Background

The wind power generation technology has made great progress nowadays, and the operability and maintainability of a variable pitch system as an important control and protection device of a wind turbine generator set are gradually valued by people. At present, domestic wind turbines are mainly of 2. XMW-3. XMW models, the rated power of the wind turbine and the length of a blade face continuous lifting, and accordingly the torque load capacity of a variable pitch system is synchronously lifted.

In the shutdown stage of the wind turbine generator, wind power needs to be overcome by means of the braking torque provided by the variable pitch motor, so that the blades of the fan are maintained at a specific angle, and the braking torque of the variable pitch motor is attenuated along with the increase of service time. Whether the braking torque of the variable pitch motor meets the requirement of a real working condition in the whole design life or not can directly influence the safety of the whole wind turbine generator. Therefore, it is very important to detect and confirm whether the braking torque of the variable pitch motor meets the design requirement after the fan is in service.

At present, the braking torque detection of the variable pitch motor mostly uses manual and mechanical detection means, or the detection is only carried out when the motor is subjected to factory test. However, after the actual fan is in service, the variable pitch motor and the hub reducer are assembled into a whole, and the brake torque is very difficult to detect due to the influence of the gravity of the blades and the wind power. Therefore, a device and a method are needed to be designed, so that whether the braking torque of the variable pitch motor meets the design requirement can be periodically detected under the condition that the wind turbine generator is stopped or in a low wind, and the safety of the whole wind turbine generator is ensured.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the application provides the device and the method for detecting the braking torque of the variable-pitch motor of the wind turbine generator, and the braking torque of the variable-pitch motor of the wind turbine generator in a service stage is detected on line regularly.

In order to achieve the above object, the first invention of the present application adopts the following technical solutions:

a wind turbine generator system variable pitch motor braking torque on-line detection device comprises a variable pitch motor, a three-way acceleration sensor and a variable pitch driver;

the variable pitch motor is connected with a variable pitch driver;

the variable pitch motor comprises a motor body, a motor brake and a rotary transformer, wherein the rotary transformer is used for feeding back the rotating speed of the variable pitch motor and calculating to obtain the angle of the blade;

the three-way acceleration sensor is integrated in the variable pitch driver and used for feeding back acceleration signals in the XYZ three directions to the variable pitch driver in real time;

the variable pitch driver is internally provided with a variable pitch system control program and has a position operation mode and a brake inspection mode;

when a variable pitch motor braking torque test enabling signal sent by the master control of the fan is received, the variable pitch driver is switched to a brake test mode, and a variable pitch motor braking torque test logic is executed; otherwise, the variable pitch driver is in a position operation mode, and the brake torque test logic of the variable pitch motor is not executed;

when the variable pitch driver is in a position operation mode, the variable pitch driver operates according to the gear ratio required by the whole machine; when switching to the brake checking mode, operation is performed in a checking set gear ratio.

in the whole process of testing the braking torque of the variable pitch motor, if the feedback rotating speed of the motor is greater than the set upper limit of the rotating speed or the angular deviation before and after the motor test is greater than the upper limit of the angular deviation, judging that the braking torque of the variable pitch motor is unqualified, and exiting the brake test mode; otherwise, the braking torque of the variable pitch motor is judged to be qualified, and the design requirement is met.

Preferably, the braking torque verification enabling signal of the pitch motor in the step 1 is a boolean value.

Preferably, the positive moment in the step 5 is in the opening direction, and is in the direction of 90-0 degrees;

the reverse moment is in the feathering direction and is in the direction from 0 degree to 90 degrees.

step b: judging whether the angle deviation of the corresponding blade before and after the application of the positive torque is smaller than the upper limit of the angle deviation, if so, executing the step c, otherwise, stopping torque output of the variable pitch driver and giving an alarm to a variable pitch system;

step c: b, applying a reverse torque by the variable pitch driver, judging whether the speed of the corresponding variable pitch motor is smaller than a set upper limit of the rotating speed in the process of applying the reverse torque, if so, executing the step d, otherwise, stopping torque output by the variable pitch driver and giving an alarm by a variable pitch system;

step d: and judging whether the angle deviation of the corresponding blade before and after the application of the reverse torque is smaller than the upper limit of the angle deviation, if so, testing is qualified, and a testing qualified signal is fed back to the main control of the fan, otherwise, the variable pitch driver stops torque output and the variable pitch system gives an alarm.

Preferably, the test pass signal is a boolean value.

Preferably, after the pitch control driver enters the brake inspection mode in step 5, the detection device does not receive the fan master control angle or speed instruction any more until the test is completed or the pitch control side of the fan cancels the brake torque inspection enabling signal of the pitch control motor.

The present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereby.

The device and the method for detecting the braking torque of the variable-pitch motor of the wind turbine generator are mainly applied to the detection of the braking torque of the variable-pitch motor during service, and as shown in figure 1, the device comprises the variable-pitch motor, a three-way acceleration sensor and a variable-pitch driver;
