Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigeration, and particularly relates to a defrosting water-cooling system.

Background

Many companies require refrigeration storage for refrigerating raw materials and products. The cold storage is generally refrigerated by an air cooling machine, the surface temperature of an evaporator of the air cooling machine is low, water vapor in the cold storage can frost on the surface of the evaporator and block air circulation of fins, heat conduction of a pipeline is obstructed, and the refrigeration effect is influenced.

The air cooling machine mostly adopts a water defrosting method to defrost, namely water with the temperature of 10-25 ℃ is sprayed on a frosted fin coil of the evaporator, frost on the fin coil of the evaporator is melted into liquid water by the water and drops to a water collecting tray at the bottom of the air cooler, and finally the liquid water is discharged into a frost flushing water tank outside the refrigeration house through a pipeline to be collected and recycled, so that the aim of water saving and defrosting is fulfilled.

However, because the defrosting water is recycled, the temperature of the defrosting water is continuously reduced, the defrosting efficiency is also reduced, the defrosting time is gradually prolonged, the humidity of the refrigeration house is continuously increased, the energy consumption is also increased, and even the defrosting water is frozen. In order to solve the problem of reduction of the defrosting water temperature, electric heaters are installed in the defrosting water tank of many refrigerators so as to stabilize the defrosting water temperature at 10-25 ℃, but the power consumption of the refrigerators is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a defrosting water cooling system which can fully utilize the cooling capacity of defrosting water and reduce the operation cost of a refrigeration house.

The defrosting water cooling system comprises an air cooling device formed by sequentially connecting a cooling tower, a condenser, a compressor, an evaporator and a defrosting water tank, and is characterized in that the defrosting water tank is provided with an external water inlet pipe and an external water outlet pipe, the external water outlet pipe is connected with a cold water inlet pipe of a heat exchanger, and the external water inlet pipe is connected with a cold water outlet pipe of the heat exchanger; the outlet of the heat exchange medium of the heat exchanger is connected with a cold energy utilization pipeline.

The defrosting water returns to the defrosting water tank through the evaporator under the action of the centrifugal pump, and defrosting is carried out on the fin coil of the evaporator; the defrosting water of the defrosting water tank flows into the heat exchanger through the external water outlet pipe, exchanges heat with the heat exchange medium of the heat exchanger to heat up, flows back into the defrosting water tank through the external water inlet pipe, and continues to be used for defrosting for recycling. After the temperature of the heat exchange medium of the heat exchanger is reduced, the heat exchange medium flows to other places needing the cold quantity through the cold quantity utilization pipeline to utilize the cold quantity, such as a ball field space and an office. In the process, the cold quantity obtained by defrosting water is transmitted to the heat exchange medium, the defrosting water is heated up, the cooled heat exchange medium can cool other occasions, and therefore the operation cost of the refrigeration house is greatly reduced.

The heat exchanger has the following two forms:

1. the heat exchanger is an air heat exchanger, the heat exchanger is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a fan is arranged at the air inlet, and the air outlet is connected with a cold energy utilization pipeline.

2. The heat exchanger is a liquid heat exchanger and is provided with a heat exchange medium inlet and a heat exchange medium outlet, the heat exchange medium inlet is provided with a water pump, and the heat exchange medium outlet is connected with a cold energy utilization pipeline.

Furthermore, the external water inlet pipe or the external water outlet pipe is provided with an adjusting valve, so that the defrosting water quantity flowing through the heat exchanger can be adjusted according to the requirement, and the temperature of the defrosting water in the defrosting water tank and the temperature of a heat exchange medium in the heat exchanger can be properly adjusted.

Furthermore, a stirring device is arranged in the defrosting water tank, so that the water temperature of the defrosting water in the defrosting water tank is uniformly distributed.

The defrosting water cooling system disclosed by the invention abandons the traditional mode of heating the defrosting water in the defrosting water tank by using an electric heater, and realizes heat exchange between the defrosting water and a heat exchange medium by using the heat exchanger, so that the temperature of the defrosting water can be increased, the refrigeration requirement of a refrigeration house can be met, the cold quantity in the defrosting water can be fully utilized, and the operation cost of the refrigeration house can be reduced.
