The Hall position signal device is a magnetic-sensing sensor, uses Hall effect principle as its working base, can detect change of magnetic field, and can be used in various fields related to magnetic field.

The Hall position signal device has the advantages of small magnetic hysteresis, high measurement precision, high power surge voltage resistance, wide working temperature range, isolated measurement, convenient installation, vibration resistance and the like. The Hall position annunciator can convert non-electric position physical quantity into electric quantity for detection and control, and can be applied to aviation equipment in China.

Some large airplane valves with long moving distance can reach 14.5mm, and it is very difficult to realize high-precision measurement and judgment on the closing state of the valves. The conventional common position sensor mostly has the measuring distance of about 8-10 mm, the hysteresis is more than 3mm, the design for preventing high power supply surge voltage is not considered, and the measuring requirements of a large valve for long-distance measurement, the hysteresis of less than 1mm and the capability of resisting high aircraft power supply surge voltage can not be met. The technology of the invention can solve the problem and provide an innovative technical scheme.

The invention aims to provide a annunciator which has long detection distance, can carry out isolated measurement, can resist high power supply surge voltage and can be applied to high-precision measurement positions of airplanes.

As shown in fig. 1, when the magnetic steel moves along the axis of the hall position annunciator, the output voltage changes along with the increase or decrease of the magnetic field intensity sensed by the hall integrated circuit, and the position of the valve with the magnetic steel can be judged through the output voltage value. When the distance of the valve with the magnetic steel from the Hall position annunciator (mainly the distance between the magnetic steel and the Hall position annunciator) is about 14.5mm, the magnetic field sensed by the Hall integrated circuit is weakened, the output voltage is changed from low level to high level, the distance is the distance of the reversal point, and the valve is in a closed state. When a valve (with opening tendency and position actually separated from a door) provided with magnetic steel is close to a Hall position annunciator from a distance of about 13.6mm, the distance is the working point distance (the position of a trigger point), the Hall integrated circuit senses a magnetic field and then outputs voltage from high level to low level, the valve continuously moves to the process of 0mm from the position of 13.6mm, and the output voltage is low level; the low level voltage indicates that the valve is in an open state (the opened valve and the magnetic steel), and in order to improve the precision of measuring the valve in a closed state, a Hall integrated circuit with a small return difference is designed, so that the difference (hysteresis) between the distance of the reversal point and the distance of the working point (the position of the trigger point) is smaller than 1 mm.

In order to better understand the technical content of the present invention, specific embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram of a Hall position annunciator in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The Hall position annunciator comprises a micro return difference Hall integrated circuit and an auxiliary circuit connected with the micro return difference Hall integrated circuit. As shown in fig. 1, the auxiliary circuit includes a power supply circuit, a power supply protection circuit, an output circuit, and a signal output protection circuit. The Hall position annunciator is subjected to a large number of environmental and mechanical tests, and test items comprise high and low temperature tests, high temperature work, low temperature work, temperature impact, steady-state damp and hot, vibration, impact and high temperature service life. All indexes after the test meet the requirements. Tables 1 and 2 are normal temperature test data tables of the hall position annunciators, and the hall position annunciators in table 1 test data for a long distance of 14.5 mm. The small hysteresis test data of the hall position annunciator of fig. 1 of less than 1mm are shown in table 2. The data shows that the Hall position annunciator has small magnetic hysteresis (less than 1mm), the measuring distance of 14.5mm and high measuring precision. The working temperature range is wide (minus 55 ℃ to +125 ℃), and the use requirement can be met.
