Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of perforation and oil testing of oil and gas wells, in particular to an RD valve perforation protector and a layered perforation and oil testing tubular column.
Background
In order to further know and evaluate an oil layer in the oil exploration process and provide reliable scientific basis for development of the oil layer, perforation oil testing work is often required to be carried out on the oil layer. The layered perforation oil testing technology can complete perforation oil testing on two oil reservoirs by one layered perforation oil testing pipe column, greatly reduces construction procedures, lightens labor intensity of workers, and effectively reduces safety risks in the traditional oil testing operation process.
In the practical application of the layered perforation oil testing technology, an oil pipe is connected with the upper end of a layered perforation oil testing pipe column, the oil pipe is used for putting the layered perforation oil testing pipe column comprising an RD valve, a first layer of perforating gun, a second layer of perforating gun, a packer and the like into a casing in a well, and then layered perforation oil testing is carried out. The packer divides the layered perforation oil testing pipe column into a first layer perforation oil testing pipe column and a second layer perforation oil testing pipe column, and the RD valve is positioned in the second layer perforation oil testing pipe column. The lower oil reservoir is referred to as the first layer and the upper oil reservoir is referred to as the second layer. When the first layer of perforation test oil is finished and the second layer of perforation test oil is required to be carried out independently, the RD valve needs to be closed, the RD valve is closed by means of annular pressure acting on the rupture disc (namely gas pressure of an annular space between the outer surface of the second layer of perforation test oil pipe column and the inner surface of the casing pipe), the rupture disc is ruptured after the annular pressure reaches the rupture pressure of the rupture disc, and then the RD valve is closed. When the first layer of perforation oil testing needs to be carried out separately and the second layer of perforation oil testing needs to be carried out, gas can be manually introduced into the sleeve, the annular pressure in the sleeve is increased, when the annular pressure is increased to the rupture pressure of the rupture disk, the rupture disk normally ruptures, and the RD valve normally closes. A second layer of perforation testing may be performed separately.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that the related art has at least the following problems:
sometimes two-layer tests are required to be carried out on two oil reservoirs, namely, oil in the two oil reservoirs is lifted to the ground through a layered perforation test oil pipe column and an oil pipe at the same time. At the moment, the oil in the first layer of oil reservoir can not rise to the ground through the layered perforation oil testing pipe column and the oil pipe, and two-layer testing of two oil reservoirs can not be carried out.
