3. The pitch adjustment assembly of claim 2 further comprising a connection unit disposed between the two rotating ends of the two pitch adjusters in rotational connection with the second stationary portion, the connection unit being fixedly connected to the second stationary portion.

4. A pitch adjustment device according to claim 3, wherein the two rotational end portions of the two pitch adjustment members, which are in rotational connection with the second fixing portion, are located on both sides of the connection unit, respectively.

A pitch adjustment device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a distance adjustment assembly comprising a moving member connected to the first fixed part, the moving member further being rotatably connected to the connecting structure, the first fixed part being moved towards or away from the moving member upon actuation of the distance adjustment assembly.

7. A pitch adjustment device according to claim 6, wherein the drive unit comprises a drive gear and a drive gear which are intermeshed, the drive gear being fixedly connected to the first end of the screw;

the distance adjusting assembly further comprises an adjusting handle, and the adjusting handle is fixedly connected with the driving gear.

The pitch adjustment mechanism of claim 7 wherein said plurality of drive gears and said plurality of threaded rods are provided, said plurality of drive gears being in one-to-one correspondence with said plurality of threaded rods, said plurality of drive gears being engaged with said plurality of drive gears, respectively.

9. The pitch adjustment mechanism of claim 5 wherein said first stationary portion is concave, and said first stationary portion has two side walls with sliding slots;

the moving piece is provided with a sliding block which is formed by protruding outwards along the first length direction, and the sliding block extends into the sliding groove;

the connecting structure is rotatably connected with the sliding block.

10. A display apparatus comprising a display unit, wherein the display apparatus further comprises a pitch adjustment device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the pitch adjustment device comprising a first fixing portion, the display unit being fixedly mounted to the first fixing portion.

Technical Field

Background

The screen size and weight of the current flat panel display are gradually increased, and along with the increasingly expanded application range and scenes of the flat panel display screen, the requirement for the flexibility of the flat panel display is continuously increased, and the pitching angle adjusting function which is not taken into consideration in the past is gradually important.

Most current flat panel displays are not adjustable in pitch angle or can only support pitch adjustment over a small angular range (typically within 15 deg.). Meanwhile, the locking force requirement of the fixed flat panel display device at the pitching angle is high, and when the locking force is insufficient, the flat panel display easily slides down and turns over, so that the problems of labor waste, safety and the like in the adjusting process of the flat panel display are caused.

The pitch adjustment of the existing small and medium-sized display is generally realized by utilizing two joint supports, wherein one joint support is fixed on the support, the other joint support is fixed on the display, a common rotating shaft (similar to a door hinge) is arranged between the two joint supports, and two ends of the rotating shaft are locked, so that a certain damping force is generated when the flat panel display pitches. When the weight of the flat panel display is not large, the method is simple and reliable, and the adjustment of the pitching angle of the flat panel display can be effectively realized. However, when the weight of the display is large, it becomes laborious to perform the tilt adjustment of the flat panel display using the above-described structure. To solve the problem of adjustment effort, technicians have begun to add torsion springs between the two knuckle supports to adjust the torsion force to provide a counter-torsion force to counteract the force of the display sagging. However, when the weight of the flat panel display is further increased, the above-mentioned joint bracket with the additional torsion spring cannot solve the problem of the adjustment difficulty. In addition to the above-mentioned structure for adjusting the flat panel display, the existing manufacturers also use gas spring assistance or electric assistance to solve the problem of laborious adjustment. However, even if the problem of laborious adjustment is solved, the pitching adjustment angle of the flat panel display cannot be increased, and the effect of simply, conveniently and reliably adjusting the flat panel display cannot be realized.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a typical flat tv stand in the prior art is used to fixedly mount a flat tv on a wall. The support comprises a first fixing frame 1 'and a second fixing frame 2', wherein the first fixing frame 1 'is used for being fixed with a wall, and the second fixing frame 2' is used for being fixed with the flat-panel television. 3. can not be stopped at any position according to the needs of users, and is inconvenient to use.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a pitching adjusting device and display equipment, and aims to solve the problems that the pitching adjusting device in the prior art is small in pitching adjusting angle range and time-consuming and labor-consuming in adjustment.

Compared with the pitching adjusting device in the prior art, the pitching adjusting device in the invention has the advantages that the adjustable pitching range is larger, the adjusting process is more time-saving and labor-saving, the adjusting process can be easily completed by one person, in addition, the pitching adjusting device in the invention is used for adjusting the pitching angle of the display unit, the effect of random stop can be realized at any position in the adjusting range without manual locking operation, the use satisfaction of users can be greatly improved, and the core competitiveness of products is effectively enhanced.

Because the pitching adjusting device in the background art has the defects that the pitching adjusting angle is small, the locking is difficult to occur easily due to a slightly larger angle, the potential safety hazard exists, the adjusting process is time-consuming and labor-consuming, the device cannot be stopped at a position required by a client at will, and the like, the applicant carries out deep research in order to solve the problems. In the research process, the applicant finds that the mirror capable of being turned up and down around the rotating shaft can be used in daily life, pitching adjustment of any angle can be carried out under the action of external force, and the mirror can be stopped at any position in a state that locking is not needed after the external force disappears. The applicant researches and discovers that the rotating shaft of the mirror penetrates through the center of the mirror, and only the inertia of the mirror and a little rotation damping need to be overcome in the up-down overturning process, so that the method is the most labor-saving method for up-down pitching adjustment. Because the upper part, the lower part, the front part and the rear part of the mirror are balanced, the mirror can easily rotate even if the mirror is large and heavy, and can stop at any position.

The applicant then conceived to apply the above-described method applied to the mirror-flipping adjustment process to the pitch adjustment process of a display unit such as a flat panel display. In continuing research and experimentation, the applicant found that the above method is feasible when the size of the display unit is small, but is not applicable when the size of the display unit is large, for example, several tens of inches large, and thus the support frame for supporting the display unit is actually too large, too heavy, and too obtrusive. More importantly, the standard fixed interface of the display unit such as a flat panel display is arranged in the middle of the back of the display unit, if rotating shafts are added on two sides of the display unit, adjusting devices matched with the display unit in structure need to be customized for different displays, which is obviously unrealistic, and meanwhile, the customization of a special adjusting device is not convenient enough, is not beneficial to popularization and use, and is not beautiful.

Although it is not desirable to add a frame to the display unit that mimics the way the mirror is turned, the results of the above studies are desirable, i.e., the pitch adjustment is easiest when the axis of rotation passes through the center of gravity of the object. Further research by the applicant has found that the centre of gravity of a display unit such as a flat panel display is generally located within the display unit, making it impossible to use a rotating shaft through the centre of gravity to provide a rotational support position. Further, all the supporting members for supporting and the adjusting members for position adjustment in the display unit are provided on the back case of the display unit or at a position outside the back case, which makes it impossible to mount a solid shaft as a rotation shaft passing through the center of gravity. However, the applicant has found that if the display unit such as a flat panel display can be rotated up and down around a virtual rotation axis passing through the center of gravity of the display unit, the pitch adjustment angle can be increased, and the display unit can be stopped freely within the range of the pitch angle.

The schematic diagram of the pitch adjustment mechanism of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3. A virtual axis X is set, which is displayed as a point in fig. 3 for reasons of viewing direction, and the point of the center of gravity B coincides with the virtual axis X in fig. 3. When the display unit 100 is mounted on the pitch adjusting apparatus, the display unit 100 is turned up and down about the axis X as shown in fig. 3. Here, the length of the BD is a set distance from the center of gravity of the display unit to the mounting backplate of the display unit, and it should be noted that, in order to explain the principle of the pitch adjustment device in the present invention, it is assumed that the length of the BD is constant, but in the actual application process, the size of the BD is changed with the thickness of the display unit, and needs to be adjusted according to actual needs. When the adjustment is carried out, the adjustment is realized by installing different sizes of parts at the position B 'D' and the position B 'D' on the pitch adjusting device. In the prior art, the display unit such as a flat panel display is thinnest and can be less than 20mm, and the thickest can exceed 200mm, and the BD is set by selecting a common intermediate value, for example, 50mm, in this case, basically, the virtual axis of the pitch adjusting device can pass through the center of gravity of the display unit (there may be some errors, but the adjustment of the pitch angle is not greatly affected), so that the pitch adjusting range is large, and the adjustment is easy.

Further, in order to prevent the rotation from being too flexible, some damping force may be added appropriately when designing the pitch adjustment device, and the damping force may well offset some error between a smaller virtual axis and the center of gravity of the display unit 100. However, if the vertical distance between the virtual axis X and the center of gravity is large, the pitch adjusting device is difficult to automatically lock, and at this time, the error between the two cannot be cancelled, the BD value needs to be adjusted again, and the parts located at the positions a ' B ' C ' and a "B" C "are replaced, so that the adjustment is difficult and the disassembly and assembly are laborious.

Further, in order to solve the above problem, the applicant has studied and found that the problem can be solved by adding an adjustment structure (not shown in the drawings) for adjusting the lateral displacement between the AC position and the display unit 100. The display unit 100 is fixed on an adjustment structure, the adjustment structure is connected to the AC, and when the center of gravity of the display unit 100 is closer to the back plate of the display unit 100, the adjustment structure moves toward the virtual axis direction; when the center of gravity of the display unit 100 is far from the back plate of the display unit 100, the adjusting structure moves away from the virtual axis. Of course, the adjustment structure is located between BDs regardless of the adjustment.

As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the present invention provides a pitch adjustment apparatus to which the above-described principle is applied. The pitching adjusting device comprises a first fixing part 1 and a second fixing part 2, wherein the first fixing part 1 is used for fixedly mounting a device to be adjusted (not shown in the figure), the device to be adjusted is a display unit such as a flat panel display, and the second fixing part 2 is used for being fixed on a fixing structure, and the fixing structure can be a wall or other structures which are arranged on the wall, can move relative to the wall, but have certain bearing performance and certain rigidity, such as a fixing mounting rack and the like. The structure of the first fixing portion 1 and the second fixing portion 2 is not specifically limited, and is usually preferred to facilitate installation, manufacture and processing, and considering that the flat panel display unit is mostly of an approximate flat panel structure, the wall is of a planar structure, and problems such as installation reliability and stability, the first fixing portion 1 and the second fixing portion 2 should have an installation plane, so as to facilitate installation and fixation. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first fixing portion 1 and the second fixing portion 2 are both concave, the openings of the first fixing portion 1 and the second fixing portion 2 are opposite, and a certain distance is left between the first fixing portion 1 and the second fixing portion 2 for accommodating a pitch adjusting assembly 3 (described in detail later). Specifically, the first fixing portion 1 includes two first fixing side plates 11 and a first fixing panel 12 located between the two first fixing side plates 11, and the first fixing panel 12 is parallel to the display surface of the display unit. The second fixing portion 2 includes two second fixing side plates 21 and a fixing second fixing panel 22 located between the two second fixing side plates 21, and the second fixing panel 22 is parallel to a fixing structure (e.g., a wall).
