3. The hard disk expansion device according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of the first connectors are uniformly arranged on the circuit board along a first direction.

4. The hard disk expansion device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a third connector is further arranged on the first connector, and the third connector is in communication connection with one end of the solid state disk.

The hard disk expansion device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing member includes a bottom surface, a first side surface, a second side surface and a third side surface, the first side surface and the second side surface are two oppositely disposed planes, and the third side surface is connected to the bottom surface, the first side surface and the second side surface at the same time;

the first side surface and the second side surface are respectively provided with a first threaded hole, and the bottom surface is provided with at least one clamping piece; the clamping piece fixes the other end of the solid state disk on the hard disk bracket.

The hard disk expansion device according to claim 5, wherein a notch is formed in the clamping piece, an opening of the notch faces to the other end of the solid state disk, and the notch is used for accommodating a part of the other end of the solid state disk, which is connected with the clamping piece.

7. A hard disk assembly, comprising the hard disk expansion device and the solid state disk as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 6; the solid state disk is detachably connected to the hard disk expanding device.

8. The hard disk assembly of claim 7, wherein one end of the solid state disk is connected to the first connector and the other end of the solid state disk is connected to the fixing member.

9. A hard disk device comprising a hard disk tray and the hard disk assembly of claim 7 or 8; the hard disk assembly is detachably connected to the hard disk bracket.

The hard disk device of claim 9, wherein at least two first through holes are formed on the bottom surface of the hard disk bracket, at least two studs are formed on the circuit board of the hard disk assembly, and the studs pass through the first through holes, so that the circuit board is connected to the hard disk bracket through the studs and nuts used in cooperation with the studs; and

and second threaded holes are further formed in the positions, close to the first side face and the second side face of the fixing piece, of the hard disk bracket, and when the clamping piece of the fixing piece is connected with the other end of the solid state disk, the first threaded holes and the second threaded holes are overlapped, so that the fixing piece is connected with the hard disk bracket through threads.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a hard disk expansion device, a hard disk assembly and a hard disk device.

Background

The hard disk is one of the main storage media of a computer and is composed of one or more aluminum or glass disks. The hard disk may be classified into a solid state disk (SSD disk, new hard disk), a mechanical hard disk (HDD, conventional hard disk), a hybrid hard disk (HHD, a new hard disk produced based on the conventional mechanical hard disk). SSD uses flash memory granules for storage, HDD uses magnetic discs for storage, and HHD is a hard disk that integrates a magnetic hard disk and flash memory together. With the rapid growth of cloud services and big data services, the mechanical hard disk is difficult to meet the requirement of a user for rapidly reading information in the hard disk, and the solid state hard disk is widely applied due to the fact that the solid state hard disk has the advantages of higher transmission speed and smaller size.

At present, a mechanical hard disk in a general server is fixed by directly placing the mechanical hard disk in an existing hard disk bracket, fixing the mechanical hard disk through 4 screws, and then pushing the mechanical hard disk into a case. However, since the speed of the mechanical hard disk is much lower than that of the solid state hard disk, when the mechanical hard disk needs to be replaced by the solid state hard disk to improve the reading speed of the hard disk, a new hard disk bracket matched with the solid state hard disk needs to be separately arranged, the cost is high, and the replacement mode is complex.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve at least one problem mentioned in the background art, the invention provides a hard disk expansion device, a hard disk assembly and a hard disk device, which can fix a solid state hard disk in the existing hard disk bracket suitable for a mechanical hard disk, realize that a user can freely replace the solid state hard disk and the mechanical hard disk, have lower cost and have a simple and quick replacement mode.

further comprising: expanding the chip; the expansion chip is arranged on the circuit board, the expansion chip expands signals in the case into multiple paths of signals, and the multiple paths of signals flow to the multiple solid state disks through the multiple first connectors.

In the hard disk expansion device, optionally, the plurality of first connectors are uniformly arranged on the circuit board along a first direction.

In the hard disk expansion device, optionally, a third connector is further disposed on the first connector, and the third connector is in communication connection with one end of the solid state disk.

In the hard disk expansion device, optionally, the fixing member includes a bottom surface, a first side surface, a second side surface and a third side surface, the first side surface and the second side surface are two planes which are arranged oppositely, and the third side surface is simultaneously connected to the bottom surface, the first side surface and the second side surface.

The first side surface and the second side surface are respectively provided with a first threaded hole, and the bottom surface is provided with at least one clamping piece; the clamping piece fixes the other end of the solid state disk on the hard disk bracket.

In the hard disk expansion device, optionally, a notch is formed in the clamping piece, an opening direction of the notch faces to the other end of the solid state disk, and the notch is used for accommodating a part where the other end of the solid state disk is connected with the clamping piece.

In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a hard disk assembly, including the hard disk expansion apparatus and the solid state disk; the solid state disk is detachably connected to the hard disk expanding device.

In the above hard disk assembly, optionally, one end of the solid state disk is connected to the first connector, and the other end of the solid state disk is connected to the fixing member.

In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a hard disk device, including a hard disk bracket and the above hard disk assembly; the hard disk assembly is detachably connected to the hard disk bracket.

In the above hard disk device, optionally, at least two first through holes are provided on a bottom surface of the hard disk bracket, at least two studs are provided on the circuit board of the hard disk assembly, and the studs pass through the first through holes, so that the circuit board is connected to the hard disk bracket through the studs and nuts used in cooperation with the studs; and

and second threaded holes are further formed in the positions, close to the first side face and the second side face of the fixing piece, of the hard disk bracket, and when the clamping piece of the fixing piece is connected with the other end of the solid state disk, the first threaded holes and the second threaded holes are overlapped, so that the fixing piece is connected with the hard disk bracket through threads.

The hard disk expansion device comprises a circuit board, a first connector, a fixing piece and a second connector, wherein the first connector is arranged on the circuit board, one end of the solid state disk is in communication connection with the first connector, the fixing piece is used for connecting the other end of the solid state disk with the hard disk bracket, the second connector in communication connection with a main board of a case is arranged on the circuit board, and the existing hard disk bracket can be used for freely replacing the solid state disk and the mechanical hard disk. The plurality of first connectors are arranged on the circuit board along the first direction, the third connector is arranged on the first connectors, the expansion chip is arranged on the circuit board, the expansion chip expands signals in the case into multi-path signals, and the multi-path signals flow to the plurality of solid state disks through the plurality of first connectors and/or the third connectors, so that the solid state disks can be freely replaced by users, and the solid state disks can be expanded by the users. Therefore, the solid state disk can be fixed in the existing hard disk bracket suitable for the mechanical hard disk in the embodiment of the invention, and through the design of sharing the hard disk bracket, a user can freely replace the solid state disk and the mechanical hard disk, so that the solid state disk is expanded and supported by the server, and the cost is lower, and the operation is simple and quick.
