3. A method of operating a wind turbine generator hydraulic coupler transmission as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterised by the following steps:

1) the system controls wind energy to start a fan impeller (1);

2) the fan impeller (1) is accelerated through a gear box to form an input shaft of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler (2);

3) the input shaft of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler (2) converts mechanical energy into kinetic energy of oil through a pump impeller;

4) the kinetic energy of the oil impacts a turbine of an output shaft of the small-sized fixed-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler (2);

5) the turbine of the output shaft of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler (2) transmits mechanical energy to a wind turbine generator (3);

6) the generator (3) of the wind turbine generator set is accelerated, connected to the grid and loaded to the rated value.

The invention relates to a wind turbine generator hydraulic coupler transmission device and a working method thereof, and belongs to the field of wind turbine generator logic design.

Background

Wind power generation is the most mature renewable energy power generation except hydroelectric power generation, and the installed capacity of the wind power generation accounts for the vast majority of the total installed capacity of the whole renewable energy power generation.

The wind turbine generator is huge in equipment, complex in structure and various in potential safety hazard, and accidents such as tooth breakage in a wind turbine generator gear box and the like occur for many times in recent years, so that a hydraulic coupler transmission device of the wind turbine generator is urgently needed to protect the wind turbine generator.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a hydraulic coupler transmission device of a wind turbine generator and a working method thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the problems is as follows: a wind turbine generator hydraulic coupler transmission device is characterized by comprising a fan impeller for starting a wind turbine generator, a small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler, a wind turbine generator, a coupler auxiliary device, a cable and an alternating current power supply; the fan impeller, the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler and the wind turbine generator are arranged on the same axis; the coupler auxiliary device is arranged in a wind turbine generator cabinet and used for detecting each temperature measurement value of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler and providing auxiliary services such as oil tank, cooling and purification for the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler, and the coupler auxiliary device is connected with an alternating current power supply through a cable.

Further, the cable is in a soft-wired and hard-wired redundant design, so that protection is more reliable.

Furthermore, the input shaft of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler can be accelerated to a rotating speed higher than the rated rotating speed of the generator of the wind turbine generator through a small number of gear configurations.

Furthermore, the invention designs the transmission kinetic energy of a hydraulic coupler, the hydraulic coupler is a hydraulic transmission device which utilizes the kinetic energy of liquid to transmit energy, liquid oil is used as a working medium, and mechanical energy and the kinetic energy of the liquid are mutually converted through a pump impeller and a turbine, so that a prime motor and the working machine are connected to realize the transmission of the power.

A fluid coupling is a flexible transmission device that has many unique features compared to conventional mechanical transmission devices: impact and vibration can be eliminated; the overload protection performance and the starting performance are good, the input shaft can still rotate when the load is overlarge and the rotation is stopped, and the damage to the power machine is avoided; as the load decreases, the output shaft speed increases until it approaches the input shaft speed, tending to zero the transmitted torque. The transmission efficiency of the hydraulic coupler is equal to the ratio of the rotating speed of the output shaft to the rotating speed of the input shaft, and higher efficiency can be obtained when the rotating speed ratio of the normal working condition of the general hydraulic coupler is more than 0.95.

Because the hydraulic coupler isolates vibration and relieves starting impact, gears in the gear box of the wind generating set have no dangerous source, and the fault of gear beating is avoided.

The device of the invention can monitor the parameters of the gearbox and the fluid coupling of the wind turbine, and when the parameters exceed the operation limit values, the device can provide the following functions:

1) and under a dangerous working state, providing tripping logic for the wind turbine generator.

2) And under a dangerous working state, providing a feathering logic for the wind turbine generator.

3) And when the starting condition of the wind turbine generator is determined, the wind turbine generator is manually reset in the centralized control room.

4) The cooling system is activated when the parameters of the gearbox and the fluid coupling are high.

The working method of the wind turbine generator hydraulic coupler transmission device is characterized by comprising the following steps of:

1) the system controls wind energy to start a fan impeller;

2) the fan impeller is accelerated through the gear box and the input shaft of the small-sized constant velocity ratio hydraulic coupler;

3) the input shaft of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler converts mechanical energy into kinetic energy of oil through a pump impeller;

4) the kinetic energy of the oil impacts a turbine of an output shaft of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler;

5) the turbine of the output shaft of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler transmits mechanical energy to the generator of the wind turbine generator set;

6) and the generator of the wind turbine generator is accelerated, connected to the grid and loaded to the rated value.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and effects:

1. the wind power generation system is complete in structure, compact in system, strong in practicability, suitable for being used in the wind power industry, and has operability, and practice proves that the method is a good method.

2. The method has scientificity, and can meet the requirement of protecting the wind turbine generator in case of danger.

3. Has wide applicability.

Referring to fig. 1, the wind turbine generator hydraulic coupler transmission device in the embodiment includes a fan impeller 1 for starting the wind turbine generator, a small-sized constant speed ratio hydraulic coupler 2, a wind turbine generator 3, a coupler auxiliary device 4, a cable 5 and an alternating current power supply 6; the fan impeller 1 is arranged in front of the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler 2, the wind turbine generator 3 is arranged behind the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler 2, and the fan impeller 1, the small-sized constant-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler 2 and the wind turbine generator 3 are arranged on the same axis; the coupler auxiliary device 4 is arranged in a wind turbine generator cabinet and used for detecting each temperature measurement value of the small-sized fixed-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler 2 and providing auxiliary service for the small-sized fixed-speed-ratio hydraulic coupler 2, and the coupler auxiliary device 4 is connected with an alternating current power supply 6 through a cable 5.
