangular structure, a triangular structure, or other shapes, as long as the notch 11 of the insulation board 10 is matched with the end portion 42.

In some embodiments, the width of the first and second joints 20 and 30 is 5% -10% of the width of the insulation board 10. Preferably, the width of the first joining part 20 and the second joining part 30 is 6% of the width of the heat insulation board 10, the first joining part 20 and the second joining part 30 can achieve a good transition effect, the heat insulation board 10 can be effectively protected, and the integrity of the heat insulation structure is effectively guaranteed.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the first and second connecting portions 20 and 30 are composed of a main body portion and a flexible portion provided on a side surface of the main body portion in a longitudinal direction. In one aspect of this embodiment, the main body is an angle steel, a channel steel, or a square steel; the flexible part is made of a non-metal material with good elasticity. In some embodiments, the flexible portion is rubber, which is wrapped around the lengthwise sides of the first and second engagement portions 20 and 30. It is understood that the first and second coupling portions 20 and 30 may be integrally formed of a flexible portion, and a reinforcing rib may be penetratingly formed inside the flexible portion to ensure the overall strength of the first and second coupling portions 20 and 30.

and S3, fixing the integrated structure formed in the step S2 on a connecting piece of an outer wall.
