1. A liquid level monitoring dispenser for association with a liquid-filled consumable, comprising:

a receiver for receiving the consumable when the consumable is inverted;

at least one electrical contact within the receptacle for communicative association with a conductive strip on the consumable;

a sensing module in communication with the at least one electrical contact and having firmware associated therewith for converting signals associated with the conductive strip and received at the electrical contact into an indication of liquid level;

a communication module for communicating the liquid level to at least a user display and over at least one network;

a power module for supplying power to at least the sensing module and the communication module; and

at least one dispensing output in fluid communication with the consumable and capable of dispensing the liquid from the consumable to change the level.

2. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the receiver comprises a leak seal.

3. The dispenser of claim 2, wherein the leakage seal comprises an O-ring.

4. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the receptacle is cone-shaped and the consumer is a bottle.

5. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the liquid level is additionally communicated to a consumable supply through the communication module.

6. The dispenser of claim 5, wherein the consumable supply provides automatic replenishment of the liquid when the liquid level reaches a predetermined level.

7. The dispenser of claim 1, further comprising an application integrated into the communication module.

8. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the at least one dispensing output comprises a liquid outlet.

9. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the conductive strip comprises a label for the consumable.

10. The dispenser of claim 9, wherein the conductive strips are printed.

11. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the conductive strip includes one or more tabs for electrical association with the at least one electrical contact.

12. The dispenser of claim 1, further comprising a mechanical adjuster to fit the consumable to the receiver,

13. the dispenser of claim 12, wherein the mechanical adjuster is spring loaded.

14. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the conductive strip comprises a capacitive sensor.

15. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the sensor module comprises a sensor printed circuit board.

16. The dispenser of claim 1, further comprising a liquid level indicator.

17. The dispenser of claim 16, wherein the level indicator comprises an LED light.

18. The dispenser of claim 1, further comprising a usage indicator.

19. The dispenser of claim 18, wherein the usage indicator comprises an LED light.

20. The dispenser of claim 1, wherein the power module comprises at least one battery.

Embodiments are and include apparatuses, systems, and methods for a liquid level monitoring dispenser associated with a liquid-filled consumable. The apparatus, system and method may include: a receiver for receiving the consumable when the consumable is inverted; at least one electrical contact within the receptacle for communicative association with a conductive strip on the consumable; a sensing module in communication with the at least one electrical contact and having firmware associated therewith for converting signals associated with the conductive strip and received at the electrical contact to an indication of the liquid level; a communication module for communicating the fluid level to at least a user display and over at least one network; a power module for supplying power to at least the sensing module and the communication module; and at least one dispensing output in fluid communication with the consumable and capable of dispensing liquid from the consumable to change the liquid level.

Accordingly, embodiments provide at least one device, system, and method for monitoring the level of liquid within a consumable (e.g., a bottle) and for automatically indicating (referred to herein as "auto-replenishment") when a need arises for additional liquid and/or the consumable containing it, such as indicating at least one of a consumer and a seller of the liquid.
