The aircraft engine is provided with an exhaust system, the exhaust system needs to discharge gas exhausted by a turbine into the atmosphere at a certain speed and in a required direction so as to generate thrust, therefore, a rectifying device is usually arranged at the tail end of the aircraft engine to rectify the exhausted gas, and the quality of rectification directly influences the overall quality of the aircraft engine. Because the structure of the rectifier of the aero-engine is complex, the rectifier is provided with an inner ring blade and an outer ring blade, an inner ring core of the rectifier needs to be cast in advance, and a rectifier wax mold is further cast by matching a core with a mold; the existing wax mould pressing mould has the problem of difficult material injection and filling, and meanwhile, because the wax mould is soft in texture, the conventional demoulding mode can hardly ensure that the wax mould has enough precision and integral structural integrity during demoulding.

The integral wax mould pressing type mould for the exhaust rectifier in the embodiment of the invention comprises the following specific processes during demoulding: lifting a pressing plate of the injection molding machine, taking down the cover plate 19 and the material guide plate 17 one by one, and pulling the driving rod 31 to realize the demolding of the external mold structure, wherein after the driving rod 31 is pulled, the annular driving plate 26 rotates around the center of the mold base 1, all the driving blocks 28 synchronously move in the same direction along the guide groove 7 during the rotation, and each external module 15 outwards displaces in the vertical direction to realize the integral demolding of the external mold structure; manually taking out the inner module group through the operation hole 34 to realize the demoulding of the inner module structure; lifting the stripping plate 22 through the stripping lifting plate 23, further lifting the lifting module 22, so that the lifting module 22 lifts the core holder 10 upwards, thereby realizing bottom demolding of the wax mold, as shown in fig. 11, the core 9 is still retained inside the wax mold after demolding is finished, and the integral wax mold of the exhaust rectifier as shown in fig. 12 can be obtained after the core 9 is dissolved through corresponding substances; the installation process of the exhaust rectifier inner ring core type mould is reverse to the flow.
