1. A wearable mobile terminal accessory apparatus, comprising:

the wearable base is worn by a user and used for mounting the mobile terminal;

the scanning component interface is arranged on the wearable base body and is used for connecting a scanning component (5) for scanning cargo information; and

and the control contact (6) is arranged on the wearable base body and used for receiving external control to trigger the preset function of the mobile terminal or the scanning component (5).

2. Wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the wearing base comprises a glove part (1) and a wrist-arm part (2), the scanning component (5) and the handling contacts (6) being provided on the glove part (1), the mobile terminal being provided on the wrist-arm part (2).

3. Wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment according to claim 2, characterized by a back clip (3), said back clip (3) being provided on said wrist arm part (2) for carrying and securing said mobile terminal.

4. Wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment according to claim 3, characterized in that a battery is provided in the back clip (3) for powering at least one of the mobile terminal, the scanning component (5) and the handling contacts (6).

Wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment according to claim 1, further comprising a cradle head (4) disposed on the wearable base, wherein the scanning component interface is disposed on the cradle head (4), and a control unit is disposed in the cradle head (4) for receiving cargo information scanned by the scanning component (5) and a trigger signal of the control contact (6).

The wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment of claim 5, further comprising a back clip (3) disposed on the wearable base body, wherein the back clip (3) is provided with a contact spring (34) and a charging data interface (31), the contact spring (34) is used for realizing communication between the back clip (3) and the cradle head (4), and the charging data interface (31) is used for communication between the back clip (3) and the mobile terminal.

Wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the scanning component interface is connectable to at least one of the scanning components (5) as follows: a bar code scanning component, a two-dimensional code scanning component, an RFID scanning component, an infrared scanning component, and an ultrasonic scanning component.

8. Wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment according to claim 1, characterized in that the handling contact (6) comprises a first contact and a second contact,

the first contact is used for starting the scanning component (5), and the second contact is used for realizing the preset warehousing function requirement through software logic configuration of the mobile terminal.

9. A mobile terminal, comprising:

wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment according to any of claims 1 to 8;

the scanning component (5) is connected with the scanning component interface and is used for scanning cargo information; and

and the mobile terminal is arranged on the wearable base body and used for receiving the goods information acquired by the scanning component (5) and realizing sharing with a warehousing management system.

The mobile terminal according to claim 9, characterized in that the wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment comprises a cradle head (4), the scanning component (5) is fixed on the cradle head (4) through a mounting port and communicates with the cradle head (4) through a scanning component interface;

and a control unit is arranged in the holder (4) and used for receiving the cargo information scanned by the scanning component (5) and the trigger signal of the control contact (6).

The mobile terminal according to claim 10, wherein the wearable mobile terminal accessory equipment comprises a back clip (3), the mobile terminal is mounted on the back clip (3), and the back clip (3) realizes communication between the back clip (3) and the cradle head (4) through a contact elastic sheet (34) and communicates with the mobile terminal through a charging data interface (31).

and the mobile terminal acquires the goods information acquired by the scanning component (5) and shares the goods information with the warehousing management system.

14. The mobile terminal operating method according to claim 13, wherein the step of scanning the cargo information by the scanning component (5) specifically comprises:

a first contact on the wearing substrate receiving an external manipulation to turn on the scanning component (5);

the scanning component (5) scans the current goods;

a second contact on the wearing base receives an external manipulation to switch the scanning component (5) to a state ready for scanning the next piece of goods.

15. The mobile terminal operating method according to claim 13, wherein the warehousing operation type is a picking operation,

before the scanning component (5) scans the goods information, the method further comprises the following steps:

the scanning component (5) scans the bar code reflecting the goods storage area; or

After completing the goods picking task of an order, the method further comprises the following steps:

the mobile terminal or a control contact (6) receives an instruction of an external control to trigger the completion of the current picking task.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of logistics storage, in particular to wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment, a mobile terminal and a working method of the wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment.

Background

The industrial handheld terminal is mostly used for warehousing operation at present, and when the industrial handheld terminal is used for warehousing operation, the industrial handheld terminal is provided with a handle for facilitating carrying of warehousing personnel due to frequent use. And the handheld terminal is provided with a touch screen control and a reading head for scanning codes.

When the storage operation is carried out, the handheld terminal needs to be carried about due to frequent use, but the handle-free net weight of the equipment is generally about 500-1000g, the weight is heavier, the load burden of storage personnel is increased, and the taking and lifting are laborious. Moreover, the current industrial handheld terminal equipment has high cost, high cost and poor expandability.

In addition, when the hand-held terminal is operated by man-machine, both hands are needed to complete the operation, the storage personnel relate to the interaction between actual operation and the system, the both hands are not only required to operate the system but also required to carry out the goods carrying of the real object, the operation process is complicated, and the working efficiency is not high.

the scanning component interface is arranged on the wearable base body and used for connecting a scanning component for scanning cargo information; and

Based on the technical scheme, the wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for integrally mounting the mobile terminal, the scanning component and the control contact on the wearable base body, so that when a user carries out warehousing operation, the scanning and key operation of goods can be realized only by wearing the wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment on the body, and the operation process is simplified by interaction between the mobile terminal and the warehousing management system; and need not handheld mobile terminal, convenient to use is laborsaving, reduces user's load burden, can liberate both hands and remove the goods operation, is applicable to frequently to use in the storage operation process, still easily realizes one-hand operation, can improve storage operating efficiency.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4B, a first aspect of the present invention provides a wearable mobile terminal accessory, which in an exemplary embodiment includes: wearing the base, scanning interface components and operating contacts 6. For example, wearable mobile terminal assistive devices may be warehousing operations assistive devices, where the wearable base is worn by the user and used to install the mobile terminal, and the user may be a warehousing personnel or other operator in the logistics chain who needs to scan the cargo information. The scanning component interface is arranged on the wearing base body and is used for connecting a scanning component 5 for scanning cargo information, such as a label on the scanned cargo; the control contact 6 is arranged on the wearing base body, can select a button, a key, a toggle switch or a touch key and the like, is used for receiving external control to trigger the preset function of the mobile terminal or the scanning component 5, and is used for triggering a single operation instruction. The user can start scanning by the scanning component 5, execute scanning of the next goods, and perform quick operation on the interface and functions of the mobile terminal by triggering the control contact 6.

The wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment can be used for integrally mounting the mobile terminal, the scanning component and the control contact on the wearable base body, and has at least one of the following advantages:

(1) the user only needs to dress wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment and on the health when carrying out the storage operation, need not handheld mobile terminal, and convenient to use is laborsaving, reduces user's load burden and physical power loss, can liberate both hands and carry the goods operation, is applicable to frequently to use in the storage operation process, still easily realizes one-hand operation.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the wearing base includes a glove part 1 and a wrist arm part 2 connected to the glove part 1, and the scanning unit 5 and the manipulation contact 6 are provided on the glove part 1 so as to more flexibly perform respective operation actions; the mobile terminal is provided on the wrist section 2 so that the weight of the mobile terminal is carried by the arm.

In some embodiments, the wearable mobile terminal accessory of the present invention further comprises a back clip 3, the back clip 3 being provided on the wrist arm portion 2 for carrying and securing the mobile terminal. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 4A and 4B, a first mounting port 41 and a first electrical connection port 42 are provided on the pan/tilt head 4, wherein the first mounting port 41 is connected to a second mounting port 51 at the bottom of the scanning unit 5, and the first electrical connection port 42 is connected to a second electrical connection port 52 at the bottom of the scanning unit 5. In order to improve the mounting stability and prevent the scanner unit 3 from shaking, the first mounting holes 41 are formed on both sides of the first electrical connection port 42, and the first electrical connection port 42 can communicate with the second electrical connection port 52 after the two second mounting holes 51 at the bottom of the scanner unit 5 are fixed to the first mounting holes 41.

One of these scan components 5 may be selectively attached or a plurality of scan components 5 may be simultaneously mounted as desired. For example, the mobile terminal may be a warehousing mobile terminal device.

The mobile terminal does not have a return signal under the normal working condition, but in order to avoid the problem caused by the failure of the keys in the control area, the mobile terminal is supported to trigger a scanning instruction to the cloud deck 4, and the cloud deck 4 drives the scanning component 5 to read information.

In some embodiments, the wearable mobile terminal accessory includes a cradle head 4, and the scanning component 5 is fixed to the cradle head 4 through a mounting port and communicates with the cradle head 4 through a scanning component interface. The cradle head 4 is provided with a control unit for receiving the cargo information scanned by the scanning component 5 and the trigger signal of the control contact 6, and transmitting the cargo information and the trigger signal to the mobile terminal.

In some embodiments, the wearable mobile terminal accessory includes a back clip 3, the mobile terminal is installed on the back clip 3, the back clip 3 realizes communication between the back clip 3 and the cradle head 4 through the contact elastic sheet 34, and communicates with the mobile terminal through the charging data interface 31.

In some embodiments, a mobile terminal comprises: industrial mobile terminals, smart phones or tablet computers. Because most of the existing handheld terminals are industrial handheld devices, the device has the defects of narrow selectable range, high cost, poor control and the like, and in view of the opening of the existing civil android market and the reduction of the manufacturing cost of electronic devices, the invention is connected to the smart phone or the tablet device, so that the invention has the advantages of light weight, low cost, good application effect and smooth actual operation, and the actual operation refers to the process of operation in the warehouse mobile terminal equipment library.

The mobile terminal receives the goods information scanned by the scanning component 5, and also has an operating system of the mobile terminal, can run a mobile terminal program, is similar to a mobile phone, and some terminals also have functions of photographing, telephone communication and the like. The mobile terminal runs the App program, the App program is connected with the background server through the WIFI, the App program can access the scanning component 5, and the scanning component 5 is used for realizing rapid positioning and inputting, so that the complexity of practical operation is reduced, and the warehousing operation efficiency is improved. App has more functions in the application interface of the warehouse, and can be clicked more conveniently by setting the rapid control contact 6.

In some embodiments, the scanning component 5 comprises: a bar code scanning component, a two-dimensional code scanning component, an RFID scanning component, an infrared scanning component and an ultrasonic scanning component.

Fig. 5 shows a module composition diagram of an embodiment of the mobile terminal of the present invention, which includes a processing unit, a power supply unit, a key unit, the mobile terminal, and a scanning unit 5. The power supply unit provides power transmission for the mobile terminal, the processing unit and the scanning component 5, and comprises a rechargeable battery pack arranged in the back clamp 3, a charging data interface 31 and a contact type elastic sheet 34; the key unit comprises three keys serving as the control contacts 6 and a key control circuit, and the key control circuit is used for transmitting the trigger signals of the control contacts 6 to the processing unit; the processing unit is a control member in the pan/tilt head 4.

The control part in the pan-tilt 4 can receive the trigger signal of the key unit and the goods information scanned by the scanning part 5, and transmit the information to the mobile terminal through the contact type elastic sheet 34 and the charging data interface 31, and can also receive the instruction of the mobile terminal and send the control instruction to the scanning part. When the problem of button failure occurs in the control contact 6, the mobile terminal can reversely transmit information, a scanning instruction is triggered to the cloud deck 4, and the cloud deck 4 drives the scanning component 5 to read the information. The rechargeable battery pack may supply power to the mobile terminal, the control unit in the cradle head 4, the scanning unit 5 and the key unit through the charging data interface 31.

Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the communication interface connection of an embodiment of the wearable mobile terminal accessory of the present invention, wherein the control unit in the cradle head 4 is connected to the key unit through the BUS, and is connected to the scanning unit 5 and the power unit through the I/O interface.

Finally, the present invention provides a working method of a mobile terminal based on the foregoing embodiments, and in some embodiments, the working method includes:

step 101, the mobile terminal receives information for selecting a warehousing operation type. After entering the warehouse, the warehousing personnel can select to enter a system menu with corresponding authority according to different work types, such as entering different work types of goods picking, warehousing and checking, goods and materials putting on shelves, checking the warehouse by checking the warehouse, delivering goods and materials out of the warehouse, searching and inquiring and the like.

Step 102, the scanning component 5 scans the cargo information;

and 103, the mobile terminal acquires the goods information acquired by the scanning component 5 and shares the goods information with the warehousing management system.

The step 101 may be executed before the step 102, and the steps 102 and 102 may be sequentially executed in a circulating manner, or after the information of a plurality of goods is collectively scanned in the step 102, the information is uploaded to the warehousing management system through the step 103, and the warehousing management system can comprehensively acquire the information of the goods in the warehousing operation process in real time.

In some embodiments, the step 102 of the scanning component 5 scanning the cargo information specifically includes:

102A, a first contact on the wearing base receives external control to start the scanning component 5; for example, the stocker presses down the first contact in the intermediate position.

102B, the scanning component 5 automatically scans the current goods;

102C, receiving external control by a second contact on the wearing base body so as to switch the scanning component 5 to a state of preparing to scan the next piece of goods; the second contact may become a shortcut key configured to scan the next item through software of the mobile terminal.

This embodiment when needs scan a batch goods, can make the linking of scanning more smooth and easy between each goods, saves middle switching time, simplifies operation flow to improve the storage operating efficiency. When the same type of goods is multiple, the goods can be scanned one by one to determine the total quantity of the goods of the type; or the total number of this type of goods may be set in the mobile terminal.

In some embodiments, the warehousing operation type is a picking operation, and between steps 101 and 102, the method further comprises:

in step 101', the scanning component 5 scans the bar code reflecting the storage area of the goods, for example, the storage area code on the shelf, and in one order, the storage area code on the shelf may represent a fruit area, a vegetable area, a seafood area, a commodity area, etc. to reflect the attribute of the storage area of the goods, so as to facilitate the partition management of all the goods in the warehouse.

In some embodiments, after completing the goods picking task for an order, the method of work further comprises:

step 104, the mobile terminal or the handling contacts 6 receive an instruction of an external handling to trigger the completion of the current picking task. For example, after a customer places an order on the internet, when all the goods corresponding to the order are picked, the storage personnel can press the pre-configured control contact 6 to issue an instruction for completing the current picking task.

The mobile terminal scans the bar codes of the storage areas (for example, the storage area codes on the shelves), then scans the bar codes of the goods, and if there are a plurality of goods of a certain type, the mobile terminal needs to scan for a plurality of times to determine the quantity. After the scanning of one cargo is completed, the control contact 6 with the function of "confirm" or "next" can be clicked to switch to the second cargo, and the scanning action is continued. And after one picking task is completed, clicking the full box to confirm the completion.

The wearable mobile terminal auxiliary equipment, the mobile terminal and the working method thereof provided by the invention are described in detail above.
